I never use to saw my account statement, but when I read this articles of DP fraud and when i saw my last 3-4 years statement I realised even my account has been deducted with this DP charges continously for 2-3 years and today when i called the customer executive he informed me that it is a de-mat account charges and I was never informed about this via mail, call or any message that I have icici demat account.
As you know right now what the situation is because of this covid and these banks are deducting this amount through this fraud, already we are facing with financial issue and upon that now banks are making us fools by doing this fraud.
I please urge you to kindly look into this issue and get my all amount which was deducted throughout the year should be refunded.
