I am paying a lic bill payment on 1 july 2021 and tha amount is 18836.50 rupees by amazon via amazon pay icici credit card payment geting faild amazon initiated tha refund but still not recived in to 3 to 7 working days and amazon give me refrence id 966522 and tha order id is[protected]. Please fix this isue feeling dipresed.

    I always make a payment in advance. This time I am not received statement to my email. Because of that I am unaware about amount due.

    So, In this month I received statement which is included with Late payment charges.

    Please, Refund or Reverse late payment charges due to statement not received.

        I had closed the i wish account many days before. But the money is not retrieve in my savings. The account has been closed prematurely . Kindly note the complaint and solve the issue urgently. I have called customer care many times. But call not connecting .

          Without any messages and notifications how can you auto debited my money..? What is this happening from your side. Whats charges is this ECSRTNCHG01?

          Dear sir / madam,

          I have purchased TATAMOTORSW stocks from icici direct which was linked with my icici savings account.

          I have added funds from icici savings to direct (Demat account) and purchased the stock.

          How can you debit an anything without customers concern??

          I have seen the following transaction. Not sure why i have been charged or deducted the amount from my savings.

          Not getting refunded, please advise.

              Loan amount not deducted despite of balance

              I have an emi of 6803 to be paid every 5th of the month.
              In July 2021 on 5th I had deposited the amount but the amount was not deducted. Instead on 6th July I got a message that due to insufficient funds emi was not deducted and also charges will be levied.
              I tried contacting ICICI customer care and also HDFC customer care(loan provider) but of no use.
              No one is providing a solution also they have deducted the charge...

                  Within ONE DAYs (02/07/2021) of time ICICI Bank has deducted Rs. 30680 (Rs. 590 * 52 Times = Rs. 30680) as NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~BAJAJHOU charges or you may say bounce charges for my LANs they have bounced auto debit cheques several times to charge more. I have taken Home Loan from Bajaj Finserv and total EMI Amount is Rs. 30687 per month from this ICICI Account. But due to lock down I failed to maintain sufficient balance...

                      Greetings Team,

                      I am reaching out seeking some help.

                      I have a Credit Card from ICICI Bank; I am not sure if I forgot to pay the bill or amount payable wasn't visible as I received a credit from a merchant as refund on my card. I missed the payment of approx Rs 1150/- due on 06th Jun'21 unintentionally. I have been using ICICI Bank Account from 2013; apart from this I have been using ICICI Credit card(2 Nos) for a while now. I never made default on my payment as I consider paying all liabilities before due date always. Since Payment of last month was due, ICICI bank applied Late Payment Fee of Rs 500+18%GST(590/- Total) on this bill.

                      I have tried reaching out to ICICI bank by several means but they seem not to be listening. All I am trying to request is to waive off Late Payment Fee from Credit Card bill as it is only once that this situation happened. I requested a Goodwill/any gesture which helps.

                      Just to mention, my bill due date was 06th Jul'21 recently which had this late payment fee included. It was for approx 3162/-. I have paid it fully; I am seeking help if the credit Late Payment fee which will settle in next bills. I had been following up with them for several days but came to no conclusion therefore paid full bill.

                        I have opened salary account in ICICI Bank at 2019 end. Today I have got mail saying demat account bill statement. How can this happen without my knowledge. It's matter of trust. I can't digest this kind of issues with ICICI Bank.

                            I am Rishi Muni Kesarwani writing on behalf of my father Pramod Kumar Kesarwani.

                            Mr. Pramod Kumar Kesarwani is the Bond Holder ( Bond Holder no.[protected] of ICICI BAJAJ SCOOTER BOND allotted on 29.01.1999.

                            It Maturity date / Redemption date as mentioned is 29.06.2023.

                            There is no trackability of this bond.

                            ICICI account ppl/wpp policy deduction

                            Am too one of the existing ICICI account holder, recently I checked in the statement and its showing 1899/- is deducted in the transaction name of PPL/WPP SR[protected] Renewal of policy. I haven't subscribed to any policy. But ICICI has looted out some money without user consent. How do I get back the money which was taken without my consent ?...

                            I inderbir singh using ICICI Credit Card with registered mobile no. [protected]. last four digits of credit card are 9005,
                            payment due date was 29 june.
                            before due date i checked total outstanding amount on ICICI I MOBILE PAY APP, it showed total outstanding amount is 0.
                            so i havent paid the bill because there was no outstanding amount.
                            there was no total outstanding amount, as all dues was paid & reversed.

                            but icici charged me Rs.885 for late fees payment.
                            i contacted customer care
                            . At Customer Care Centre, Phone Banking Officer gave lame excuses and did not escalate my complaint despite repeated requests, causing harassment, mental agony and disturbance to me.
                            kindly look into the matter and reverse the unnecessary and illegal charges

                            i contacted official, but they refused to refund the amount & put all blame on me.
                            they even refused to register complaint.
                            i have no option left to leave icici bank, to save my self from their illegal charges in future
