Complaint against unfair and unjust practises and illegal charging of multiple charging of ECS return in a week.

i have been charged twice rs 590/- on 5th june and then on 7th june.
Again now ECS has been returned on 10/06/2021, and bank would charge ECS charges.
Whereas the factual position is that i have availed services of Bajaj finance ltd for purchase of LG OLED tv worth Rs 1.13 lacs on 17/09/2020.
For which the showroom owner extended loan of Rs 60, 272/- payable in EMI of rs 7534/- through Bajaj finance ltd bearing loan number 4240cdgf945889
i have been the EMI without any fault and just two EMI's are remaining .
However in may 2021 there was lockdown in all all the states in north India and applicant suffered financial crunch .
But on 3june 2021 i received a message from bank regarding ECS return for insufficient funds(though there balance in the bank account on 02/6/2021) but still i immediately paid the EMI on the website of Bajaj finance on 3.06.2021 itself with few hours from icici bank account itself., copy of loan account statement showing payment on 03.06.2021 is attached .
Then i again received received a message on 05/06/2021 regarding return of ecs, on which i contacted bajaj store at sector 17 chandigarh, who informed that payment has been credited into emi of july 2021 since website do not reflect due payment of emi till 3 rd date of a month
now though i have made payment of EMI of June (which has been Illegally & wrongly credited in emi of month of july 2021 which is nifact not due ) but still icici bank is charging again and again ecs return charge of rs 590/- . At the same time Bajaj is charging their own penalty of Rs 450/-
my issue regarding adjustment of EMIof July in moth of June is pending with Bajaj finance
but icci bank has already charged rs1280/- till date and would again charge Rs 590/- for return of ECS on 10/06/202, which is against rbi guidelines and this practice is totally unfair unwarranted and unjust and liable to be deprecated especially when i already paid the EMI on 03.06.2021 before ECS return .
Pleas refund my ECS charges and not to charge any further ECS charges in this month of June 2021.
Please consider that due to lockdown i am already facing financial crunch and otherwise i was having absolute clear banking record from last two decades.
