Unauthorised transaction through debit card

My account was debited Rs.199 for no apparent reason. The following message was received:

Transaction of INR 199.00 done on Acct XX265 on 15-Apr-21.Info: VSI*AMAZON ST.Avbl Bal:INR 4, 945.41.Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 265 to [protected]

I have not made any transactions today and I do not have any auto renewal subscriptions. I have not received any otp or any transaction intimation.

Unwanted deduction on my account

I have been deducted money from my account every month for no reason.. I have a loan with HDFC to pay and The funds are insufficient. And I don't realize untill I start getting emails with link from the bank asking to pay the money...

POSDEC issue

I can see several times charged for POSDEC charges. Once it is charged I can understand but now this is happening in consecutive days. Pl look into this....

DP charges - INR 826

Icici opened my demat account stating this is a lifetime free account and no charges will be charged in future. I did not know anything about investing in stocks and never logged in to the account as well. Last year in December, they have INR 826 from my debit account which is truly unjust. There was no notification that such charges will be deducted from my account.
Now they are stating me to go to nearest branch and close the account...

Debit ICICI Bank vsi/amazon stan

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 12th feb 2021and14th march, 2021. Could you please assist...

Amount Deducted Without Any OTP

Address:Type 3 363 Ayurvigyan nagar

An unauthorised transaction took place on 13 March'2021 from my ICICI bank account. I was shocked when i got this message that a transaction of 399 INR from VSI/ RAZ lagom L has been done from my bank account, as no OTP was asked for it, the amount was just deducted.
Look into this on urgent basis.

Amount Deducted Without Any Authorisation

Recharge problem

I have recharged through Phone Pe and it's shows that payment is successful but when I was checking balance in fastag it's shows the previous balance i.e before the recharge it show's like confirmation awaited now what to do sir ?...

Refund not credit and it has been almost one month.

Samsung refunded my amount on 16th February. Today is 13th march, but the amount is not reflected in my account/debit card EMI limit.

It was an order placed using the debit card EMI facility.

Samsung provided me the refund reference number.

I have my salary account with ICICI bank. It is marked lien for paylater. Even after paying 10000 to savings account they want me to pay double to remove lien. In situation like pandemic, when people are going through such a tough time this unhelpful behavior is not expected from banks....
