      Hello,
      My account was debited twice for rs.1770 which i have not done to anybody.
      I didn't receive any otp.

      The code next to the transaction as a vsi .

      I have my facebook ad set up . but this amount has been deducted without my notice. I have already complained about Facebook support.
      someone unauthorized setup ads and the amount has been deducted.

      please find the transaction id and screenshot for the same.

          Let me know why you charging this amount from my account. What this is charge for?
          My account has been salary account
          .And not done any nach from my side
          So, how nach create and deduct balances from account, please check and refund my amount.
          Kindly refund my money otherwise i will file a compliant in consumer forum.

            Auto deduction of money from my saving account

            Dear sir,
            A Withdrawal of INR 1899, has happened from my account on 18/8/2021 in the name of PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_ New Policy. I have not subscribed to any new policy nor they have given any policy related details at the time of account opening to me. It is unfortunate that ICICI is playing with customers money without getting any consent from them. Kindly cancel this policy. I have not authorised for any policy & I request the concerned...

              There have been 3 debit transactions from my account with ECSRTNCHGS 100821_sr7684201 transaction id .

              11 aug - 315.52 rs
              12- aug- 0.01 rs
              19 aug - 274.45

              I dont have any idea about from where and why this is happening.

                I also would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 11th dec.2019. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                    I was supposed to pay my emi to HDB Financial loan on august 2nd, 2021 but the auto-debit never happened. After waiting for long, I transferred the emi amount manually on august 5th, 2021 to the respective HDB Financial loan account number. On august 5th 2021 I received a notification from icici stating that due to insufficient balance ecs could not be processed. I checked with my HDB Financial loan on this and they have received the required emi amount. But I can see that inr 590 has been debited with the transaction code as 'ecsrtnchgs02082_sr[protected]' on august 5th, 2021.

                    None of the customer care numbers are working and i am unable to report this issue.

                    My Account got debited with 590 Rs as ECSRTNCHG.Please refund my amount and do needful.

                      This is Sunil yadav having a account in ICICI bank from last 5 years. I have complaint so many times that my account is debited with rs826. My status is showing that my problem is resolved but nobody called me and my money is still not credited. This is a serious issue. Plz take it seriously otherwise I will have to take a serious action. Plz resolve it as soon as possible.

                        I transferred Rs XXXXX through IMPS on 19-Aug-2021 from ICICI A/C to Karnataka Bank

                        The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

                        But I got a message that said

                        "Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for XXXX is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 19-Aug-2021. Txn status will be updated by Bene Bank in 3 working days.."

                              We gave an account closure request on August 11th. They asked us to fill out all mandatory fields and again the same was done and the account closure form was sent back on 15th august. We were assured to get a reply by two working days but still we have not heard from them. Most important thing is Demat and the trading account was opened without our knowledge. We have not given any such request to open the demat account. So kindly close the account. Herewith i am attaching the account closure form for your reference.

                                  Hello, I have recently opened an account with ICICI Bank and there was no obligation of minimum balance required for my account.Yesterday 550.02 rupees was deducted from my account under the MAB chgs, without even notifying me or sending me a message for the deduction . I thought that i might have bought something and forgot about it but in the statement today i received, it displayed that i have been charged for something spelt as MAB chgs . It have never happened before and at the time of opening my account i was not made aware of any such charges, so why am i charged of something which i was not made aware of in advance . Please look into the matter and help me in getting a refund of my money as soon as possible .
