Hello,
I have been using the pay later service in which IDFC First bank is the lending partner I have been suffering from the lack of support from your bank regarding my issue.
I have confirmed with my Amazon pay later and Flipkart pay later that there is no such due in my account for the charges to be deducted
when the payment was already made why did you guys deduct my money.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    My ICICI savings account is showing negative balance, Today, i deposited Rs. 50, 000/- by taking personal loan to pay credit card dues but the bank is saying balance insufficient to transfer funds. I can see my account balance online but not able to transfer funds.

    I requested ICICI home loan and car loan team for restructuring of my home and car loans, but that also is pending and no reason given till date. Provided them job loss and salary cut - salary slips for having restructuring done under 1.0. Dropping mails to headcustomerservice but they are not reverting back on mails. One call comes after every mail, saying its in process. But nothing happens.

    And now my funds are locked, i will be in serious trouble if funds not released to use.

      AN AMOUNT OF RS : 999/- was deducted from my ICICI account with the name of VSI* MONEY const. I didn't authorize this transaction by any means (OTP or monthly subscription).

      OTP for the transaction was also not asked for approval, how was the transaction approved?

      Only support that is to block the account?

        Date of Incident - July 18th 2021 till date
        Credit Card - ending 8011
        I want to complain about poor customer service received and the cost incurred by me trying to solve this while I am travelling abroad.
        I have an Amazon credit card from ICICI and I walked into ICICI branch as I was relocating to USA. I confirmed in person that I will need my accessibility to my accounts and cards and I may use card and they may not b able to call me while I am on roaming real time due to time difference.
        All they did is sold me an NRI account and I did open as I have good standing history using ICICI for my salary account, policies etc.
        Adding all email screenshots and there are more on a word doc so you can see what harassments it is for a customer for 1+ month trying to use an amount on credit card.
        Now I am set up here with card and bank account so no longer want to use the card but it was embarassing to borrow money when you just reached and did not have a way to use card
        Solution - Need ICICI to compensate the amount I spent making intnl calls with false promises and folks putting me on hold. I am attaching bills of calls as well
        ICICI can check amount deducted from my Forex from Residence Inn where I incurred phone charges

        Unable to upload PDF with emails - can I send PDF to any email ID

        I was told I could email customer service or call when I am abroad to get help. My card did not work at a merchant car rental as transaction was USD and I got text they tried to call when no call received but text. I respect security procedure and so I called customer service from hotel which costed me high amount as I did not have an intnl phone immediately as I land. I spoke to an agent who assured I they noted that the transaction is authorized by me and I can use card now. My card has full balance and more than what i wanted to use. I also emailed customer service so I authorize this in writting.
        I do this over and over 4 times on 3 different days and card still doesn't work when they tell me I can use it and they authorized the transaction. The agent will not transfer me to a manager and say same thing over and over. I log into my online banking and find my account relationship manager and email, call and watsapp him and find out she is no longer working with ICICI when same name and number is given to me by customer service agent on call. Bank person I met before leaving now states he is only on NRI accounts and so cannot help me on this.
        I now have 11 emails from ICICI in response to me asking the SR# of my complaint so I can take it to their grievance team. They will not reply me the SR# and grievance poral will not allow me to proceed without SR#
        Each day a different person answers my email sating we tried calling you and on my india number and I have no missed calls. Also they call during India daytime which could be middle of night here.
        I have incurred $547.35 cost to make calls to ICICI customer service to get told that they have resolved issue and I can use card and I still cannot. My number is active and you can see with online transactions I am making and OTP sent to my India number.
        This is most horrible harrassment and cost I have incurred and I get standard we tried calling you emails total 11 now.

          In the same context I did some shopping for my relatives during last sale through my amazon icici Bank credit card since the reward system is quite lucrative considering 5% discount on whatever spending from amazon as a prime member but instead they put the spending...

            Am an icici bank customer. Today[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 577 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. My email id is danish.LPU.[protected]@gmail.com. Please resolve this.

              ICICI bank is calling my collegues and even my boss and telling them I have given their number as reference. Sharing my personal information with them and haraasing them by calling them continuously and talking rudely with them. ICICI bank is treating me like a criminal which isunfair and giving info about my dept to others is against data protection ACT.

                  I am Manjunath K E having an ICICI A/C ending with XX6447 at Old airport road branch, Bangalore. ICICI bank officials have ordered a debit card for my account in my name without my consent on 18-Aug-2021 with service request no: SR[protected]. I have never requested for an personalized express debit card.

                  What is even more surprising is they have selected delivery address as "Rajender nagar branch, Ghaziabad" which is neither my communication address not my home branch.

                  I got an email stating that my express card is delivered to "Rajender nagar branch, Ghaziabad" on 24-Aug-2021. Soon, I visited to home branch they told me to contact customer care. Then, I contacted customer care, and they blocked card and refunded charges.

                  But, neither home branch nor customer care answered to my question of "why did they order a debit card in my name without my consent, and deliver it to some strange unrelated address".

                  I doubt there is some kind of fraud. I would like to know why ICICI Bank ordered a debit card in my name for my A/C without my consent, and deliver it to some strange address"

                  Only due to email alerts, I got to know about all these details, without which I might have never knew about it.

                    I have been with icici bank since 2015. Each year 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account.                       I opened my Demat account vide account No. IN[protected] and Trading account vide No. [protected] with ICICI Direct in second week of July, 2021. At the time of opening account documents along with photo and signature through video conference and after verification the account was successfully opened and there was no query at that particular time by the ICICI Direct.

                      ON 29.07.2021 I received email from CDSL stating that
                      "You are request to approach your Intermediary ICICI SECURITIES LIMITED and ensure that the missing incomplete documentation towards this KYC is completed and submitted."

                      In this regard I try to contact the toll free number provided by ICICI Direct i.e., [protected] but there is no response that is the no connectivity and the call disconnect automatically. As I am unable to contact on toll free number I send email to ICICIdirect for which I received email that we will contact you within 2 working days, but even after one week there is no response from ICICI Direct.

                      Finally I approached ICICI Bank Chaitanyapuri branch and in that i try to resolve the issue that they stated that as account was not opened with them they cannot help me and I have to contact directly online or I have to go some branch which is 20 KMS from my address.

                      If ICICI Direct in unable to operate and not able to solve the issues online why they are showing as we are dealing online. If ICICI Direct is not able to operate and help online there services are waste of time.

                      At the time of opening Demat and Trading account all the documents were submitted and verified. And simply after 15 to 20 days this issue arises for the default of ICICI Direct my account was on hold and I am unable to operate and I am incurring losses.

                      Why can't be ICICI Direct be responsible for deficiency in service.

                          Am an icici bank customer. Today 25-08-21 ecsrtnchg charged 425 + 570 rupees and 19-08-21 ecsrtnchg charged 164 . I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is and why such deduction.

                          if deducted why are we consumers not informed regarding this.

                          I am highly disappointed with such act of an renowned bank.

                            We had paid the bill using UPI scan code mentioned on Mahavitaran Bill, the amount got deducted from my account but the bill wasn't paid yet. When I searched for it then I got to know that it was a fake UPI scan code. How can you'll fraud people by putting a wrong code on your official bill. I request my refund back for the false payment done because of your mistake.

                              I have never raised request for expression debit card. I have received it from the Icici bank and without asking they have deducted 588/- from my account. Iam not able to reach to customer support number. Also i have blocked my expression debit card and didnt even used it .I want my money refund, please help me here.
