    Registered number activate but system are not generating PIN & sending SMS to my registered mobile number. registered mobile number are displayed in account details are same & for debit card generating PIN & working OK but whenever we try for credit card it not functioning complete the process.
    To resolve the issues several time called to Miss Saloni of customer care ICIC bank & trying to resolve the issues but yet not generated the PIN also not getting the proper response from your . complain registered in level 1 ( Complain No : 000V4aGC26DB9H9K) but yet not receive any solution. also not getting any response from your provided service contact number.

      Dear sir,

      I am having an account in your bank with the account number[protected], while opening the account I was said that I can get free Demat account without any maintenance charges, so I opened it.

      now I see some 826 rs has been deducted as DP charges, transaction remark is "DMC/IN[protected] DP C HGS TILL APR-21", can you please clarify on this.

      Please close my ICICIDIRECT Demat account, I was never interested to trade with ICICIDIRECT, your employee asked me to buy some icici bank shares so i bought it and sold it, other than this there is no trade i have done with that demat account.

          Unknown transaction to BILLDESKPP@ybl

          Today morning a message was recieved by me notifying a unknown trasection of ₹360 named on [protected]@ybl which was not done by niether permitted by me, It was deductwd by it own without any information provided to me, I have my account in icici bank

          Please resolve the complaint...

          I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited sine 15th March, 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

            I Devender Singh (Defence person, and presently posted at New Delhi in CNS secretariat) having my account in ICICI Bank, A/c No.[protected] and my registered mobile number in Bank [protected]. On 03 Jun 21 Thursday, some one (mobile number [protected]/ [protected]/UPI ID [protected]@axisbank) hacked my account and deducted 17, 000 rupees from my account in twice transaction of 8, 500/- rupees without my information. I have blocked my account as well as hacker account immediately through online banking and cyber crime help. I have also made a complaint (complaint number SR[protected] dated 03 Jun 21) in ICICI bank (Branch Janpath) for the same. Till now, I have not received any positive reply from bank in this regard. However, i have also made wats app chats with the hacker in which he is accepting his mistake and seeking the amount reverse withdrawal from his bank account, so that he can activate his deactivate account.

            In view of the above said it is requested that my amount may be credited in my account as soon as possible, so that people can seek the justice from your side in future.

              I was shocked to see the msg recvd early mrng that 399 transaction has been done from my account icici without an otp. Plz see to it. M unable to reach customer care & all of a sudden I observed my phone doesn’t Hav that I mobile app as well. It vanished from my phone.

                Hello, I have recently opened an account with ICICI Bank and there was no obligation of minimum balance required for my account.Yesterday 677 rupees was deducted from my account under the MAB chgs, without even notifying me or sending me a message for the deduction . I thought that i might have bought something and forgot about it but in the statement today i received, it displayed that i have been charged for something spelt as MAB chgs . It have never happened before and at the time of opening my account i was not made aware of any such charges, so why am i charged of something which i was not made aware of in advance . Please look into the matter and help me in getting a refund of my money as soon as possible .

                                Hello,

                                My name is Sainath N and I am an ICICI bank savings account holder. They have charged me for 515.66 and 74.42 rupees. I am not aware why this amount is debited.

                                The transaction ID says

                                NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLo~03JUN21~86a 515.66
                                NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLo~03JUN21~86a 74. 42

                                I spoke to the ICICI bank custome care. I spoke with an agent named Narender and he wasn't able to help me out on this and he was rude on me stating that he that it is an auto debit happened for the EMI.

                                He said I have an EMI running for BAJAJ FINANCE and I paid them directly and just because the auto debit did not happen with the ICICI bank they charged me this.

                                When I paid the amount directly to bajaj finance the bajaj finance will charge me extra amount as penalty but when is the bank charging me this amount? Where in the terms and conditions it is mentioned that it will be charged.

                                I want to complaint again the poor ICICI customer care service and also for this hidden charges

                                  Complaint against unfair and unjust practises and illegal charging of multiple charging of ECS return in a week.

                                  My account number is[protected]

                                  i have been charged twice rs 590/- on 5th june and then on 7th june.

                                  Again now ECS has been returned on 10/06/2021, and bank would charge ECS charges.

                                  Whereas the factual position is that i have availed services of Bajaj finance ltd for purchase of LG OLED tv worth Rs 1.13 lacs on 17/09/2020.
                                  For which the showroom owner extended loan of Rs 60, 272/- payable in EMI of rs 7534/- through Bajaj finance ltd bearing loan number 4240cdgf945889

                                  i have been the EMI without any fault and just two EMI's are remaining .
                                  However in may 2021 there was lockdown in all all the states in north India and applicant suffered financial crunch .

                                  But on 3june 2021 i received a message from bank regarding ECS return for insufficient funds(though there balance in the bank account on 02/6/2021) but still i immediately paid the EMI on the website of Bajaj finance on 3.06.2021 itself with few hours from icici bank account itself., copy of loan account statement showing payment on 03.06.2021 is attached .

                                  Then i again received received a message on 05/06/2021 regarding return of ecs, on which i contacted bajaj store at sector 17 chandigarh, who informed that payment has been credited into emi of july 2021 since website do not reflect due payment of emi till 3 rd date of a month

                                  now though i have made payment of EMI of June (which has been Illegally & wrongly credited in emi of month of july 2021 which is nifact not due ) but still icici bank is charging again and again ecs return charge of rs 590/- . At the same time Bajaj is charging their own penalty of Rs 450/-

                                  my issue regarding adjustment of EMIof July in moth of June is pending with Bajaj finance

                                  but icci bank has already charged rs1280/- till date and would again charge Rs 590/- for return of ECS on 10/06/202, which is against rbi guidelines and this practice is totally unfair unwarranted and unjust and liable to be deprecated especially when i already paid the EMI on 03.06.2021 before ECS return .

                                  Pleas refund my ECS charges and not to charge any further ECS charges in this month of June 2021.

                                  Please consider that due to lockdown i am already facing financial crunch and otherwise i was having absolute clear banking record from last two decades.

                                    I have received call from ICICI bank and given information about one assist plan after that they activated this plan and deducted Rs-1899 from my account without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. So, please deactivate this plan and return my money asap.

                                      I am using icici pos card swiping machine with Terminal id[protected] and Merchant id[protected]. On 4th June 2021 we have done batch settlement of Rs.138000/-and this amount should credit our account on next working day I.e on 5th June 2021. But still we have not received any payment. I made service request no 66599345 on 7th June 2021 requesting to resolve the issue and they committed me that it will be resolved in 48 hrs but not happened. Again I called customer service on 9th June 2021 they said it will resolve by end of the day. Still the issue not resolved. How ever they will deduct swiping charges for every transaction and they supposed to settle the amount in next working day. But almost since one week they are holding the amount still they are not responding properly. I request you the authorities to look into the issue and I want to penalise them irresponsible delay and holding my money for their use.
