      There have been deduction of rs 600 within 2 days from my icici bank savings account without my knowledge and consent. They don't even notify you after the transaction. Please justify the reason, otherwise this is complete fraud with your customer

        Hi Team,

        Amount of 2359/- rs deduct from my ICICI bank account under remarks NACH_AD_RTN_ CHAG. One deduction of amount 4442/- with remarks LPRUP[protected]_DM_KULDEEP_SI .Why this deduct without any intimation? This is totally worst I'm in hospital and your bank deduct this amount continuously. I want strong revert with reversal amount from you. Please provide reason Immediately

        Also your customer care not do clarity on it. Where I going for this solution pls confirm.

        Still solution pending by agent, also customer care asking to go nearest branch but branch executive asking we can't do your help it will be resolve only by customer care. My next EMI date is 5th may and 2nd's EMI date is 10th may, no balance in my account because bank taking no responsibility for Deduction so please tell me can I use same account in future or not if no solution by ICICI bank..?

                Even after submitting Mortgage NOC letter from CIDCO, ICICI BANK is not releasing my security deposit of 50, 000rs.

                  Hello,

                  My Name is Nisha Sharma. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-19) on 27-apr-2021. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

                  Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                  Mentioned the transaction remark - dmc/[protected] dp CHGS till MAR-21

                  We people are here because of trust towards icici. But this is totally an unacceptable behavior from icici. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.

                  Kindly refund my money at earliest.

                    826 INR has been charged DP ACC [protected], while the plan was having AMC free. Please reverse the amount 826 INR charged. There is no response for the Regional Manager and reply on the helpdesk. It was advised by the representative that there would be no Dp Chagres for the demat account at ICICI direct while you have to pay the brokerage fees.

                      There is deduction in my account by the name VSI/WWW MONEYCO which is not authorized by me. I am not sure who gave the authority. I checked in the online there are many such complaints especially in case of ICICI bank. Please look into and correct it.

                            I have been ICICI account holder for last 4 years and now an NRE/NRO account holder. How come they have charged the amount INR 352.82 on 28.04.2021. Who gives the rights to charge the amount without any intimation or proper procedure. And what are these charges for.. I haven't used any such services. And if they are charging just to give you a internet banking option, Debit card and check book, that unreasonable. How do you expect the account holder to withdraw in this digital ERA. Will they come to bank for withdrawal? Shouldn't this be inclusive of service provided by ICICI. Very disappointed to choose it as my NRI account bank.

Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the l. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 28th apeil 2021.                                       On 27th April 2021, rs. 826 got deducted from my icici savings account. Under DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAR-21 charges. I do not use this specific account for any Dmat transactions. I want to file a complaint against this. And I want my money back in account as soon as possible.

                                        My account has been debited with Rs 708 for "Cash Txn chgs-branch-Mar21+GST" without any prior intimation or alert.

                                        I have never been communicated via Email or SMS for any such charges is going to debited from my account.

                                        If they can send promotional emails and SMS to their customers then why can't they send an alert about the charges they going to debit.

                                        This is not acceptable in any case. Kindly process the refund for the debit transaction as soon as possible.
