    I have zero balance salary account in icici bank, i lost job in pandemic and salary could not credit in my salary account.
    Icici bank without giving me intimation converted my zero balance a/c to regular account and deducted Rs.869.44 from my account as on 26 april 2021.
    When i contact to bank they replied as it is converted to regular account, you have to maintain rs.10000 mab in your account and accordingly charges are deducted.
    My complaint is that bank did not inform me about conversion of such account and erroneously debited such mab charges.

      Lien on My Account Balance

      Since 45 days my bank account balance has been freezed by Icici bank and lien on my account. I have submitted all my documents but still no reply given by the bank. What kind of service this is?? Your Bank Customer Care is not supporting only forwarding calls and after that cutting the call with no answer. This is irresponsible behaviour. I request to kindly resolve my problem today itself. I am very frustrated. 45 days with just telling...

      Bhoomika trust provided us a ICICI pay direct card to buy groceries for a period of 9 months. Since We have lost the PIN number, we are unable to purchase groceries using that card. mobile number has not been registered to the Pay direct card. So we are unable to purchase through online also. I request Icici bank to regenerate the PIN number.

          Hello, I have an account of ICICI Bank and initially there was no obligation of minimum balance required for my account. On 26/04/21, 494.84 rupees was deducted from my account under the MAB chgs and again 343.78 rupees was deducted under MAB chgs on the same day, without even notifying me or sending me a message for the deduction . I thought that i might have bought something and forgot about it but in the statement today i received, it displayed that i have been charged for something spelt as MAB chgs . It have never happened before and at the time of opening my account i was not made aware of any such charges, so why am i charged of something which i was not made aware of in advance . Please look into the matter and help me in getting a refund of my money as soon as possible .

            I have tried to withdraw 8000amount from atm on may 1 from sbi atm by using icici debit card. Amount is debited but cash not received from atm. I have complained issue with customer care services, they asked to wait for 7 working day. After 7 working days again I contact bank regards amount not refund to my account.               Its been like more than 10 days since I am facing the problem. I am not able to send or receive money. Even my net banking user id is in disable status for security reasons. I have send mutliple mail to the customer care email id and they told me to call the customer care service I have try so many times it said that my account is in active status...if my account is in active status why am I facing this problem. So, kindly please activate my inactive status of my account and user id to be undisable.

                Since 10th December 2020, ICICI bank has not been able to location a transaction of ₹3990/- to correctly place it in my account. I’ve been contacting Zara Inditex and ICICI, back and forth to no avail. Kindly help in getting my money back.

                        WORST, CHEATING, LYING, FAKE, FRAUD, DISGUSTING, MISLEADING and SHAMELESS icici bank and their employees namely sangya jain, tushar patil and siddesh kolvankar from Khopoli and Tardeo, Mumbai branches respectively.

                        Never ever TRUST or BELIEVE icici bank and their branches because icici bank dosen’t have the CALIBRE to take any action against their CHEAP, MANNERLESS, INDISCIPLINED, MISCHIEVOUS, DIRTY, DISGUSTING AND ANNOYING employees.

                        There are three FOOLING and LYING levels of complaint page on their website which is TOTALLY FALSE, FAKE and FRAUD whenever the complaint is raised by any of their existing CUSTOMER against their CHEAP, CARELESS and BOTHERLESS employees to any of their BOGUS and MISLEADING level the reply is the same or repetitive whether it is to the CUSTOMERcare, senior management or the nodal officer. The CUSTOMERcare is so EXTRAORDINARY that they cancel or close the complaint without any prior notice or proper resolution and the second level senior management is above the CUSTOMERcare BOTHERLESS, IGNORANT and NEGLIGENT replies to the CUSTOMER to solve the complaint on their own and the third and last level is more WORST, CHEATING, LYING and DISGUSTING their reply will be to treat this as an exceptional case even though their employees were MANNERLESS, INDISCIPLINED, MISCHIEVOUS, DIRTY, DISGUSTING and SHAMELESS.

                        The icici bank dosen’t like to raise a complaint against their SILLY STUPID GREEDY employees it is more FOOLING, LYING and CHEATING from icici bank whether a complaint is raised for INSULTING a SENIOR CITIZEN by their SILLY STUPID SHAMELESS cashier vinayak from Andheri east branch, the plain lie from the lady branch manager of the same branch calls the CUSTOMER to the bank to make a FUN of him saying that he will behave well in future. But to our DISSAPPOINTMENT when our back is turned against him he is the same old RUDE and LETHARGIC, by seeing his face one can easily make out how RUDE and LETHARGIC that ### will be.

                        Even their lady staff viz : namely geeta kokje from Khopoli branch and STOUT chandni from Andheri east branch both are so SHAMELESS, DISGUSTING and GREEDY for commission that forces the CUSTOMER to purchase their HOPELESS and DISGUSTING insurance policy and assures all the help in future but after purchasing neverever shows their faces, avoids the CUSTOMER and even plays HIDE and SEEK in the bank.

                        Their managerial level is also DISGUSTING, DISSAPPOINTING and SHAMELESS. When the CUSTOMER's both the mobile numbers are registered on DO NOT CALL REGISTRY on their SILLY STUPID icici bank's website but still their privileged banking manager snehal gupta on purpose not calls but gives a three MISSED CALL TO the CUSTOMER from their bank's landline number. And the same thing is done by their CHEAP, CHEATING and LYING deputy branch manager sangya jain from Khopoli branch, when a CUSTOMER is lodging a complaint against her for UNNECESSARILY CALLING and DISTURBING she also gives a MISSED CALL(4 x 20 secs. each).

                        There is no EARNEST EFFORT from icici bank towards the CUSTOMER as is told by CHEATING, LYING, FAKE and FRAUD icici bank, but they SUPPORT, PROTECT, SHIELD, PROVOKE AND INSTIGATE their MANNERLESS, DIRTY, MISCHIEVOUS, INDISCIPLINED, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS employees namely sangya jain, tushar patil and siddesh kolvankar to MISBEHAVE MANNERLESS, INDISCIPLINED, MISCHIEVOUS, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS with their existing CUSTOMER.

                        WORST, CHEATING, LYING, FAKE, FRAUD, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS icici bank.

                        You icici bank people dosen’t have the CALIBRE to take any action against your MANNERLESS, INDISCIPLINED, MISCHIEVOUS, DISGUSTING, DIRTY and SHAMELESS deputy manager, branch managers.

                        You icici bank have a FAKE and FRAUD services for complaint like customercare, senior management and the nodal officer even your ceo and md is least concerned about the customer's complaint. It's VERY VERY DISGUSTING and DISSAPPOINTING from icici bank, it's a LOW-GRADED, LIAR, LAME, HANDICAPPED and CRIPPLED bank without any action shown.

                                My account got debited with rupees 1899 for ppl/wpp sr[protected]_New Policy. But I havent enrolled for this plan. This is a big amount for me specially in this covid situation. so please help me to get back this money as soon as possible. Please cancel the policy and return my money because I dont want this policy. Please help me asap.
