ICICI Bank — Housing loan amount collected was not refunded - SR[protected] been created with them and they confirmed in mail it will be refunded in March 21, till date they didn't refund the amount, many mails are sent to them. No reply or action by them.
I had applied for housing loan and paid 15694 rs as processing fees, first level relationship manager Vishal Shaey called and enquired about the property on the same day of loan applied online i.e on 09-02-21, and said loan is not possible for your property at per Icici bank terms and said the processing fees will be refunded and the same been told by second level relationship manager Sachin B M too, even customer care team had created SR[protected]. It's been more than 3 months now, till date the amount is not refunded, for no service by them they collected the money of 15694 Rs, they confirmed in mail to me as it will be refunded in March month, till date not refunded. Please help on this issue reported.

Complaint marked as Resolved I got the refund amount back from ICICi after many follow ups with them.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by SubashSai This is the reply I received from them on 03/20/2031, but nothing been refunded so far! 15694 rs they have collected from me.
