Hello my self Mohit Panchal 344.17 Rupees has been deducted from my account[protected] as DP CHGS TILL April-21) DP charges on

25/05/2021. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. Kindly credit the amount back.

    I can see in my bank account statement that bank has charged Rs. 757.
    DMC/DP charges till April 21 on 25th May, 2021.
    I haven't used their demat account since inception and moreover when their representative gave the demat card, he told me that it is free of cost.
    Also, I was not informed about this charge and I haven't received any sort of intimation via SMS and email from the bank regarding the transaction.
    Kindly refund the amount and close the demat account which I have never used.

          May I know when I have requested for below Demat account? I have never opened a Demat account with ICICI bank. Now getting the bill for a Demat account. Kindly look into the matter.

          It was opened without my consent. Still, automatic charges deducted from my saving account.

          I have also written an email to [protected]@icicibank.com but there is no response from your side.

            Myself Kishan Makwana, i have been with icici bank since 2012. Each year around 500/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till April-21 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                Account debited with amount of 590 on 20 May by 3 transactions. I have not received any intimation for the same. When I tried to log a complaint on online servicedesk but there is no option for the same.

                  Rs 826 as DP charges was deducted from my account.Since 5 year I used account but every time ICICI deducted charges in the name of DP charges .I want refund my money back.If this is case then it will seriously fraud by ICICi.In this tough covid time job is not stable and bank countiously deducted charges in name of DP.I want to refund my money.

                      I am Tarun Sharma, an amount of rs 826.00 has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till jan-20 on 25 feb 2020.

                      I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                      I need my money back and am ready to complain even in court if required.

                        ICICI Bank — Housing loan amount collected was not refunded - SR[protected] been created with them and they confirmed in mail it will be refunded in March 21, till date they didn't refund the amount, many mails are sent to them. No reply or action by them.

                        I had applied for housing loan and paid 15694 rs as processing fees, first level relationship manager Vishal Shaey called and enquired about the property on the same day of loan applied online i.e on 09-02-21, and said loan is not possible for your property at per Icici bank terms and said the processing fees will be refunded and the same been told by second level relationship manager Sachin B M too, even customer care team had created SR[protected]. It's been more than 3 months now, till date the amount is not refunded, for no service by them they collected the money of 15694 Rs, they confirmed in mail to me as it will be refunded in March month, till date not refunded. Please help on this issue reported.

                        This is the reply I received from them on 03/20/2031, but nothing been refunded so far! 15694 rs they have collected from me.

                        We inform you that as per SR property not doable hence part of PF will be refunded 15 days Today only BSM has raised the memo for reversal of Processing fees.

                          I have applied for eNPS on 18th of May, 2021 and selected ICICI Bank for bank verification, as I am a satisfied customer of ICICI Bank for past 11 years. But the status is "Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank". I tried calling customer care but the automatic response system does not have this option and call is not getting redirected to an executive at all. Could you please help in getting this closed.

                                  In DMC/DP CHGS name ICICI Bank have deducted Rs. 826 from my account without any prior notice. I have a Demat account which I opened with separate charges and it was promised to be lifetime free against that special charge. Suddenly out of nowhere why the bank is charging me again? This is totally not acceptable....

                                  I have raised this complaint thrice on icici complaints before but icici is not ready to admit that charges deducted are inavlid.

                                  Please note that i am going to escalate further if no action will be taken.
                                  Below is the complaint.

                                  My icici account no is[protected] .I registered 2 SIP with Aditya Birla, OTM was from ICICI Bank in the last week of April 2021.

                                  SIP deduction date were 7 May 2021 and 10 May 2021 but these SIP were cancelled within 2 days of registration.Also, OTM with ICICI bank was cancelled before 7 May 2021.

                                  1) I have been charged with unnecessary NACH charges for these 2 cancelled SIP
                                  (RS 500 +GST per SIP)

                                  2) Even though the SIP /OTM is cancelled, these NACH charges are deducted from my account.
