I was supposed to pay my emi to HDB Financial loan on august 2nd, 2021 but the auto-debit never happened. After waiting for long, I transferred the emi amount manually on august 5th, 2021 to the respective HDB Financial loan account number. On august 5th 2021 I received a notification from icici stating that due to insufficient balance ecs could not be processed. I checked with my HDB Financial loan on this and they have received the required emi amount. But I can see that inr 590 has been debited with the transaction code as 'ecsrtnchgs02082_sr[protected]' on august 5th, 2021.
None of the customer care numbers are working and i am unable to report this issue.
My Account got debited with 590 Rs as ECSRTNCHG.Please refund my amount and do needful.
