Address: Prabhat Dryfruit Stores - Prathna Samaj, Mumbai - 400 004.

We bought the POS machine from ICICI Merchant Services in November 2020. Since that day, we have been facing issues with incorrect charges being debited from our bank account. The charges we were informed of the lifelong services is Rs. 4000/- + GST. and now, we have paid more than the agreed amount.

Representative from ICICI (Santosh Gurav, RM Code - 22802) is the person who has trapped us in this contract.
When we call ICICI Merchant services, they just do not respond nor do they listen to our grievances. They just want money from us and do not care what the end consumer is facing. Between January - March 2021, they have debited nearly Rs. 30, 000/- from our account.

The most interesting part that we came to know in Jan 21 was that if we do not use the POS machine within 45 days, they will charge us Rs. 15, 000/- + GST. fee for it. Now, this is hilarious. We have to pay for the POS machine even if its not used. This was not something that Santosh had informed us.

We somehow got hold of his boss (Maxwell Kinny. Mob# [protected]) who assured us that the issue will be resolved and the payments that have been incorrectly debited will be credited back to our account. This was on 16th March 2021 and till date nothing has moved. We are calling him numerous times and he just does not respond.

By raising this complaint, i want that the culprits like these should be punished and ICICI should look at taking strict action against them. Furthermore, we need the amount to be refunded ASAP.

    Money has been deducted from my account without any permission. It was 199 rs deducted by MSI*ICL*AMAZO.

    the SMS read "Dear Customer, transaction of INR 199.00 done on ICICI Bank Account XX558 on 28-MAR-21. Info: MSI*ICL AMAZO. The Available Balance is INR 24, 604.55. Call on 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 558 to [protected] ."

    this got deducted twice

            DP Charges Deducted :DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL FEB-21 amounting Rs 826.00
            Date : 25/03/2021.
            I am not using any Demat account with ICICI. so on what basis the amount is charged.
            Tried calling their customer care. The are mocking us with options and not connecting us to an executive to raise the real issue.
            Please address the same also.
            So please reverse the amount charge

                Within just a day my salary account got credited the same day I have been levied a charge of Rs.590 in the name of rtn charges.
                This is such a wrong act you have been deducting money without any knowledge or notification to the customer and without any transaction or failure from our end.
                Earlier I have been charged Rs.29 multiple times in name of “POSDEC” and deducted nearly Rs.1000 then.
                This is just a salary account, for god sake stop this deduction and return my money to the account. I accept a quick and prompt response

                  VSI*GOOGLE C auto deduction

                  I'm very much agreived how these companies are betraying people and manipulate them introducing extremely difficult ways to complainant. How can a bank itself allowed to deduct any money without consent of a consumer. This is the second time when icici bank deducted INR 100 from my account in the name of VSI*GOOGLE C WHICH I DON'T KNOW ABOUT.
                  I've heard many cases of such fraud from ICICI BANK....

                  An amount of 811 rupees is debited from my savings account as annual DMC charges. Didnt get any notification via SMS also reg the debit. I am not using my Demat account. And at the time of opening i was told it was free. I need refund of the same. Please act asap.

                    I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 1year
                    Now they have charged 588 under this category dcardfee082 march 30 2021
                    I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                    They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                    There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

                            I am Dharmanna Kori, an mount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till FEB-21 on 25th march 2021

                            I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and I haven't received any deduction message.

                              Transaction timed out but money didn't come back

                              Hi,

                              I made a payment through IMPS on 26th March 2021. I got message that transaction was timed out and to check back after 3 days. Till now the money hasn't been transferred and it got debited from my account. Please resolve this at the earliest...

                              My name is Archit and I am using a debit card issued by my employers from ICICI Bank.

                              For the past few weeks, I have been facing issues in using my card for online transactions. Whenever I enter my card details, I get a message saying,
                              For security reasons your MasterCard® SecureCode™ purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card has been blocked for online transactions at MasterCard SecureCode merchants.

                              To Unblock your card/login, please contact ICICI Bank Customer Care.

                              To complete this purchase using another form of payment, click 'Continue' "

                              I called the customer care multiple times, but the recorded voice says that the card is unblocked, but it is not!!

                              I'm not sure how to proceed forward with this - could you please help me resolve this matter and get my debit card working?
