On my saving account, in a single day.. 6 time deductions have been made of 590rs each in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chg . Do fix this as soon as possible. It has happened to me before, because of which i stopped maintaining my account.

    pls note recently i place ipo bid for (glenmark life sciences limited) from zerodha app and due to some reason i cancel my bid but still money is blocked and amount not refund or unblock in my account below details fyr

    pls check & update me asap, how much time it takes to refund me my money.

      I have closed my demat account with ICICI direct in 2018. Today I realized that they continue to charge 826 rupees every year in Apr since 2018.

        Dear Sir,

        A withdrawal of INR 1399 has happened from my account in the name of WPP-SR[protected]_Renewal. I have not subscribed to any new policy nor they have given any policy related details at the time of account opening to me. It is unfortunate that ICICI is playing with customers money without getting any consent from them. Kindly cancel this policy. I have not authorized for any policy & I request the concerned authority look into this and release the money back to my account.

        Hello Sir,

        I have received a response from the ICICI bank which i have attached in the image below. They said that the amount has been deducted because of card protection plan but i never opted for any kind of plan. I already have purchased card protection plan from oneassist. I replied the same to their message but still they are not listening and not returning my money back. Please ask them not to play with the trust of their customers and should not impose their products without customer consent.
        Its not a fair practice to deduct money from someone's account without intimating him for what purpose they are going to charge their account.
        I hope you will follow up with them and ask them to refund my money.

            Today Once again unwanted thing happened to me, the amount of Rs. 439.79/- has been deducted on 05-Aug-2021 from my ICICI bank account for which the transaction message says VSI*AMAZON ST. And the major concern is that this transaction happened without any OTP Number. Neither had I done any transaction nor this is auto-renewal for any prime membership.

            This unwanted thing has already happened to me once in which I have been debited 87.59 Rs and ignored by me. But this time this is too much.

            Could you please assist me regarding this.

                      Am ONKAR BAGADE. Amount of Rs 826 has been deducted from my ICICI saving bank account as (DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUN-21) on 27-jul-2021 without any intimidation.

                      I am trying to call their customer care executive since morning but none of their customer care number is working. It's very very frustrating.
                      Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with ICICI bank. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

                        I did not open any demat account in icici bank. But, they deducted rs.826(till 27 jun-2021) from my account on Nov 25. I want my money back and would request to do same asap.

                          Credit card transaction not showing in statement

                          Sir, i have made a transaction of x amount and i wanted to convert to emi but the transaction is not visible in statement and the amount seen to be deducted as my credit limit decreased for the same amount and also confirmed by icici bank customer care service....

                                  Don't know where to begin! ICICI Direct live chat support doesn't work, their phone call number doesn't work, chatbot doesn't understand what I want and I feel stuck. No one replies to my emails, self-service service request doesn't give the required options.

                                  I ordered 390 shares of Zomato but none was allotted. And I have still not received my Zomato IPO refund.

                                  Worse is there is no one I can contact! I tried all possible ways but still couldn't get hold of their customer support. no one replied to my email.

                                  To all present and future investors: If you want to smooth transaction and quick help, don't ever deal with ICICI. I am going to close my Demat with them soon and transfer my assets.

                                  Trust me when I say this : Stay away from ICICI Bank and Direct. You'll regret doing business with them.

                                    I've done a transaction through ICICI credit card on 25th of July. But transaction got failed and amount got debited from credit card. I contacted merchant and they said they didn't received the payment. But the debited amount still not refunded to my account. Transaction reference number is : [protected]

                                      I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs.169.00 has been deducted from my ICICI account and the transaction message says Info: VSI*AMAZON STAN. Neither had I done any transaction nor did I get any OTP during the transaction. The amount was debited on 04-Aug-2021. Could you please assist me regarding this issue?
