    An unauthorised transaction took place on 16 August'2020 from my ICICI bank account. I was shocked when i got this message that a transaction of 399 INR from VSI/ RAZ lagom L has been done from my bank account, as no OTP was asked for it, the amount was just deducted.
    Look into this on urgent basis.

      This is with reference to the subject cited above. In this connection you are informed that I am the account holder in ICICI BANK. My previous employer in Gurugram opened account in ICICI Bank as salary account. In present, due to the present situation of pandemic Covid-19, it is not possible for me to go personally in my Branch. Therefore, i submitted my complaint on ICICI PORTAL regarding complaints. Officials of ICICI BANK directed me to contact the nearest ICICI Bank Branch to get passbook and atm by submitting my Identity Proof.

      In view of the above, i contacted the nearest ICICI Branch to get my grievance resolved. But they refused to serve me and directed to contact my Branch in Gurugram. In this devastating situation of Covid-19, it is not possible for me to address my grievance personally at Gururam Branch.

        Hello I have been charged every month INR 199/- and checked my statement it would say Vsi/Amazon stan. I have not authorized this transaction. How do I stop being charged that amount. Please help. Find attached image for reference

            Amount reduction of Rs. 2000 twice from my ICICI Savings account. I did not make this payment, neither was i informed about it. The first payment is to Dr Tran for funding w the acc number ending in 1929 and the other transaction of Rs. 2000 to the same account number. In total of Rs. 4000 has been deducted from my account in the time period of 2 months. I want my money back. Kindly look into this asap.

                I Received SMS from ICICI BANK that RS-1699/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN.

                Please deactivate and refund my money within a day.

                  I had opened account in 2016, which was provided by company. All services were good so I decided to stick with icici bank even after losing my job. I had the last 1200 rs to survive in pandemic and the bank deducted that also.

                    Without my consent and permission icici bank has deducted money out of my savings account for demat services which i never approved or applied for.
                    They deducted 633rs without my consent.
                    I would like my money refunded and also would like an explanation that how without my knowledge there is a DMAT account running on my name.

                      ICICI bank has debited twice on the same day[protected] and statement shows 2 entries of deductions.
                      First entry:
                      [protected] MABchgs-Feb21+GST 607.60 was charged.
                      Second entry on the same day:
                      [protected] MABchgs-Mar21+GST 380.91

                      Since there was no scope for further deduction therefore no further deduction was made. I am without a job and kept that money safe for tough times ahead in pandamic.

                      I would really appreciate if you could address the issues and restore the deducted amount back.

                        An amount if 335 rs has been deducted from my account without my concern under the cause of MAHchgs on 26 april
                        Why did this happen?
                        I have been an customer for mere 1 yr 6 months never ever such amount was deducted
                        Kindly do the needful or transferring it back to my account
                        Tried calling your CC nos no one in receiving
                        Or else i have would have ti deactivate the account

                          Amount of 173.54 & 416.54 rs got auto deducted from my ICICI saving account on 29th April & 1st May 2021 without any prior notice or notification, I don't even get any message from ICICI Bank against both deduction, all because of it I missed out my Bajaj finance auto debit emi on 2nd May 2021, unable to understand why this amount deducted from account, please assist me.

                            Actually, i opened my bank account in icici bank around 7 years ago. At that time, the agent has opened demat account without explanation and without in my knowledge. Also balance was never deducted. Now icici bank deducted 826 rs for dp(Acct. No.[protected] on 27th march. chargeswithout informing me. It is totally fraud. Refund my balance.

                              An amount Rs 351 on 30th Apr and then Rs 238 on 3rd May was deducted.
                              Can't understand why there is always illegitimate deductions done by the bank.

                              We keep money in bank to safeguard it not to get it robbed.

                                I have two salary accounts with ICICI bank, Mohali branch.
                                My account no :[protected].
                                My mobile no: [protected]

                                My account has been debited by

                                [protected] MABchgs-Feb21+GST 483.37
                                [protected] MABchgs-Mar21+GST 399.99

                                And second account[protected]
                                [protected] MABchgs-Mar21+GST 3.61

                                Without any confirmation amount was deducted. I am having a salary account and as per my knowledge salary account has no minimum balance requirement.
                                I lost my job last year due to this pandemic. I don't have any job right now and I arranged this money for my personal use because i am outside and stuck here due to covide 19 situation and
                                it was deducted. I am very disappointed.
                                I didn't receive any email or regarding changing my salary account to a savings account. (If this is the case).

                                I emailed customer service, also live chat with them. But they didn't provide any proper solution.

                                I am very frustrated I am gonna close both accounts due to irrelevant charges. Please understand my situation and refund my money back in my both accounts.
