My Demat account has been closed in October 2016, i have a confirmation email also on that, but still my account has been debited for Rs 826 on 27/07/2021.

DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUN-21

This is outright FRAUD from ICICI Bank.

      My Account[protected] has been debited with 480 rupees saying DMC DP CHGS TILL JUN-21. But I never used a Demat account of ICICI bank.
      Please close the Demat account and refund the amount deducted.

        My name is Sai Ravi Teja Bavirisetti and my ICICI account got debit with 482 rupees without any message of deduction. When I called customer care they told it is related to Demat account. But, I never used a Demat account from the date I opened the Savings account in this bank. I am not aware that I have a Demat account with ICICI Bank and never did a trade or transaction with this Demar account. But still my account got deducted with 482 rupees.
        Please help me in closing this Demat account and refund my money.

        My name is Rajiv Ranjan, my ICICI account got debited Rs 295 without any message of deduction. When I called customer care they told me it is related to the Demat account. I have already paid my Demat account charges in May. But still, my account got deducted with Rs. 295.
        Please help me with the refund.

          I have a demat account in icici bank for more than 2 years now. Today when i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction DMC/IN [protected] DPC HGS till Jun '21 — Rs 826/- (date 27 July 2021). when i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected] This is completely unacceptable and please refund my deducted amount. My phone number is [protected]

            I have invested rs. 52, 000.00 in sovereign gold bonds scheme 2016-17. My certificate no. Is [SGB[protected] - [protected]] under investor id[[protected]]. The date of issue was 08.02.2016. I am eligible for interest on above gold bond . My account number is in your icici bank pune satara road branch at Pune. The same interest has not yet received. The branch bank officers are not responding on this issue and ask to contact through customer care. Please do the needful to get my due interest.

              FASTag not delivered after 21 days

              I had raised a FASTag request on 7th Jul which I never received.

              I called the customer care[protected] on 15th Jul and was told that it will be delivered in 4-5 days.

              I called again the customer care on 27th Jul and was told that it will be delivered in 72 hours. I was told that the Blue Dart courier number will be shared in 24 hours...Still NO UPDATE......

                While opening my salary account the bank officials opened 3 in 1 account so demat account created without informing me later they also denied to deactivate my demat account by saying that they don't deduct money unless I use it. They deducted amount of 68.83 rs on July 27, 2021 from my bank account as DMC/IN(demat account no) /DP CHGS till jun-21. But I never used DEMAT account. And the customer service is not responding in a helpful way.

                  1) Representatives doesn't understand what I am saying. How dumb people! Totally dissatisfied
                  2) They do not concentrate on my words. Ask me for repetition several times. Told my query 4 times
                  3) I try many times to contact ICICI Customer Care Number[protected]
                  4) This call charges 2.5paise per second. How costly!
                  5) Representative asked me to direct me to Credit Card Department and wait for some time. I replied with Ok. Instead of directing call to another department they cut the call.
                  6) Overall service of this number is rated 4 out of 10

                    I have ordered 2 products from Amazon i.e. Neutrogena deep clean foaming cleanser for normal to oily skin, 100g and Maybelline New York instant age rewind concealer, light, 6g. Which I've cancelled but amazon had deducted my amount but when I asked the customer service of Amazon, they said that they didn't recieve the amount from the bank and told me to contact to the bank. It's been more than 10 days and I haven't received the amount yet. I've Ordered this product on 17th of July and I was supposed to get my Refund by 26th of July. This is the Order Number[protected] and the Reference Number is- 74332741202120156011129. Amazon have not received the fund from the bank.

                          I have Credit Card of ICICI Bank with acct number linked to [protected]. On 23 July 2021 i got notification of payment Amount Rs. 4256 which was not done my me and even i have never used this card. Still it got charged. Kindly do the needful and resolve this issue.

                            DMC charges deduction pls refund my money

                            Yesterday I have checked by bank balance suddenly I got shocked 826 rupees deducted not even a msg came to me.. but the money only deducted. Even i don't open any demat account on icici why you guys deducting money? I want my money back

                                ICICI bank has deducted a sum of 826 rupees from my account without any intimation and i see the transaction remark as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUN-21

                                ICICI bank is already deducted their charges while doing monthly SIP and not sure why you are deducting this additionally which was never discussed or mentioned by bank.

                                    This ridiculous in world of digital and transparency.
                                    There are unnecessary deductions shown up into my accounts and the one I am more concerned about is of Rs. 826.00. If you have deducted this money why there was no message for this. I came to know only when I checked my statements.
                                    I want immediate action here, if not I will escalate to higher level and can take pull this to court if required.
