Dear sir,
A Withdrawal of INR 1399, has happened from my account on 5/8/2021 in the name of PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_ Renewal of Policy, Last years itself I clearly mentioned there should be no renewal of the policy, why every year you're deducting my money even though I said I am not interested. Last year when I came up with the same problem, the customer care representative said, once deducted we can't do anything, I agreed last year and kept quiet, asking them to cancel the policy, but this year also you're doing the same, and this is not fair. And I need a refund of money for this time.
