I have already closed my credit card and not been using it from last three years with no pending balance to be paid, but they charge me 590 per month which is the hidden charge it seems since last three years.

What are these hidden charges. ICICI Bank is looting every time. Their credit card service is the worst experience ever I have. Since pandemic I have paid a lot of amount to them how to resolve same?

    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 999/- has been deducted from my ICICI account and the transaction message says vsi/moneycont. Neither had i done any transaction, nor did I get any otp during the transaction. Iam also not a money control member for it to be a auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited 14 August 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this.

      Power Grid Bonus shares are not added to my portfolio. Reflecting as losses

      I have a DEMAT account in ICICI Direct. I am allotted bonus shares in 1:3 ratio from PowerGrid. However, these are not reflected in ICICi Direct portfolio.

      I checked their site, it says the ICICI Direct takes care of adding bonus shares and user should not manually add the shares. Same happened during Vishal Fabrics case too, i had to follow up and get it added. Did not expect this kind of behavior from ICICI Direct....

      Dear sir,
      A Withdrawal of INR 1399, has happened from my account on 5/8/2021 in the name of PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_ Renewal of Policy, Last years itself I clearly mentioned there should be no renewal of the policy, why every year you're deducting my money even though I said I am not interested. Last year when I came up with the same problem, the customer care representative said, once deducted we can't do anything, I agreed last year and kept quiet, asking them to cancel the policy, but this year also you're doing the same, and this is not fair. And I need a refund of money for this time.

        Agent named Gayathri called me and provided false knowledge on the card type by saying no joining fees & annual fees ... After kyc came to know that make my trip credit card assigned on my name which I don't like ... I have asked agent to cancel the card but she is adamant to do it . I wanted to cancel the application no[protected]... Please help

          Dear Sir,

          I have transferred AED 800 to my Emirates NBD bank on 5th Aug 2021. Transaction no - M2WR2868535.
          However the subjective amount not credited at beneficiary bank till now.

          I called the NRI customer care multiple times and not getting any resolution.
          Please help.

            I have been charged for expression debit card which i don't remember of requesting. They have charged me rs. 588.18 including taxes.. The message they sent were unclear.. They didn't tell me they were going to withdraw rs.588.18 from my account. Expression debit card request cancelling options were unavailable..
            I don't need expression debit card as i already have basic debit card..
            Please help me getting my money back

              We are new Sec-8 Based stratup located in Jammu. 20-25 days ago I requested your bank to open our organization account and submitted all formalities. One of your employee visited our office and said he is not satisfied with infrastructure of office.
              You need to understand we have just opened our organization on[protected] and we are trying to make infrastructure better. Your employee said she is not satisfied with kyc. I want to ask you question here. If I'm providing you all the documents which you bank required to open an account. In 2021 when evething is digitise your bank is not able to cross-check our organization details.
              Our organization is registered under companies act and we have all the documents for opening account.

                I had purchased a product with bajaj finserve loan and every 2nd of each month 2300 Rupees of EMI gets deducted so as usual on[protected] EMI of 2300 rupees was about to get deducted and, on[protected] I had balance of around 23, 084.62 Rupees and still on 12/08/2021 a deduction of 590 Rupees was done and it had remarks stating "NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLo~02AUG2" which seems obvious that it was for Bajaj finserve loan, this is ridiculous and insane. I never had any issue with ICICI bank until now and this is horrible, i want that charge to be reversed.

                  There is no one to reach out to for this issue in ICICI
                  They charge 1899 for some wallet protection in which I am not interested.
                  You cant use someone's money just because they have account in your bank,
                  They trick you on phone calls by asking you your name for confirmation when I just thought it was confirmation regarding if I received my credit card but it was total fake.
                  I want to deactivate this issue rightnow.

                      I got message as "A purchase of INR 91.38 has been made using your Debit Card linked to ICICI Bank Account XX711 on 14-AUG-21. Info: VIN*GOOGLE TEM." but I didn't made this transaction and didn'tget any OTP itself for thia google service. Please check the same and revert back

                        Past year in pandemic lockdown I have opened one "Insta Saving Account" online on ICICI bank portal.
                        Also done fixed deposit of 10000 Rs. for same for 3 years.
                        Now after one year they closed this Account without any intimation, and when visited bank they said you have not completed your KYC.
                        But have dome my KYC 2 months ago after receiving sms, so visited that bank ICICI0006983 and completed my KYC.
                        Now they are saying they don't have signature so they closed that account.
                        If the signature is pending then why didn't they take it when I went to the bank for KYC
                        They closed my account this is also acceptable, but what about the money in saving account and in FD for three years.
                        When visited bank they said you will receive Cheque at communication address provided while opening bank account.
                        Received cheque after 2-3 days whith incorrect name on It, but ICICI0006983 bank is not cooperating at all to make it correct.
                        I have also presented the proof of my Bank account print that I have taken while opening account online, having Correct name on it, then they said we cant do anything and you forgot your money.
                        What is This answer.????
                        This is not the answer you expect from such big Bank.
                        So I want to register a complaint against this Bank, so they will not do it with others too.
                        Very bad experience ...
                        i have visited bank 2-3 times after that and no one is showing their willingness to make it correct.
                        I am suffering because of their mistake, it not my fault as they have written my name incorrectly on cheque I received, after they closed my account

                              Rs 590 has been deducted from my account on[protected] against NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ADBLDESK~05AUG21 4 times

                              Kindly explain why THIS MUCH charge from the bank account? I had the same amount deducted 4 times from my account!

                              Kindly resolve the issue and refund the amount in my account or consider one less customer to your bank! I will close all my and my husband icici bank accounts and credit cards. It is highly unsafe to keep money in your back. God knows when will charge from us.

                                Dear Customer, transaction of INR 999.00 done on ICICI Bank Account XX021 on 09-Aug-21. Info: VSI*AMAZON ST. The Available Balance is INR 1, 679.52. Call on 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 021 to [protected] .

                                Please see above notification message. I haven't done any transaction on Amazon but my money got debited. Please check and escalate to concerned people.

                                    I open my account online in march 2021. And i submitted my kvc documents in branch now a month later my transaction is still failing. My money is stuck in my account. I visited several times in branch but they always makes excuses. Please help

                                      Due to some health issues, I am unable to do business for the past 2 years so that is the reason I did not maintain any amount
                                      just now I am cured of health issues and plan to renew my business and I deposited 214000 on my account

                                      The bank has deducted the amount of Rs 1180 x 22 months - a total of 25, 960 for not maintaining the minimum balance without any prior notice.

                                      The bank is not regular in sending SMS for debiting any amount from my account.

                                      I haven’t received any SMS for any deductions and they continue to deduct money as per their discretion.

                                      I also was not made aware of some penal charges getting deducted.

                                      So please do help me on amount refund so that it would help me alot
