Hello Bluedart,
I would like to inform you that, my ICICI Bank credit card was sent by Bluedart courier but it is not delivered to me.

But I got a confirmation message on 21 june 2021 from Bluedart, card is delivered to right person..

Message details as follows.

Delivered: Dear Customer, Credit Card -Fresh for ICICI Bank Account XX1006 is delivered by Blue Dart Courier on 21-JUN-21 & received by MD NASIR AHEMED. If not received, please call our Customer Care.

    I would be happy to hear from you the reversal of charges and realised that the bank would definitely care for his customers. But now I came to know it's totally wrong, it's just looting the customer. As I came to know after statement generation that there is a deduction of late fees 590/- rupees on 18 apr 21, and again the bank had secretly cuts 121.08/- including 21.79/- rupees gst as an interest on 28 Apr 21, which is completely unaware by me.

    Why the bank plays such a type of game with customers? Is year long relationship between the bank and customer results this type of cheating in this CORONA pandemic?

    I request credit 121.08/- including 21.79/- rupees gst and another 90/- rupees gst as soon as possible. I have also other bank card and they also refunded the charges with GST, without any hesitation.

        My account got deducted two times nach rtn charges as on 22062021 it stated that

          ICICI debited 1180 from my account in June 2021 and I don't understand why? This is pure cheating. This was my hard earned money and bank can't deduct this money without informing me. I want the refund from ICICI at the earliest. Please look into this.

              I opened Women Saving Account, a minor account in the name of my son
              , a RD and a demat account at the same time from ICICI
              representative who collected the application form from my home . At that
              time, I was told that I am availing zero balance account under Women saving special scheme. But ICICI had wrongly deducted MAB charges from my account without informing me.
              But, whenever I enquired about the details of minor
              account of my son, I never obtained any response from ICICI bank
              representatives.
              I am complaining this to ICICI customer care but got no response or unsatisfactory response..

                Hi Team,

                I always keep my bank account balance as per the policy, but on 18th June, 2021 the ICICI bank has deducted Rs. 590 without any information.
                I sincerely request and urge to take serious action against such fraudulent activities done by banks.

                  I'm not able to deposit money in my bank account

                  I'm trying to deposit money in my ICICI BANK account from last 2 days and it's failing again and again with the following message in my inbox "Dear Customer, your credit request is declined. UPI Ref. no. xxxxxxxxxxxx - ICICI Bank." I tried calling customer care but no response. I urgently need to deposit my money in bank account please help if any one can....

                    I Ashok Kumar Jain, on behalf of my daughter Pratibha S Vedi, would like to submit our grievance regarding refusal of the ICICI bank to close her personal loan account no LPDEL[protected] with the bank as under:
                    My daughter had deposited a draft no 866940 dated 15.04.2021 for Rs 13, 00, 000/- (Rupees thirteen lakhs only) drawn on HDFC Bank for closure of her personal loan account no LPDEL[protected] with the bank on 03.05.2021 at its Desh Bandhu Gupta Road branch as per instructions of the branch officials present there. However, the bank has not closed the loan account till date despite her several requests via email, personal visits to the branches and loan department of the bank at DBG Road branch, Connaught branch, Jhandewalan branch, Rohini Sector 8, 9 and 18 branches.
                    We very much regret to note that the bank has now returned the said to her home address 48 days after deposit of the same without assigning any reason of return whatsoever.

                    As the bank has failed to provide any reasons for return of the draft,
                    we presume that the bank has no valid reason for return of the draft.
                    We thorough your channel request you to help closure of her loan account no LPDEL[protected] as it is attracting very heavy rate of interest and the bank is imposing very high penalties and other charges for closure of the loan account.
                    This is nothing but pure harassment by the ICICI bank where once you take a loan from the bank it refuses to close the same on one pretext or the other.
                    We once again request you to help expedite closure of her loan account at the earliest.

                      Hi Team,
                      I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs.169/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited oblast month and today 21june, 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this.

