Rs 826 as DP charges was deducted from my account.Since 5 year I used account but every time ICICI deducted charges in the name of DP charges .I want refund my money back.If this is case then it will seriously fraud by ICICi.In this tough covid time job is not stable and bank countiously deducted charges in name of DP.I want to refund my money.

      I am Tarun Sharma, an amount of rs 826.00 has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till jan-20 on 25 feb 2020.

      I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

      I need my money back and am ready to complain even in court if required.

        ICICI Bank — Housing loan amount collected was not refunded - SR[protected] been created with them and they confirmed in mail it will be refunded in March 21, till date they didn't refund the amount, many mails are sent to them. No reply or action by them.

        I had applied for housing loan and paid 15694 rs as processing fees, first level relationship manager Vishal Shaey called and enquired about the property on the same day of loan applied online i.e on 09-02-21, and said loan is not possible for your property at per Icici bank terms and said the processing fees will be refunded and the same been told by second level relationship manager Sachin B M too, even customer care team had created SR[protected]. It's been more than 3 months now, till date the amount is not refunded, for no service by them they collected the money of 15694 Rs, they confirmed in mail to me as it will be refunded in March month, till date not refunded. Please help on this issue reported.

        This is the reply I received from them on 03/20/2031, but nothing been refunded so far! 15694 rs they have collected from me.

          I have applied for eNPS on 18th of May, 2021 and selected ICICI Bank for bank verification, as I am a satisfied customer of ICICI Bank for past 11 years. But the status is "Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank". I tried calling customer care but the automatic response system does not have this option and call is not getting redirected to an executive at all. Could you please help in getting this closed.

                  In DMC/DP CHGS name ICICI Bank have deducted Rs. 826 from my account without any prior notice. I have a Demat account which I opened with separate charges and it was promised to be lifetime free against that special charge. Suddenly out of nowhere why the bank is charging me again? This is totally not acceptable....

                  I have raised this complaint thrice on icici complaints before but icici is not ready to admit that charges deducted are inavlid.

                  Please note that i am going to escalate further if no action will be taken.
                  Below is the complaint.

                  My icici account no is[protected] .I registered 2 SIP with Aditya Birla, OTM was from ICICI Bank in the last week of April 2021.

                  SIP deduction date were 7 May 2021 and 10 May 2021 but these SIP were cancelled within 2 days of registration.Also, OTM with ICICI bank was cancelled before 7 May 2021.

                  1) I have been charged with unnecessary NACH charges for these 2 cancelled SIP
                  (RS 500 +GST per SIP)

                  2) Even though the SIP /OTM is cancelled, these NACH charges are deducted from my account.

                  3)This deduction condition after SIP/OTM cancellation is no where mentioned in any clause.

                  Please revert these unnecessary charges as the SIP for which these are being counted was cancelled before.Even the OTM was cancelled before.

                          Dear Management,

                          Please find the below details, attached recordings and tell me what you think about it and provide me the reason why I need to continue the account with you?

                          1) Application number : EP[protected]
                          Your executive took the call with me for 20 mins and took all the details and completed the Video KYC, but they mentioned the wrong amount instead of 350000 they mentioned 3500000. At Least they have not taken this seriously .
                          2) Application Number : EP[protected]
                          After many follow ups and service requests a person called me after one week(17th May) of my initial application and he told me that he needed to re-login the application and same will get processed within 24 hrs, without any hesitation I given all the details again as like my first application and completed the Video KYC and uploaded the documents under the link which I received . I thought everything was completed and awaiting the call from the relationship Manager .

                          3) Application Number : EP[protected]
                          Person called me from ICICI immediate next day (18th May) and I thought it is the call from relationship manager, but the strange thing is this person told me that somehow earlier application EP[protected] got deleted from the database and needed to re login the application and he told me that this time he will complete the process on priority and everything will be completed within 24 to 48 hrs and he requested all the details and as like 1 and 2 applications . Even though it's kind of peak frustration but gave him all the details again and uploaded the documents . This time Video KYC is not completed because the person who logged in my application mentioned the wrong PAN number in the application.

                          Really tell me what kind of process it is ? Why this much of negligence while taking the requests ? it's been more than 2 weeks now, tell me what to do? Is this the respect you are giving to the customers ?

                          I have no trust in your Bank, At least you should give the response upon shifting your existing personal loan auto debit to another bank and i have sent many requests for the same but no one is responding including you head officials, if this is the case i will be not responsible for any kind of discrepancies in future. I had to open the new account by this week and have to update the same in my company portal before the end of this month.

                          It's really ridiculous that you are not letting me know the process for shifting your loan auto debit to another bank, what kind of service is it ? make this note as evidence and you have no right to ask me in future about this matter . I want to ensure the hassle free payments for your loan but you are not at all responding to it.

                          As a banker you should respect the customer values and share the information, but for what reason you are not sharing the details ?

                          Your customer team negligence :

                          3+ Service service requests - no response
                          50+ communication references - no response
                          15+ calls for my personal details - no use
                          3 applications - don't know why but no use
                          3 times video kyc - no use
                          3 times documents upload - no use

                          Your irresponsible team Resolution deadliness:

                          5th to 8th
                          8th to 13th
                          13th to 18th
                          18th to 22nd
                          22nd to 25th

                          I know your customer team not qualified and not capable to provide the resolution, at least I'm asking the process to shift auto debits but no response. I want close the account with you but you are not letting me know the process .

                            ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠkindly help me to refund the fee i paid online while applying for home loan. it has been more than three weeks i am not getting any update, also assigned RM mr gaurav don't pick call or call back, also don't respond on mailᅠ i received call once that i need to upload few more documents and 15 days before i upload the same. after that i didn't receive any update. i also called twice on customer care where i received a message that i will get call back in 24 hours but nobody called. i also write mail to Customer.[protected]@icicibank.com and gaurav.[protected]@icicibank.com but and no responseᅠ i have my salary account with icici bank from last 15 years my account number is[protected] but this kind of service was not expected. now it is my humble request to refund my fee which i paid online during applying Home loan. i am taking loan from another bank which are promising and guiding properly.ᅠ i believe at least for refund i will not require any reminders.ᅠ

                              Hello Sir,

                              My Name is Bala Gangadhara Rao S, holding Credit Card with ICICI Bank. They are calculating charges (Interest Changes, GST) from the Customers both on the pending amount (Last month unpaid amount) and transaction amount done on the current month together.

                              For the Month of APR, 2021, i have unpaid transaction worth of Rs. 1764.47. For the Month of May, 2021, i have made Transactions of Rs. 53, 818.88.

                              ICICI Bank Considering both Previous Month and Current Month Transactions amount for calculating the Interest charges, Which is unethical and fraud. Due to this they are imposed Rs.2127.06 (1802.59+324.47) as Interest charges.

                              This is unfair and fraud to consider the transactions made in Current Month to be considered for Interest Calculation since the date of last billing date. They should consider the amount (1764.47) for calculating Interest changes ONLY.

                              Kindly take this request and take proper action ICICI Bank and the way they calculate the billing.

                                I had tried to update my Netflix account by my icici credit card account on 11th may 2021, and Rs 499/- was Debited from my credit account but my Netflix account was not updated and I have not received any refund of Rs 499/- till now which I have done on 11th may 2021. Furthermore, I had done another recharge of Rs. 499/- on 17th May, 2021 and my Netflix account is running after the recharge which I had made on 17th May, 2021.
