I have account in icici bank..i used to used debit card for fuel transections...and they apply surcharge on it and deduct money from my account

          Without intimation amount was debited in my account in the name of nach~ad~rtn~charg- tvs this was happening many times
          Before emi of every month this was never happened to me like this in recent times from 3 months onwards this was happening by this issue my was emi bounce and again I have to pay bounce charges wtf is going for not only me many complaints are there about these same problem no one didn't get any response is this scam by icici
          If we have to pay any chrges official u can tell what this charges for but unofficially without intimation debiting in my account is not fair u r loosing the trust what i made on icic bank

            Dear sir/madam,
            I am icici prulife insurance policy holder and policy name is
            iprotect and the policy number is 40879061. I am running this policy from 10 June 2019 to till date. In december 2019 I received a call from ICICI, Kavya Mehra(RM) & Sumit(NPCI), Contact number is [protected], [protected]. She told me that my policy agent did apply the cheque regarding payment. So she did ask me, whether I agree or not.I told her, i never talk to an agent after getting the policy. After that, she told me that she will cancel the cancel the request of agent. she will transfer the agent code with my policy. She told me the process of agent code transfer as per IRDA rules and regulation. After that she demand the some document from me by whatsapp like as aadhar card, PAN card, photo. As per her instruction agent code money transfer time was 30 march 2020. But it was increasing time to time and till now i did't get any payment. I has been running 7 policy as per her/him instruction but till now payment is not received. Every time i get the new thing/pendency from her/him side during payment time. So please help to me cancel the all policy and receive the my payment. Till now 14 months has been passed instead of 90 days but i did't get my investment return. So please take the action.

                For security reasons your verified by visa purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card has been blocked for online transactions at verified by visa merchants.

                  With reference, I have an account with ICICI Bank Mathura Branch having account number[protected] is debited with Rs. 25000/-(10k, 10k, 5k) on 04 April 2021 at 9:44 P.M. which was not done by me itself. I have made complained for the same to bank customer care. That time I know that the cash withdrawal was made with Aadhar Number. For the same the bank customer care told me to wait for 45 working days for enquiry.

                  For the same I just request you to refund my money back as soon as possible.

                          Dear Sir

                          I Sanjeev Kumar Jha having a saving account No.[protected] in ICICI Bank and ICICI Bank provided me credit card No.[protected] with commitment no annual charges but they charged annual fee and I stopped to use the card and ICICI bank charged panelty on annual charge. They asked payment from me and I refused to pay. Now, ICICI Bank hold Rs.4029.72 in saving account. It is just like forgery.

                          At the time of issueing credit card the bank commited falls commitment later they spoiling to customer.

                          I request you please release my payment Rs.4029.72 from ICICI Bank.

                          This is the great surprise that ICIC Bank debited to my saving account Rs.4029.72 on 09/04/2021. This is the result of complain. As this is the time of penamic and bank is thefting money from customer through credit card.

                          In this situation you will loose the honest customer.

                          This is the reason for failuer of our banking system because one innocent person is being penalised and in other hand thiefe like nirav modi etc penalise to bank.

                            “Third Class Service” is the Tag for ICICI Bank Fastag.
                            I had applied for an ICICI Bank Fastag in their Fastag portal on 23rd Feb 2021 for my brother’s LCV. The Registration charges along with the Top up amount was also paid online and an acknowledgement was generated with a Customer Id # 14194532. After 4 days of wait, an SMS was sent asking me to upload proper RC copy which in turn was uploaded for the 2nd time. But, even after a week after this, there was no response whatsoever from ICICI Fastag which made me to contact their Customer Care over phone. After waiting for 8 minutes an Executive spoke and informed me that, the Fastag for LCV can not be booked online and it can be bought only across the counters. If this was the case so, why then the my registration was booked online? More shocking is that, there is no Email id to contact For Fastag related queries. When an application is pending for some reasons, applicant is not been informed the reason for holding the application. Not only this, ICICI don’t even have system to reverse the amount back to payment source of the Applicant and applicant has to give the Bank details over phone to get back his payments. Added to all these miseries, none of the Customer Care Executive is aware of their own system. One Executive said, the amount will be reversed to the payment source and other says, no such system exists. And finally, even after a month, after contacting customer care for 5 times, I have still not received my money back from ICICI Fastag. Is this called Service ? There are service providers who are issuing the Fastag within 48 hrs. And this kind of third class service by ICICI is not expected and is not fit for Fastag service!

                                I have not received my credit card and when I visited my bank they also don't know where it is. I have already been charged for the annual fees in the month of feb after visiting to icici employees also I am not able to know where it is. The Card should be charged after I receive it. Very careless.

                                  I got my salary account opened in icici bank in the month of Jan 2021. They have freezed my account by saying my kyc is pending. This is not good I have already given my all verification details to them. They are not behaving to the customer satisfaction. Very bad experience and the worst service I ever had.

                                    I have applied for the personal loan in icici in oct 2020 and i had paid EMI for last 6 months without any delays. Recently, my personal loan was updated/changed with new loan which i am not aware.

                                    Because of this activity, i had lost Rs.24000 and 2 days sleep as of now . i don't know how ICICI processed the loan without getting customer approval or without giving any information. When i asked for the details with Relationship Manager, i did not get any response about new/existing loan details.

                                    My sincere appeal to every ICICI customer is that before applying to personal/ home loan, please think twice. I m completely cheated by them and no one there to respond.

                                      I had opted for Auto debit for credit card from my saving account.

                                      At the time of opting Auto debit I didn't informed nor we mutually aggreged on paper for any charges for bouncing of Auto debit due to insufficient balance.

                                      ICICI bank had done fraud to me by charging 2500+GST for bouncing of Auto debit.

                                      Even though I had made my full payment on time.

                                      After Many follwups with customer care also they are not reversing my money back. so much disappointing to me. if they didn't reverse it back we will close all of our relationship with ICICI bank and file case on consumer court.
