    2 Unauthorised transactions rs 10000 done on my Lost debit Card

    Regarding fraud on 2 unauthorised transactions done on my Lost debit Card, on June 25th 2021 Friday 7:44 pm, i got 2 unauthorised txns debiting Rs 5000 and Rs 5000 from my account *********1634, then I came to know that I lost my debit Card where my last transaction was done**SHCNQ833** Machine on June 24th .     I see a debit transaction for 'DCardfee4937JUL21-JUN22+GST' in my savings account. Rs. 487.50 is deducted.

    I am not aware what type of charges are these.
    They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.

    I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

      I have been debited Rs.826.00 with the description:
      DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUN-21

      When I approached icici direct executive to close my DP account (over 10 years ago), he did not close my account, and he assured me that there is no maintenance changes, if the investment is less than 2 lakh rupees.

      Please review my account and reverse the charges. I hope there is no investment in my icici direct account.

      And please let me know the procedure to close the account officially. You can call me on +91-99XXXXXX06.

        Hi Team,

        My name is Gurmeet, I'm a TCS employee and when I joined the company 5 years back I was given ICICI food card which got expired on 4/21 .

        I would need a new card but the problem is that I don't have my old phone number active to apply which I gave during the card issue time .I am also unable to reach help desk and unable to login to portal (showing card invalid status), can you assist me.

        Every month during salary credit 500 rs is automatically being deducted for food card so please help

          I am VINAY 826.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account as [DMC/IN[protected]] DP CHGS TILL JUN-21 DP charges on 27/07/2021. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.

            Dear ICICI, I was told that there is no monthly and yearly charges for my demat account as i was a icic employee but I could see that RS 826 has been deducted on [protected] DP CHGS TILL June 21on 29/7/2021 transaction, can you please clarify and come to know all your customers suffering same problem?

              I am holding icici account for almost 5 years.nowadays I have noticed that my amount has been debited for "MAB CHG" and "POSDEC CHG".It was almost Rs.900 in last 3 months.
              I was doing all bank transaction in icici bank, but looks I need to check for alternative and close the account.

                I never use demat account of ICICI and i have not seen any charges for demat account but they charged me Rs.304.58. This is worst experience with icici bank. I have lost all the trust on these private banks

                  Rupees 481.83 has been deducted my account as (DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUN21 on 27July 2021.
                  When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected].If any charges atleast deduction message should be from you but no any message from you it's not acceptable.. Please do needful .

                    My Demat account has been closed in October 2016, i have a confirmation email also on that, but still my account has been debited for Rs 826 on 27/07/2021.

                          My name is Sai Ravi Teja Bavirisetti and my ICICI account got debit with 482 rupees without any message of deduction. When I called customer care they told it is related to Demat account. But, I never used a Demat account from the date I opened the Savings account in this bank. I am not aware that I have a Demat account with ICICI Bank and never did a trade or transaction with this Demar account. But still my account got deducted with 482 rupees.
                          Please help me in closing this Demat account and refund my money.

                          My name is Rajiv Ranjan, my ICICI account got debited Rs 295 without any message of deduction. When I called customer care they told me it is related to the Demat account. I have already paid my Demat account charges in May. But still, my account got deducted with Rs. 295.
                          Please help me with the refund.

                            I have a demat account in icici bank for more than 2 years now. Today when i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction DMC/IN [protected] DPC HGS till Jun '21 — Rs 826/- (date 27 July 2021). when i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.                               I have invested rs. 52, 000.00 in sovereign gold bonds scheme 2016-17. My certificate no. Is [SGB[protected] - [protected]] under investor id[[protected]]. The date of issue was 08.02.2016. I am eligible for interest on above gold bond . My account number is in your icici bank pune satara road branch at Pune. The same interest has not yet received. The branch bank officers are not responding on this issue and ask to contact through customer care. Please do the needful to get my due interest.

                                FASTag not delivered after 21 days

                                I had raised a FASTag request on 7th Jul which I never received.

                                I called the customer care[protected] on 15th Jul and was told that it will be delivered in 4-5 days.

                                I called again the customer care on 27th Jul and was told that it will be delivered in 72 hours. I was told that the Blue Dart courier number will be shared in 24 hours...Still NO UPDATE......

                                  While opening my salary account the bank officials opened 3 in 1 account so demat account created without informing me later they also denied to deactivate my demat account by saying that they don't deduct money unless I use it. They deducted amount of 68.83 rs on July 27, 2021 from my bank account as DMC/IN(demat account no) /DP CHGS till jun-21. But I never used DEMAT account. And the customer service is not responding in a helpful way.
