ECSRTNCHGS was charged twice from my account. one on 12-March-2021 and the other on 17-March-2021. I have already made my EMI payment to axis bank through netbanking on 12-March-2021. still axis fired an ECS on 17-Mar-2021 because of which I guess I am charged wrongly twice. Please co-ordinate with Axis bank and revoke back my charges.

Hi don't pay your loan emi online as you have aggreed to axis bank that they would directly debit your emi from icici ac.

    Vinod Prajapati from ICICI Housing Loan department has taken around 4, 000 Rs as processing fees and 15000 Rs as insurance amount for doing my Balance Transfer from PNB Housing Finance Ltd. to ICICI Housing Loan.
    Vinod had confirmed that the loan is sanctioned and will be disbursed soon and took the above money from me in the month of November 2021.
    Later he changed his words and said the Loan cannot be sanctioned but the paid amount will be reimbursed in 10 to 15 working days.
    Since then i've been been following up with the entirre team (inclusing his superiors over whatsapp, calls and emails) and no one is responding.

    This is a clear case of fraud and need your help in getting my hard earned money back

      Hi,

      Amazon pay credit card number- [protected].

      I have been charged Intrest amount of approx Rs:3000/-. In Feb statement.

      It was just 2 days delay & it was for the first time as i was not in India so i wasn't able to receive any otp or messages on my number.

      I have registered complaint with customer care as well saying that they will be calling to discuss the same. But i never received any call.

      Request you to pls look into it and reverse the late payment charges otherwise i don't have any option other than discontinuing this credit card.

      Haven't received any updates on this yet.
      According to RBI rule you can't charge late fee if payment is done within 3 days from Due date.

      Haven't received any update on this yet it's been more than 2 months.

              I am tired of complaining now, this is my last mail to ICICI bank on clarification on my subsidy amount, when my subsidy is received from GOI, i had opted for adjusting in my Principal loan amount to reduce emi rather reduce emi, why my emi is still being calculated on Principal total amount, i want to know what is the effect of subsidy received.

              and i cannot visit branch due to Covid situation and lockdown in Mumbai, have been complaining about the clarification on emi since few days.

              Kindly get this resolved internally, I have not received any call, i have received a mail stating that i will have to visit the branch inspite of informing you guys that i cannot visit the branch especially during these days because of your inconvenience.. The query is my subsidy amount was already adjusted with the principal amount, now on conversion i am still paying my emi on Principal amount why??
              i would request you to give me the email id of Ombudsman grievances so that i can complaint there which will be looked after properly and will be resolved quickly. I really dint have the patience and time as well to write and reply on several mails everytime.

                I am Pavithra, On Feb[protected].00 Rupees has been deducted from my account as "DMC/INR____DP CHGS TILL J

                I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any call from customer for this demat account activation. Without account holder consent you are not supposed to deduct money.

                I need justice and my money back immediately because i am unable to call to the personal banking customer care number, it is not available. Also only for loan request i will get the call from ICICI bank. Why i am registering here complaint is i tried 4 to 5 times to contact customer care none of the given numbers available to reach ICICI bank team.

                  I was supposed to pay my to mutual funds sip on april 8th, 2021 but the auto-debit never happened due to fund insufficient. On 9th april 2021 i received a notification from icici stating that due to insufficient balance ecs could not be processed. I checked with my merchant on this and they have received the required emi amount. But i can see that inr 590 has been debited with the transactions message
                  ecsrtnchg 590 debit.
                  None of the customer care numbers are working and i am unable to report this issue.

                      There was deduction of 1899 from my account on Feb 15th, 2020 without my consent. And same thing happened again on Apr 9th, 2020. Even though I emailed to ICICI regarding this issue last year, there wasn't any response from them. I need immediate cancellation of this service for which 1899 getting deducted, and also need refund of both these amounts.

                          Dear sir ;
                          I have an SIP of ICICI Prudential Technology Direct Plan Growth in Groww mobile app.
                          The April month sip supposed to deducted on 1 st April to 5 th april.
                          But Groww app has informed me on 29 th March that your Sip will be deducted on 30 th march due to some bank holidays up to 5 th april. In case of insufficient balance plenty fees will be charged. Due to insufficient balance its has deducted Rs -590/- ECSRTNCHGS300321-SR[protected]
                          My salary came on 31 st evening.
                          Now how could i maintain my balance with in Very short noticed period. Thats is impossible for me.
                          Kindly arranged to refund Rs-590/- to my account .

                            Fraud Amount deducted via ADTPSLSIPG_00000016003

                            Amount deducted via ADTPSLSIPG_[protected] ON 09 MARCH 2021 from ICICI Bank account of Amount Rs. 12270. ICICI Bank customer care replied that amount is deducted via folio number [protected] and the biller is HDFC Life but HDFC Life has no record of such transaction. These transactions are being reported from different parts of country such as hyderabad, gurgaon etc. and in the same manner from ICICI bank accounts on different dates.

                            I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of ₹ 999/- has been deducted from my ICICI account and the transaction message says vsi*amazon stan.
                            Without my knowledge happened this transactions please take necessary actions & refund my amount.

                              How can u deduct dp charges? How can you open demat account without informing the customer?

                              I had no idea of demat account and how to use them, how you guys open the account? And now you are charging 688 rs.. For just shake of your benefits you guys are opening demat account. Even i dont have have a single details related to demat account.

                              Close the demat account as soon as possible and reverse the unnecessary charges.

                              As I'm account holder of private bank and also bear the high service charges at every level of service provided by bank because of high level of super fast service with zero tolerance level mistake so please reverse the charge which are inadvertently deduct by bank as soon as possible.
                              Since Bank charge high service charges for fast response to account holder so revert back quickly.

                                I had purchased my Two Wheeler motorcycle ( Ka05 EQ 6308) in 2003. I had taken vehicle loan from ICICI Bank Bangalore. I have cleared all the EMIs. Currently I am not able to find the loan clearance certificate/loan number.
                                As per banking process once emi is cleared it owns responsibility to discharge encumberance to the vehicle. Currently I’m not able to fitness certificate for the vehicle and kept the vehicle in garage. I request team to contact me or send NOC letter at earliest to [protected]@gmail.com
