I KAMAL KANT SHARMA using ICICI Credit Card with registered mobile no. [protected] for last 05 yers having no. 0034 (Last four Digit) for which payment delayed by 3-4 days due to bank server, for which bank sent SMS alert. But bank charged almost Rs. 3, 000 for the same. At Customer Care Centre, Ms. Sonam Upadhyay Phone Banking Officer and Mr. Rohit Kumar, Floor Manager gave lame excuses and did not escalate my complaint despite repeated requests, causing harassment, mental agony and disturbance to me.
kindly look into the matter and reverse the unnecessary and illegal charges.