                        Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, is involved in unethical and fraudulent activities. A medicine called Fabiflu is manufactured by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. Head office of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is located in Mumbai, (Maharashtra) India. I had purchased Fabiflu packet in Indore (M.P.). Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is not taking back it's own manufactured Fabiflu tablets. Normally what happens that when we purchase something from market and return it, we get back amount. This is called ethics. But this is not so with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. It does not bother whether any person dies after taking it's medicines, after-sales. Glenmark Pharmaceutical is only bothered about money . Completely inhumane and unethical approach. Glenmark Pharmaceuticals customer care is very poor. They give vague replies because they have thief in their minds. If they are honest, they should give a clear worded reply. I have unused 9 tablets of Fabiflu, which they are not taking back and refunding amount. If they themselves do not respect and understand importance of it's own made medicine, why would other pharmaceutical company understand importance of medicines manufactured by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. They are not taking back their's own made medicines. This implies that they themselves are not sure about quality of their's product. This way, they themselves are tarnishing image of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, in market and are having loss of reputation in market. There is logic behind this. Consider Pharmaceutical company as Parents and product manufacured by company as their's sons or daughters. If son or daugher does any mischief in society, then whom we hold accountable ? Of course, Parents. Parents can not tolerate disrespect of their products( Sons or Daughters). If someone faces any issue, then he asks parents to take care of their's products. Similar logic applies to pharmaceutical company. If someone is throwing their unused medicines as garbage, then indirectly it is insult to company. Pharmaceutical company must take back unused medicine and resale it in market in new packet or do modication in it if needed and then re-introduce in market. Hence ultimately, I would advise not to purchase any medicine manufactured by Glenmark Pharmaceutical . Because Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, to the best of my knowledge, does not have take back policy at all. Glenmark Pharmaceutical is having one-way traffic i.e. sell the medicines any how, in market. Take money from purchaser and after that completely forget about it. All this, I am saying on the basis of my first-hand experience with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, India .

                            We visited the ICICI bank, Electronic City branch, Bangalore on June 11th 2021 to deposit our cash in the bank, some amount got deposited and some amount got stuck in the machine and the message came up that the transaction was unsuccessful. Immediately we informed the branch people and they took the details and remaining amount was manually credited to the account. We calculated and informed them how much money is stuck in the machine and they informed it will be credited within 24 hours, but nothing happened even after 10 days, none took the ownership to contact us and inform anything. We have raised a complaint on mail and phone but no response. We have no other option but to reach out to the police if the bank people do not respond!

                              I have been charged MAB charges for not maintaining the minimum balance in the account. I have the following issues with the charges and requesting to waive off/refund the charges.

                              My account was a salary account type when opened and in that no minimum balance was required to maintain as per the rules. However when I switched the company the account automatically got converted to a Savings account without my consent and no emails, calls, and reminders either regarding the same.

                              As a custom, I have the right to know when my account is getting converted and what are the rules for the same account. But the same didn't happen.

                              I was totally unaware of this until I checked my account balance and statement 699 missing, then I complained but they didn't reply anything or waived off my fee. Again this month they deduced again 532. I am helpless right now.

                              Please help me to waive off the charges.
                              Total MAB charged 1232 INR.

                                    I had done buying of RUCPAP SHARES thru my joint account with ICICIDIRECT ON 18/6/2021. The trading was completed and requisite money had been deducted from my savings account attached with my broking account instantly, but the traded shares are not showing after about 22 hours of the trade as usually seen the next day after 9.30 AM (19/6/21)

                                      Address: Icici Bank, Gaur City-1, Noida

                                      Hi,
                                      I have made two drafts of Rs1, 15, 000 each on 7th, Jan, 2017. The DD got misplaced and not able to submit the same to the party. Unfortunately, the company got closed and i was not able to take the NOC from them. I have also registered the complaint at that time to the police. I am following with the bank branch from last 3 years to get my money refunded but all in vain.
                                      Request to top authorities to check and solve my case. I have photocopies with me of the DD and DDs are expired now and the amount is also with bank only.

                                      Please help to refund my money
