Today (13 June 2021) at 2:35 PM, I suddenly received a mail (photo attached) saying that INR 5, 188.32 was debited from my account. I did not receive any OTP for this transaction.

I request an enquiry into the matter and a refund of this amount.

    ICICI Bank — MABchgs-Feb21+GST ;MABchgs-Mar21+GST ;MABchgs-Apr21+GST ;MABchgs-May21+GST

    ICICI bank deducted MAB charges without intimating regarding the debit. This is salary account from 2015 and I don't know if they have removed it as a salary account without intimating me via anything such as SMS or email or phone call. This was a zero balance account and I didn't get any information if they are converting the salary account to normal saving account.

    It deducted my MAB charges for the month of March, April, May, June on the below dates. I lost Rs 1644 in total from my account.

          I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs169/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon ST. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. The amount was debited earlier on 13 may 2021 and again today i.e. 13 june 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

            My ORDER #[protected] for benq monitor was cancelled and a refund for amount 8750rs was initiated on my ICICI bank account by amazon on 16th may. But I have not received the refund amount in my account.

            Below is the refund reference number. I have also attached the email from Amzon regarding the refund transaction and order details.

            My bank account was closed by on which refund was issued was closed on 17th May. So bank now is not crediting the refund amount in account due to account closure. So bank should provide me the money via Check or Demand draft since the bank has received money from amazon.

              Hi,

              I lost my debit card, so blocked that and got the replacement. But with that I can only do netbanking and ATM withdrawal. But can't purchase anything online.

              Called customer care over phone but getting only robotic voice that keeps saying that my card is activated but status has not changed. This is causing me a lot of inconvenience. Since there is no human to understand the issue, I am escalating it first through you.

              Request you to please look into it.

                  I'm paying my EMI advance date of 26th and before 1 day EMI last date but banks took ecs Charges for Three tym of Rupees 1500rs, icici bank is heavy penalty putting in customers..if not my amount returned to my account I complaint to the consumer complaint

                    I applied for NRE-NON PINS account opening. Also clearly mentioned that, I do not want NRO-PIN and NRO NON-PINS account. They replied by email that only NRE NON-PINS account will be opened.
                    Today I received email confirmation for account opening.
                    It shown they opened NRO-PINS, NRO-NON PINS demat account as well as ICICI NRO saving account, which I never requested.

                    Very poor customer service...

                    I want close all the above account prior to proceed for NRE non PINS account. Your support highly appreciated.

                      This is the second deduction by icici bank on 10th June 2021 in the name of dp charges though I have clarified last time to close the account but the same
                      Was deducted again by the bank this shows how u treat the customers request

                      I am prasannakumar naik, on 10th june2021 sum of rs has been deducted from my account for dp charges till june 2021

                      I was not having any idea about my demat account, and i didn't get any notification of deduction. I never personally opened the demat account till date so this is totally insecure and i even don't have any idea about the demat and trading stuff so please take this matte seriously because deducting of charges from account without the knowledge of account holder is not acceptable in which the account holder never opened the demat account

                      I need my money back and am ready to claim in anywhere else if needed

                      If i don't get my money back i am gonna take legal action upon this
                      Till date i am having faith on icici so please don't lose it

                          Registered number activate but system are not generating PIN & sending SMS to my registered mobile number. registered mobile number are displayed in account details are same & for debit card generating PIN & working OK but whenever we try for credit card it not functioning complete the process.
                          To resolve the issues several time called to Miss Saloni of customer care ICIC bank & trying to resolve the issues but yet not generated the PIN also not getting the proper response from your . complain registered in level 1 ( Complain No : 000V4aGC26DB9H9K) but yet not receive any solution. also not getting any response from your provided service contact number.

                            I am having an account in your bank with the account number[protected], while opening the account I was said that I can get free Demat account without any maintenance charges, so I opened it.

                            now I see some 826 rs has been deducted as DP charges, transaction remark is "DMC/IN[protected] DP C HGS TILL APR-21", can you please clarify on this.

                            Please close my ICICIDIRECT Demat account, I was never interested to trade with ICICIDIRECT, your employee asked me to buy some icici bank shares so i bought it and sold it, other than this there is no trade i have done with that demat account.

                                Unknown transaction to BILLDESKPP@ybl

                                Today morning a message was recieved by me notifying a unknown trasection of ₹360 named on [protected]@ybl which was not done by niether permitted by me, It was deductwd by it own without any information provided to me, I have my account in icici bank

                                I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal.                                   I Devender Singh (Defence person, and presently posted at New Delhi in CNS secretariat) having my account in ICICI Bank, A/c No.[protected] and my registered mobile number in Bank [protected]. On 03 Jun 21 Thursday, some one (mobile number [protected]/ [protected]/UPI ID [protected]@axisbank) hacked my account and deducted 17, 000 rupees from my account in twice transaction of 8, 500/- rupees without my information. I have blocked my account as well as hacker account immediately through online banking and cyber crime help. I have also made a complaint (complaint number SR[protected] dated 03 Jun 21) in ICICI bank (Branch Janpath) for the same. Till now, I have not received any positive reply from bank in this regard. However, i have also made wats app chats with the hacker in which he is accepting his mistake and seeking the amount reverse withdrawal from his bank account, so that he can activate his deactivate account.

                                  In view of the above said it is requested that my amount may be credited in my account as soon as possible, so that people can seek the justice from your side in future.

                                    I was shocked to see the msg recvd early mrng that 399 transaction has been done from my account icici without an otp. Plz see to it. M unable to reach customer care & all of a sudden I observed my phone doesn’t Hav that I mobile app as well. It vanished from my phone.

                                      Hello, I have recently opened an account with ICICI Bank and there was no obligation of minimum balance required for my account.Yesterday 677 rupees was deducted from my account under the MAB chgs, without even notifying me or sending me a message for the deduction . I thought that i might have bought something and forgot about it but in the statement today i received, it displayed that i have been charged for something spelt as MAB chgs . It have never happened before and at the time of opening my account i was not made aware of any such charges, so why am i charged of something which i was not made aware of in advance . Please look into the matter and help me in getting a refund of my money as soon as possible .
