I had applied for housing loan and paid 15694 rs as processing fees, first level relationship manager Vishal Shaey called and enquired about the property on the same day of loan applied online i.e on 09-02-21, and said loan is not possible for your property at per Icici bank terms and said the processing fees will be refunded and the same been told by second level relationship manager Sachin B M too, even customer care team had created SR[protected]. It's been more than 3 months now, till date the amount is not refunded, for no service by them they hold by money with them with out refunding. Please help on this issue reported.
