On 6th May ₹590 got deducted from my account and that too 4 times with the address showing ECSRTNCHGS. Please resolve my issue ASAP or I have to make a complaint at other sources and close my ICICI account permanently.

      Would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 8th May’ 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

        On date 27/04/2021 amount of 826 deducted from my account . But at the time of account opening icici say that demart account is free of cost Till holding amount 50k. But they deducted from my account 826 as DP charges. Kindly refund my deducted amount.

          ICICI food card having validity through 04/22 is showing invalid. It was used on 13th April 2021. But today it is showing as invalid. Could you please help to activate it.

              It is very frustrating, I am trying to contact ICICI customer support since very long time but still my query is not getting resolved.

              From my account 826 INR got debited on 25-Nov-2020. When i contacted bank they informed me it is for dmat account charges. I told them I am not even using dmat account so they informed me to submit an application to nearby ICICI branch to stop the dmat account and for the refund....

              Today early morning rs 999.00 has been detected from account in the name of vsi.and date shown 10 may.and today is 08 may only. But i have not started any service or not informed by bank.

              I want my money back.this pandemic situation each and every money is like gold donnt take it.

                  AN AMOUNT OF RS : 999/- was deducted from my ICICI account with the name of VSI*WWW MONEY.
                  I didn't Authorize this transaction by any means (OTP) or monthly subscription.

                  OTP for the transaction was also not asked for approval. Wondering as how was this transaction approved?

                  When I called the customer care it only said to block the account.

                  Please give us your feedback and resolve this issue at the earliest.

                  This amount was deducted from my ICICI Bank Savings Debit Card.

                            We are not able to redeem bond money from ICICI bank as they are telling us to go to different different branches to claim bond.
                            They are telling us we dont work on old bonds you have to do this online only.
                            I have checked only but could not find any way.

                                    I had applied for housing loan and paid 15694 rs as processing fees, first level relationship manager Vishal Shaey called and enquired about the property on the same day of loan applied online i.e on 09-02-21, and said loan is not possible for your property at per Icici bank terms and said the processing fees will be refunded and the same been told by second level relationship manager Sachin B M too, even customer care team had created SR[protected]. It's been more than 3 months now, till date the amount is not refunded, for no service by them they hold by money with them with out refunding. Please help on this issue reported.

                                      With out any notice icici bank deduct around Rs. 1080 within 2 days. All charges are ecsrtnchg they just deduct without no reasons or any justification My account no:[protected]. I want my hardwork money back. I want proper justification in each single rupees and want my money back.
