I am an a/c holder of ICICI bank for the last 3 years.

Now they have charged Rs.177 under the category DCARDFEE2453DEC20-NOV21+GST on 28 Dec 2020.

I am not aware of what type of charge this is. They never informed me regarding this charge either by email or by letter or by SMS.

I want the money to be credited in my a/c which has been deducted from my a/c.

        I had faced very arrogant, loud and unprofessional behavior of one of the customer representative naming "Mubasshir" from Mumbai ICICI collection department. He was just screaming so loud on the call and not listening to the concern I was trying to convey. I wanted to know the reasons for myself getting charged extra on credit card bill even after clearing entire outstanding balance.
        His wordings were like " We do not know anything, first do the entire payment or minimum due and then we will see" or "bring the proof(Request number) if you have spoken to any representative earlier who told you that there is no amount due pending".
        I only expected him to speak polite as we are their customers and there should be a professionalism between both o[censored]s but apparently he has crossed the limits and hence I was forced to complaint or escalate such representative.

        Being a customer for more than 7 years I am hoping that such concerns would get addressed by ICICI so as to build a healthy Repo between customer and bank.

        Truly hoping to see some improvement.

            Hello Team,
            I have been charged for for insufficient balance in my account.
            Actually my Mutual Funds ECS will be deducted 1st of the month every time. Because of the holidays on 31st March and 1st and 2nd April they tried on 30th March but my salary credited on 31st March.
            Below are the debited transaction details.

                      On 24 Marc 2021 there were two deductions from my account with 590 and 590 rupees. I dont understand the statement information mentioned in the history. When i searched through internet i found that it is from Bajaj Finance limites. Can you please confirm me why the charges are deducted without my consent.

                        Dear sir ;
                        I have an SIP of ICICI Prudential Technology Direct Plan Growth in Groww mobile app.
                        The April month sip supposed to deducted on 1 st April to 5 th april.
                        But Groww app has informed me on 29 th March that your Sip will be deducted on 30 th march due to some bank holidays up to 5 th april. In case of insufficient balance plenty fees will be charged. Due to insufficient balance its has deducted Rs -590/- ECSRTNCHGS300321-SR[protected]
                        My salary came on 31 st evening.
                        Now how could i maintain my balance with in Very short noticed period. Thats is impossible for me.
                        Kindly arranged to refund Rs-590/- to my account .

                        Don't try activating the imobile pay later service. They will not help you to reverse the activatuon amount, incase if you are not using the service. This is a day light robbery done by ICICI Bank in their mobile application.

                          Address: Prabhat Dryfruit Stores - Prathna Samaj, Mumbai - 400 004.

                          We bought the POS machine from ICICI Merchant Services in November 2020. Since that day, we have been facing issues with incorrect charges being debited from our bank account. The charges we were informed of the lifelong services is Rs. 4000/- + GST. and now, we have paid more than the agreed amount.

                          Representative from ICICI (Santosh Gurav, RM Code - 22802) is the person who has trapped us in this contract.
                          When we call ICICI Merchant services, they just do not respond nor do they listen to our grievances. They just want money from us and do not care what the end consumer is facing. Between January - March 2021, they have debited nearly Rs. 30, 000/- from our account.

                          The most interesting part that we came to know in Jan 21 was that if we do not use the POS machine within 45 days, they will charge us Rs. 15, 000/- + GST. fee for it. Now, this is hilarious. We have to pay for the POS machine even if its not used. This was not something that Santosh had informed us.

                          We somehow got hold of his boss (Maxwell Kinny. Mob# [protected]) who assured us that the issue will be resolved and the payments that have been incorrectly debited will be credited back to our account. This was on 16th March 2021 and till date nothing has moved. We are calling him numerous times and he just does not respond.

                          By raising this complaint, i want that the culprits like these should be punished and ICICI should look at taking strict action against them. Furthermore, we need the amount to be refunded ASAP.

                            Money has been deducted from my account without any permission. It was 199 rs deducted by MSI*ICL*AMAZO.

                            the SMS read "Dear Customer, transaction of INR 199.00 done on ICICI Bank Account XX558 on 28-MAR-21. Info: MSI*ICL AMAZO. The Available Balance is INR 24, 604.55. Call on 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 558 to [protected] ."

                            this got deducted twice

                                    I am not using any Demat account with ICICI. so on what basis the amount is charged.
                                    Tried calling their customer care. The are mocking us with options and not connecting us to an executive to raise the real issue.
                                    Please address the same also.
