With out any notice icici bank deduct around 2k within 5 days. All charges are ecsrtnchg they just deduct without no reasons or any justification My account no:[protected]. I want my hardwork money back. I want proper justification in each single rupees and want my money back.

    Hello, I have recently opened an account with ICICI Bank and there was no obligation of minimum balance required for my account.Last week 289.2 rupees was deducted from my account under the MAB chgs, without even notifying me or sending me a message for the deduction . I thought that i might have bought something and forgot about it but in the statement today i received, it displayed that i have been charged for something spelt as MAB chgs . It have never happened before and at the time of opening my account i was not made aware of any such charges, so why am i charged of something which i was not made aware of in advance. Please look into the matter and help me in getting a refund of my money as soon as possible. My account balance have been lower before also, but why is it happening now?

        Sir

        I have ordered a allen solly men t-shirt on 17 th April 2021 . It was to be recieved on 20th april 2021.

        returned my product. Amazon initiated the refund on 21/04/2021 and it was expected to come on 26/04/2021

        Amazon gave me the reference id 612986 but the Icici bank has still not credited my money.

        This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

          Dear Sir/madam,
          I'm Sankari holding ICICI savings account for past 4 years. A/C# [[protected]] in Chennai.
          Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
          Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying RBI standards / guidelines.

            My self Devi L I have never used dmat account but 413 rs was deducted from my account on 27/04/2021 without any notice to my number revert my amount on priority.

              I am Kunal Kathuria, an ICICI Bank account holder. The amount of 826.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL MAR-21) DP charges on 27/04/2021. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction
              messages on my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately. My Account Number is[protected].

                Hi Team,
                This is very pathetic to say that ICICi is imposing an unwanted penalty on my account on an expired credit card whose Card number is [protected].
                New Card has been issued against the expired Credit card but the outstanding amount does not carry forward to the new card and now ICICI is charging a penalty on the expired card.

                Few Days Lien Amount already deducted from my Account[protected] Rs. 2190/ on 15 April 2021-
                Now again i received msg that Rs. 2764.14/- amount will also be deducted due to which i am escalating.

                If this issue wouldn't be sorted out, I will file a complaint in consumer court.

                  Sir It was my salary account science 2012, after left my company i have been maintaining my account till now.But sir 26.04.2021 MAB charges feb and march 21 was deducted without any msg or Email .After getting my bank statement it was found .

                  Sir I want to continue my account, Because the service of ICICI is best.Kindly Refund my MAB charges amount .

                        The account was opened as salary account on a ZERO balance and later on Mab charges have been deducted by the bank. I was not informed even about that. This is totally a fraud by bank, in a situation of this covid times, this is a theft done by icici. And i dont know how many more person are like me.
                        I want refund and asap.

                                I have a savings account with ICICI bank. But someone else's credit card is linked to my account. I keep getting transaction alerts for credit card on my ph. No. & My email id even though I don't have any credit card. I've tried contacting icici customer care a lot of times but they continuously fail to resolve my issue. Each time i call, they keep transferring calls to other departments & ultimately put me in hard hold & disconnect the call.
                                This is a serious security issue with my bank account.

                                  Amount of 2359/- rs deduct from my ICICI bank account under remarks NACH_AD_RTN_ CHAG. One deduction of amount 4442/- with remarks LPRUP[protected]_DM_KULDEEP_SI .Why this deduct without any intimation? This is totally worst I'm in hospital and your bank deduct this amount continuously. I want strong revert with reversal amount from you. Please provide reason Immediately

                                  Also your customer care not do clarity on it. Where can I go for solution pls confirm.

                                  asked it will 100% refundable but you have download Team Viewer app and give access to him for my phone then he will check is it a genuine customer? whts the way to resolve this how can I do this, so many confidential data in my phone.

                                  Your customer care totally worth they asking please visit your nearest branch for support and branch member asking it can resolve only by customer care. My new EMI date 5th may and 10th may if you are not provide me help again we miss same .

                                  Please it's my humble request to you without taking remarks from customer don't close his escalation as resolved.

                                      An unauthorised transaction took place on 16 August'2020 from my ICICI bank account. I was shocked when i got this message that a transaction of 399 INR from VSI/ RAZ lagom L has been done from my bank account, as no OTP was asked for it, the amount was just deducted.
                                      Look into this on urgent basis.

                                        This is with reference to the subject cited above. In this connection you are informed that I am the account holder in ICICI BANK. My previous employer in Gurugram opened account in ICICI Bank as salary account. In present, due to the present situation of pandemic Covid-19, it is not possible for me to go personally in my Branch. Therefore, i submitted my complaint on ICICI PORTAL regarding complaints. Officials of ICICI BANK directed me to contact the nearest ICICI Bank Branch to get passbook and atm by submitting my Identity Proof.

                                        In view of the above, i contacted the nearest ICICI Branch to get my grievance resolved. But they refused to serve me and directed to contact my Branch in Gurugram. In this devastating situation of Covid-19, it is not possible for me to address my grievance personally at Gururam Branch.
