I opened my Demat account vide account No. IN[protected] and Trading account vide No. [protected] with ICICI Direct in second week of July, 2021. At the time of opening account documents along with photo and signature through video conference and after verification the account was successfully opened and there was no query at that particular time by the ICICI Direct.

ON 29.07.2021 I received email from CDSL stating that
"You are request to approach your Intermediary ICICI SECURITIES LIMITED and ensure that the missing incomplete documentation towards this KYC is completed and submitted."

In this regard I try to contact the toll free number provided by ICICI Direct i.e., [protected] but there is no response that is the no connectivity and the call disconnect automatically. As I am unable to contact on toll free number I send email to ICICIdirect for which I received email that we will contact you within 2 working days, but even after one week there is no response from ICICI Direct.

Finally I approached ICICI Bank Chaitanyapuri branch and in that i try to resolve the issue that they stated that as account was not opened with them they cannot help me and I have to contact directly online or I have to go some branch which is 20 KMS from my address.

If ICICI Direct in unable to operate and not able to solve the issues online why they are showing as we are dealing online. If ICICI Direct is not able to operate and help online there services are waste of time.

At the time of opening Demat and Trading account all the documents were submitted and verified. And simply after 15 to 20 days this issue arises for the default of ICICI Direct my account was on hold and I am unable to operate and I am incurring losses.

Why can't be ICICI Direct be responsible for deficiency in service.

    Am an icici bank customer. Today[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.       Am an icici bank customer. Today 25-08-21 ecsrtnchg charged 425 + 570 rupees and 19-08-21 ecsrtnchg charged 164 . I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is and why such deduction.

      if deducted why are we consumers not informed regarding this.

      I am highly disappointed with such act of an renowned bank.

        We had paid the bill using UPI scan code mentioned on Mahavitaran Bill, the amount got deducted from my account but the bill wasn't paid yet. When I searched for it then I got to know that it was a fake UPI scan code. How can you'll fraud people by putting a wrong code on your official bill. I request my refund back for the false payment done because of your mistake.

While I may not even request for any autopay or any kind of payment deduction, then why is this difference amount being displayed?

          I have never raised request for expression debit card. I have received it from the Icici bank and without asking they have deducted 588/- from my account. Iam not able to reach to customer support number. Also i have blocked my expression debit card and didnt even used it .I want my money refund, please help me here.

              Today ICICI Bank did 50 transactions for POSDEC charges of Rs 1500. What kind of pathetic excuse for a bank are you?.
              Your customer care is useless and have no sense of issue handling. This is a wealth management account, not a normal savings account.

              Make sure this issue is resolved ASAP

                I had to register a complaint about unnecessary deductions, I had went to my branch (Civil Lines, Prayagraj (Allahabad)) which is completely useless. They just told me to complaint through IVR, they cannot do anything about it. So what is the point of even opening a branch, then I have tried to register my complaint through IVR, and then they ask either for my ATM PIN or OTM authorization. How is it safe to share those details whether it is AI or actual human, even it is forbidden by RBI. Even RBI is authorizing for it don't know why. Then they'll say drop a mail to us, They have also given a number to report unauthorized transaction, there we only have to options either to block account or cut the call, I mean why there is even a customer care if they had to just block everything, this is the worst service I have even came across in my life and they call themselves as a private sector bank even PSUs like SBI are much better than them.

                    Dear ICICI Team,
                    While using the debit card of fuel stations, everytime surcharge deducted from account. I have noticed, Rs. 9.44 on the transaction of Rs. 2000 on petrol pump everytime. What is that for. Govt of India is promoting Digital India and when we are going digital, banks are deducting my money for using my money. Kindly resolve this ASAP, otherwise ICICI Bank's credibility would be at stake. Already I have withdrawn 2 accounts from ICICI Bank (My Wife & MySon) for charging too high MAB. And also closed the locker facility for increasing locker rent uninformed, from Rs. 1500 to Rs. 3500 in an Year.

                      I had a balance of 4709.7 rupees in my credit card .I made a payment of 4710 thru my hdfc bank . Got the confirmation from tm-icicb after 48 hours.
                      Stating " payment of 4710 towatrds your icici bank credit card **1009 has been received through click to pay on 22nd aug 21 . Thank you "

                      but from ad-icicib still getting message for payment . And
                      autovoice call also is not stopping .

                          How can icici withdraw money from my bank account with vsi www money written on it.

                          Dear Customer, transaction of INR 999.00 done on ICICI Bank Account XX857 on 23-Aug-21. Info: VSI*WWW MONEY. The Available Balance is INR. Call on 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 857 to [protected] .

                          Is this some kind of joke ?? I never renewed any money control service. How can you withdraw without any otp ? I received this text and 999 has been debited from my account.

                          Kindly credit the same amount asap.

                              I got a first data card swipe machine installed at my business, but after surrendering the machine also recieved the surrender, I have been charged with machine rent multiple times a month also leading to overdraw charges from my account. First data customer care do not pick up calls .
                              It has been very long but still haven't got the refund.

                                I hold a multi wallet food card from ICICI. The validity was till February 2021. At that time, I got few meesages from ICICI to send some details to a specific number to get the new card. I did but nothing happens. I tried to contact customer care services but it didn't work out. I've some balance in the wallet and would like to use it further.
