Deducted amount of 590/- rs from my account

There has been a debit of rs 590/- from my account with the description as RTN CHG-INSUFFICIENT FUNDS.
Can you please explain why it's been so....

I didn't get any calls or messages from the bank not even once while the deduction happening because of this I didn't kept any money in this account from last six months but yesterday my friend sent me some amount like 5000 rs I checked everything gone like 590/- 8 times and remaining for 1 time regarding this I spoke to customer care also This is my number 8897587764

    On 23rd July, I got msg o[censored]pgrading my Debit Card whereas I didn't upgrade any of my card. I was charged approx 600rs. Today I got msg of debiting 192rs of my primary debit card while it was provided free of cost at the time of opening Savings Account immediately. Also, today I got charged 4000rs for funding some account no. BANK DIDN'T TELL ME ABOUT THE CHARGES AT THE TIME OF OPENING ACCOUNT!

      I use ICICI bank credit card. They have charged annual renewal of one card which I do not use. I tried their customer care number but can never connect to customer care executive. Dropped a mail to them did not receive any response. Posted complaint on their website, still no response.

        I had raised request for Amazon Pay Credit card however even after providing below details my request got rejected.
        1. Pan card, Aadhar card
        2. My Organization details

        Even after contacting customer care they are giving below comments"new credit card is evaluated on a combination of parameters such as income, credit history, payment track record of other loans and credit cards (if any), etc." however this is the first bank where i have seen that application got rejected even without taking income proof. Also in terms of paying other loan I have never missed any installment.

        Kindly let me know reason for which my Application[protected] got rejected.

            In my account 1600 money debited in 2 months of time in 4 times without intimation, transaction type was like NACH charges why this much amount charged how without intimation, credit my money to my account immediately, customer care numbers are not connected properly waste of my money waste of my time immediately resolution required

                    I've been an ICICI A/C holder for a long time but have never faced this kind of an issue.

                    ICICI Bank has charged Rs. 177 under this category:
                    DCARDFEE2961JUN21-MAY 22+GST.

                    The date of the transaction (in the app for previous transactions) shows 26th July whereas at the time of writing this it's 25th July (Sunday).

                    Also, they've deducted the money for 2022, what kind of a harsh joke is this when it's only 2021?

                    What kind of an technical glitch is this? If so, then the amount deducted should be returned immediately because I'm not aware of this kind of charges nor was I informed either by email or sms.

                    This is extremely unprofessional, unethical and illegal.

                    My money should be credited back immediately.

                        Unknown auto debit from account

                        Hi,
                        There has been an unknown autodebit in my account worth ₹4, 800.
                        The entry is named ‘ATD/Auto Debit CC0xx2871’
                        I do not have any credit card with a number ending with that.
                        It is very surprising to see banks like ICICI making such blunders.
                        Need this resolved asap....

                          Had recently used ICICI Fastag for toll service and charges were properly deducted during the journey.
                          But suddenly on dated 20th june 2021 i got an sms saying Adjustment Debit for Standard Toll Charges for the Tag Account No. : 25129123 with Ref TripNo:[protected] on Transaction date time[protected]:35:07 for Amount: Rs. 170.00

                          ICICI Fastag customer care is always shown busy and you can never contact them for any query. Neither you can email them nor can you get help from ICICI

                                Sir, I initiated a payment of Rs 40450 on 16.07.2021 through upi of Imobile app. My account number is[protected]. Payment was made only once and deducted at the same time from my bank account but now in passbook it is being reflected as payment made twice with the same amount of Rs 40450. Thus amount 40450 has been deducted twice from my account. Transaction details are UPI/[protected]/UPI and UPI/[protected].

                                I had earlier raised a complaint but I am not satisfied with the received reply. This is a serious case of financial fraud or may be some technical glitch in the system. But I am quite unhappy because I had initiated transaction once but after some hours I found it deducted twice without my authority.Therefore it is requested to take proactive measures to correct the wrong payment done by Imobile app twice and initiate proceedings to revert Rs 40450 to my account immediately please.

                                  Why ICICI bank is not accepting Aadhar and Pan cards to correct spelling mistakes in my account, they ask for extra documents such as a driving license and voter id. In 2011, ICICI bank opened my salary account on basis of a PAN card even though there was a spelling mistake. Recently I corrected my pan card. When last month I approached them, they are saying along with Aadhar and Pan cards, I should also produce a driving license. Shame on ICICI for making such a nonsense policy
