Deduction of amount every month from my salary account

I am Subbarao Ch of Having ICICI Bank Account Number :[protected] and I am writing this mail to intimate you regarding deduction of Amount 662.90/- Rs from the respective salary account. Even the last month the same thing happened. Please request you to correct this and return the amount and request you to not deduct the amount anymore in the coming months. Its a hard earned money.     Iprugtp-nca deduction

    Address: NO.121, APL GARDEN EXTENSION, VENKATAPURAM ROAD, ALAMELUMANGAPURAM

    I was holding a salary account since 4 years from icici bank. There is a continues money deduction of RS. 100 from my account since 4 years in the name of Iprugtp-nca without any prior information by mail or sms.

    Kindly requesting to refund the amount and please stop deducting the extra amount....

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      With reference to the above subject matter, myself Nitin Shinde would like to lodge my complaint against ICICI Bank Limited, personal loan division due to my name wrongly shown in CIBIL information with the due amount, which had already been settled/paid by undersigned.

      I have already collect the No dues certificate copies of my personal loan, and the payment of the same has made by cheque.

      I am giving written letter to ICICI bank, to arrange to withdraw my name from CIBIL, but they are not co-operate me.
      Due to my name showing in CIBIL information record (as per the Bank rules), my commercial transactions are getting difficulties in general way.

      Despite of repeated communication with the ICICI bank, Nehru nagar branch, there is no satisfactory replied from their sides.

      You are requested to please help to remove my name & undue outstanding of personal from the record of CIBIL, so that my commercial transaction being work smoothly.

        MABchgs-Apr21+GST, MABchgs-Mar21+GST, MABchgs-Feb21+GST

        Icici deducts MAB charges without intimating regarding the debit. Eventhough this is salary account from 2004 and they have removed it as a salary account without intimating the customer and It was opened on zero balance I didn't get any information if they are converting the salary account to normal saving account.

        It deduct my MAB charges for previous two months together and after keeping minimum balance 10000 they even deducted...

          Am an icici bank customer.
          I have EMI on 15th May which was Saturday and I had maintained my sufficient balance in my account on that day only but Today on 17-05-21 ECSRTNCHGS charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ECSRTNCHGS... The bank hit the charges on my accunt . Please explain what the charge it is. Please return my charged amount.

            My Credit card bill due date is 25 of month. Also my auto debit setup is disable for my credit card. See attached screenshot for more references. But still charges were deducted from my account in 3 ways
            AUTO DEBIT RETURN FEE, Late Payment Fee, Interest Charges with SGST and CGST, total 1297.26 were deducted.
            Need justification and want this amount back from my account

              I tried to withdraw cash from atm on 15th May of amount INR 2000/-. The amount got deducted from my account but the cash wasn't dispensed. Attached is the screenshot of my bank statement for the deducted amount. Please refund the amount to my account.

                NFS Cash Withdraw transaction had without my knowledge, this happened 5 to 6 times, last transaction 3000 rs Withdrawed without my knowledge and confirmation.

                  I have a house loan with Icici bank. Its been almost two years I have applied for Pmay, but ever since its in Pending.
                  -Status says Ready for submission to NHB.
                  -ICICI people say it is sent to NHB.
                  -But status always says "Ready for Submission" that means it is never sent .

                  If the subsidy amount was sanctioned yearly I could easily avoided paying more interest.
                  Now on this subsidy amount only I may be paying at least 4 more lakhs as interest and I don't think bank has no idea on this. Purposefully and deliberately The Bank Staff has not sending my application to further.

                  Even to reduce the Bank RR I have to put an application which is again charged. But to increase RR Banks apply the rate over night.
                  Very Bad on this Part.
                  Why Banks what to exploit common man like us?

                  My status on Icici home loan website is showing that ready to submission to NHB.
                  But if with the application number i tried on PMAY subisidy website, its showing wrong application number.
                  But through Icici website showing ready to submission, same status is showing since last 6 months continuously.

                  Why they are doing so i don't know. Even while giving loan they used to call continuously but for this subsidy issue i raised concern but nobody bothered.

                  Disappointed by ICICI Bank service.

                          I had closed one of my I Wish accounts on 9th May 2021, but the money is still not reflected in my bank account. The customer care executives have been thoroughly unhelpful. As I log into my account I can see the I Wish account but clicking on it only says Goal doesn't exist. Is this how ICICI is fishing money out of its customers?

                            ICICI DIRECT EBA charges

                            Recently opened my icici demat account, bought stocks with tax and all charges.

                            But even after that some charges named eba/ nse delivery charges debited from my saving bank account.

                            I don’t know the reason but it is debited for around 6 times similarly....

                            Mon, May 10, 10:59 PM, got mail and sms from icici bank A purchase of INR 1, 057.64 has been made using your Debit Card linked to ICICI Bank Account XX072 on 10-May-21. Info: VSI*Amazon Prim.

                            I haven't done any transaction online then how it happened now i want my refund of amount. I tried to contact icici bank customer care but they didn't even receive my call.

                              Hi,

                              Last month (5th Apr) I had availed Personal Loan on ICICI Credit Card (Ending with 6003) for 10 lakhs, later this loan was cancelled by calling 24x7 Customer support wide SR[protected] on 15th April . I was informed there won't be any cancellation charges & EMI / Interest / GST billed to my card would get reversed. I got a confirmation email that the entire loan has been cancelled and all transactions have been reversed on 16th April which I could see in my statement. (Pls refer attachment - PLCC Loan Cancelled.jpg)

                              To my surprise on 3rd & 5th i found some charges 8526 + 1534 + 750 + 135 (Pls refer attachment file - Auto Debit Charges.JPG) added to my current statement. I made multiple calls to 24x7 Customer support as to why there were charges post PLCC has been cancelled / closed on 16th Apr. It wasn't my mistake at all, when a loan is closed it's the responsibility of the bank to cancel the Auto Debit, PDC, Cheque leaves to be cancelled. Even after insisting multiple times with the 24x7 Customer support, they were not ready to reverse the charges ( 8526 + 1534 + 750 + 135 ) billed to my card.

                              I didn't opt for Auto Debit facility, I do pay my credit card bill regularly prior to Due Date, and have not defaulted any payment in the past. But this sort of response is highly disappointing, request ICIC Bank Escalation team to intervene in this matter and help in getting the charges reversed.
