Hii Team,

I have ICICI Salary account and also credit card. I have credit card due on 9th July 2021. But they have marked lien on my salary account on 25th June 2021 only.

But after all this credit card department asked to pay the bill and they will remove lien. I paid and send screenshot on 2nd July but still lien not removed from my salary account.

    Icici deduducted MAB charges without intimating regarding the debit. Eventhough this is salary account from 2018 and they have removed it as a salary account without intimating the customer and It was opened on zero balance and it was for life time, they told. I didn't get any information if they are converting the salary account to normal saving account.
    And icici bank deducted 473.12 on 23/04/2021.I want this amount to be immidiately refunded.

      My account is in Negative value due to wrong entries created by Icici bank's back end team; Even After complaints thru person to the service branch, customer care, follow ups nothing is working. A common man like me is suffering because for the daily needs to get done for the food, etc.,
      But none in the bank team seems to be responding and clearing the issue for the loyal customer for more than 20yrs.
      As a result, am getting bouncing from other bank due to the already approved ECS mandates. Can anyone sort out this to come out of this issue immediately?

        Online home loan application number - [protected]. It has been 24 days but no response. All documents uploaded online, Some documents requested from your end, also provided on time. but no activity on this matter.

        I request you kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible. In case you cannot provide the details please refund my full amount which i paid earlier. I will go for another bank.

          Hi,

          Without my consent, rs.4000 and rs.25000 has been deducted from my account on 04/07/2021 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c... and trf to fd a/c.In total rs. 29000 has been detected without my knowledge and I have not made any of the above transaction.

          I have never subscribed to any policy. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.

            I am an icici account holderand have been using it as a salary account . Today, when i tried doing an online transfer transaction, it is giving me an error that the account frozen/blocked. Bank has not given any reasons for it either. There was no communication in this regard. Today being a bank holiday, nothing can be done and i am left with no option but to wait for tomorrow and visit the nearest branch tomorrow morning first thing. This is very unprofessional on behalf of the bank and i will have to bear monetory loss because of not being able to transfer amount today itself.
            Now i am seriously thinking of changing my salary account to some other bank which is professional and would also suggest others not to use such an unprofessional bank.

              On 3rd July 2021 amount of 1899 rs has been deducted from my ICICI account on the name of PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Renual of Policy.

              I have never aware of such policy nor subscribed it. So please help me unsubscribe it and return my hard earned money.

                I am amit yadav. Amount of Rs 741 has been deducted from my ICICI saving bank account as DP CHGS TILL MAY-21) on 1-JULY-2021 without any intimidation.
                Even i Don't have any icici demat account how u guys can deduct money from my account without any intimidation even i didn't registered on icici direct..

                    I KAMAL KANT SHARMA using ICICI Credit Card with registered mobile no. [protected] for last 05 yers having no. 0034 (Last four Digit) for which payment delayed by 3-4 days due to bank server, for which bank sent SMS alert. But bank charged almost Rs. 3, 000 for the same. At Customer Care Centre, Ms. Sonam Upadhyay Phone Banking Officer and Mr. Rohit Kumar, Floor Manager gave lame excuses and did not escalate my complaint despite repeated requests, causing harassment, mental agony and disturbance to me.
                    kindly look into the matter and reverse the unnecessary and illegal charges.

                          Yesterday I transferred 10 rs to my beneficiary successfully then i tried to transfer 990 rs ..the amount deposited from my account but did not get credited into beneficiary's account & i received text message...

                          Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref.[protected] for Rs 990.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 02-Jul-21. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank.

                          Also i have another issue with icici..why is it charging extra money on some transactions..?? I almost get charged 18 rs on 3 transactions..it is shwoing 5 rs charge & 0.90 rs gst on each transaction in passbook.

                          Kindly look into it & help me getting my money back to me as soon as possible.

                              FASTAG Fraud

                              I have paid for FASTAG Rs.500/- in 01 Jan 2020. they have deducted Rs.300/- for security deposit and Tag issuance fee and remaining Rs.200/- it is showing balance in Tag account, however i have not received Fastag sticker till date, Since jan 2020 i was complaining in their ICICI/ Fastag web portal but they always close my complaint stating that "your tag has been delivered by blue dart to Mr. Abhishek"., after again i have complained that...

                              I am one of your ICICI Bank Loan Customer from OSL Nexa and it's pretty painful to share you that i had a couple of conversations today with Jhumur and OSL finance team regarding the foreclosure of my Loan Account LACAL[protected] but no layman solutions came up.

                              Now pain is when am going to pre close it's charging me 5.9% on remaining balance and its costs 35K above, at time of loan disbursement from dealer station OSL, executive brief me that i can close my loan account after 6 months of successful pay at any point of time without any foreclosure charges.

                              Yes I don't have any sanction letter or any approved letter or email behind this statement because it was all about relationship with bank. Same i did for my last car with SBI foreclosure and it had been done by OSL only with Zero Foreclosure charge.

                              Repayment Account No : ICICI Bank since last near one an half year EMI deduction Savings Account[protected]. Due to miscommunication i have been suffering to closure of this account and no one is taking responsibility for it.

                              So it's my kind request to you, possibility to waive off half of % or whichever will be possible you can provide so that we both will be at win win stage and an unbroken relation.
