    I received the new amazon icici credit card on July 1st 2021. 24th day on receiving the card, ie; on July 23rd, I am charged with a late payment fee of Rs. 750.

    I clear all my bills on the end of the month; and since this was a new card I never anticipated this from the card company.

      With reference to captioned subject, I Ms. Ayushi Mayank Mehta had opened the Bank account which is account January 2021 in your Kandivali West Bank through online portal with the help of your Executive (Privilege Banker- as per details given by on Card). While opening the account, I was made aware that, to maintain 0 minimum balance, I need to avail FD facility amounting to INR 10000, Further no doing any KYC as the Account was opened on the Spot by her. However, trusting your executive and bank policy immediately I had availed the said credit facility.

      After few months/days I had checked the said account and was taken a back to see the different debited amounts from the account without any intimation on registered contact number and email id

      To knowledge myself about the debit transactions, I had visited to Kandivali West Branch SV road expecting genuine help. However, Branch Manager and His/her executive was informal and having no sense of customer communication ethics and bank Policy as well


      I was been there in branch for more than 2 hrs, but no positive resolution was given. With highly disappointed I left the branch and called customer Service again hoping for the help

      However, my hope towards the bank went in vain, after speaking to more than 15 executives over the calls. Every executive without my permission cancelled the call or put on hold or kept the call on without any resolution and Fake promise to forward the call to seniors.


      I had repeatedly requested for refund and closed the account/FD but its seems your Bank executives are turn out to be deaf and has clear intentions to extort the customer’s money in the name of Bank charges towards AMB

      Such kind of acts clearly shows that, your Bank indirectly accepting the mistake and misrepresentation of policies to the customers. Also failed towards the customer Service.

      I request you to take Legal actions on the Executives. Also to refund the 3200 /- and clear my FD with immediate Effect with no further Deductions which is showing on lien

      I hope For the Positivity and shall not be forced to upload the acts of ICICI BANK over the social Media along with the other instances

        Today deposited amount in icici bank thru cash deposit machine, first 3100 got counted and the balance cash got returned and again added the rejected cash into machine and pressed continue button that time machine got stucked and immediately showed unable to process the transaction. Nothing credited in my account nor returned my cash. It got stucked totally.

          Complaint about CashTxnChgs & CashDep Chgs Branch-Apr21+GST

          I am icici account holder, April'21 month my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs & CashDep Chgs Branch-Apr21+GST" charges for 4 times,

          I noticed unauthorised transaction on my debit card and reported the same to ICICI customer care on June 24th 2021. I was advised to block my account and was issued a service request number SR[protected] and requested to send three documents.

          I emailed the three documents (Transaction dispute form, debit card scan and passport scan) on the same day. However, I am yet to receive any follow-up or update on the issue.

          I am currently in Europe for masters degree studies and am not able to visit india due to covid related travel challenges. My account is blocked & will remain blocked until I reach India and am able to collect a new debit card. Until then, I am unable to deposit or withdraw funds but the bank is charging me for non-maintenance of MAB.

          Requesting for the following actions to resolve my complaint:
          1. Update on SR[protected]
          2. Waive all MAB charges until this is resolved & my account is un-blocked.

          I can be reached via my registered email address ([protected]@gmail.com). My registered mobile number is an Indian number & is inactive here.

              I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 999. 00/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 7th july, 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.                       I am not a ICICI customer but they have mapped my phone no with some defaulter account. I am regularly updating them of messages recieved regarding that account on my phone number since last 2 years from 2019 but they are not removing my phone number from that account. They have agreed that this account is for someone else but they are still not removing my number from that defaulters account even after so many emails and talks on phone with branch manager as well. Since 2019 they are not able to figure out whose account that is, they say my number was added to the account 15 years back.

                      I am using this number from last 10 years which I got it from vodafone store and Icici bank is not changing new details of the previous customer in there system.

                      There continous mesaages regarding someone else's accout is harrasing me from long ago and they are not able to resolve this issue since past 2 years. Hopefullg complaining it here i may find some solution to this.

                      I am attaching snapshots of all my conversations with the bank executives in which mang times they say they have removed my number but i still get more msges for that account and have to email them again that its still not done. Please reach out to me at [protected] in case more details are required from my end to resolve this issue.

                          Credit card new upgrade fake promise

                          Last two days back i enquired with my credit card details customer care, i have using HPCL Coral card [protected] that time your customer care person told rewards points 13, 746 there but you not convert current using HPCL Card So He told upgrade with New coral credit card and he will do redeem cash to this new card. I Am asking two questions because I'm not there for my current address and office address. I'm moving two years back...

                          Lien amount has been deducted from my account even though I am paying my emi. And a good amount of 31k . No one is responding from customer service as they say we don’t know. One of them informed me that it’s outstanding amount of credit card but I don’t have credit card outstanding amount.

                            Hi,
                            I would like to raise complaint about unknown transcations happening on my debit card for amazon stan. on 5th august, I had been charged 900rs and last month I was charged 815rs.
                            I tried reaching out icici customer care but there is no response. also I raised complaint but no answer.
                            Could you do the needful?

                            I am worried about these unknow transactions and would like to get it reversd asap.

                              On my saving account, in a single day.. 6 time deductions have been made of 590rs each in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chg . Do fix this as soon as possible. It has happened to me before, because of which i stopped maintaining my account.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    A withdrawal of INR 1399 has happened from my account in the name of WPP-SR[protected]_Renewal. I have not subscribed to any new policy nor they have given any policy related details at the time of account opening to me. It is unfortunate that ICICI is playing with customers money without getting any consent from them. Kindly cancel this policy. I have not authorized for any policy & I request the concerned authority look into this and release the money back to my account.

                                    Hello Sir,

                                    I have received a response from the ICICI bank which i have attached in the image below. They said that the amount has been deducted because of card protection plan but i never opted for any kind of plan. I already have purchased card protection plan from oneassist. I replied the same to their message but still they are not listening and not returning my money back. Please ask them not to play with the trust of their customers and should not impose their products without customer consent.
                                    Its not a fair practice to deduct money from someone's account without intimating him for what purpose they are going to charge their account.
                                    I hope you will follow up with them and ask them to refund my money.
