My account has been deducted from my icici bank savings account multiple times.for eg :- They showed me "surcharge dt:14/08/2021 mcc 4112". Why?
I visit the nearby ICICI branch but they dont have any explanation for it.
My account number is[protected], Branch- ICICI Bank Ltd, Noida - Sector 63

Please help, and also inform the banks not to debit any amount unnecessarily. The every money is really hard earned.

    My account get a freeze on 30/03/2021, so I go to the icici bank and they told me that
    my account is freeze due to over transaction, so I ask them then how to solve this problem they told me that you have to wait for 1 to 2 days and then it automatically unfreeze. I wait for 5 days to unfreeze. but the account is steel freeze, so I again held to the branch they told me to wait for 7 days again I said ok.
    today, s date is 17/08/2021 but there is no action taken, whenever I go to the bank they only listen to me but they do nothing about it.
    *also my money is also stuck in account*

      Today I noticed that there has been a deduction of Rs. 1899 under the name WPP_ SR[protected]. As a housewife, this is a very big amount. What is this deduction without former consent. I have not even applied for any such policy in icici.

      Please explain and return the amount asap.

        ICICI money2world money debited but not received for 15 days

        I sent a money2world transfer through Icici on the 7th August 2021 and the money has been deducted but not received by the beneficiary in UK till date- 17th August. I have been following up with your customer care service but they keep hanging up. There has been no update on my money. Is it lost? It is on the way? This kind of service from Icici is very unexpected and highly unprofessional. Looks like my money is lost in your blackhole....

        Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank.
        I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~Bnk BFLo".

          Credit Card Transaction Withheld Due To Security Reasons

          I'm trying to purchase a online gold from PhonePe (iOS application) today but every time it is showing transaction failed I tried for 4 times times all 4 times transaction was declined. Below is the message I'm receiving.

          "Dear Customer, your transaction of INR 63, 000.00 on ICICI Bank Credit Card XX9007 is withheld for security reasons. Please call our Customer Care."

          Kindly help and resolve my issue as soon...

          ICICI Bank FASTag Account linked to VRN MAT632129LPNJ8764 has been debited with Rs 290.00 for dispute on trip number [protected] on[protected]:15:58.
          I have notice that other vahicle caused problem which is in front of mine.
          Your roll plaza raised dispute wrong.
          Front vehicle don't have fast tag.
          He tooks his vehicle reverse.
          What is my role?

          What your team is working?? Raise refund of 290 Rs
          Otherwise I have to raise complaint against your company.

            I am Balakumaran V, My ICICI bank Account Number is[protected].

            On 25/06/2021 rupees
            826.00 has been deducted from my account as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-21

            On 25/05/2021 rupees
            68.83 has been deducted from my account as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL APR-21

            I never activated and used my Demat account till now.
            I did not receive any deduction message on my mobile.
            Please close this unauthorized Demat account and refund
            my money back immediately.

              Amazon pay ICICI credit card application rejected due to office address confirmation

              I applied for Amazon pay ICICI credit card a while back, after that I was contacted by the bank and in the video call they took my pan card and signature for document upload procedure. After that I was told that the its processing. After few days I got a call from someone saying that he is an ICICI bank employ and need to take photos in my office.               The bank, without any notice, charged Rs. 600 from my account as a debit card fee for the two months of July and June despite my never using the card or being told about this in the past. I have never encountered this strange fee and would like to get this resolved.

                Debited amount for Expressions Debit card that I have not applied

                An amount of 826 debited without my authentication towards demat account, where i never wanted to opt for demat account in ICICI.When i called the customer service, very poor response.No one responded properly and placed my call on hold for hrs and i am completely fed up for their actions and still now the issue is not resolved

                    Poor employ response and work

The branch employs slow processing and unnecessary customer waiting. today I recover my gold loan process some employ to start the process but intermediate he goes to attend to another customer. so we are waiting and wast for more than two hours. he is such an irresponsible employee. I am more disappointed with his attitude....

                      I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 999/- has been deducted from my ICICI account and the transaction message says vsi/moneycont. Neither had i done any transaction, nor did I get any otp during the transaction. Iam also not a money control member for it to be a auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited 14 August 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this.

                        Power Grid Bonus shares are not added to my portfolio. Reflecting as losses

                        I have a DEMAT account in ICICI Direct. I am allotted bonus shares in 1:3 ratio from PowerGrid. However, these are not reflected in ICICi Direct portfolio.

                        I checked their site, it says the ICICI Direct takes care of adding bonus shares and user should not manually add the shares. Same happened during Vishal Fabrics case too, i had to follow up and get it added. Did not expect this kind of behavior from ICICI Direct....

                        Dear sir,
                        A Withdrawal of INR 1399, has happened from my account on 5/8/2021 in the name of PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_ Renewal of Policy, Last years itself I clearly mentioned there should be no renewal of the policy, why every year you're deducting my money even though I said I am not interested. Last year when I came up with the same problem, the customer care representative said, once deducted we can't do anything, I agreed last year and kept quiet, asking them to cancel the policy, but this year also you're doing the same, and this is not fair. And I need a refund of money for this time.

                          Agent named Gayathri called me and provided false knowledge on the card type by saying no joining fees & annual fees ... After kyc came to know that make my trip credit card assigned on my name which I don't like ... I have asked agent to cancel the card but she is adamant to do it .
