My name is Amruta Karjagikar, i have been with ICICI bank since 2016. 550.67/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message.I have not opened and I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges. But still these charges are applied and debited from my account. DMC/ DP charges till Feb-21 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

      I am VISWANADHUNI RAJA. 688.33 Rupees has been deducted from my account as[protected] DP CHGS TILL SEP-15) DP charges on

      25/03/2021. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction

      message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately. My Account Number is[[protected]].

        Hi,
        On 7th March I have placed one order to Big basket and paid Rs. 1403 through Google pay, amount deducted from my icici bank savings account #[protected] but I have received message from BigBasket that payment had been failed and they have not received any money. So I have lodged complaint on Consumer forum with proof. After 2 days I have received call from big basket that they have initiated refund to my source account on 9th of March but still I have not received any amount to source account.So big basket provided me the transaction I'd number / reference number rf_98631993f7c4a8a9 . So I have called to icici bank customer care and provided the same number various times but as per icici bank there is no such transaction with this reference number. One of the agent of Icici bank told me to wait 15 days from 9 march but still I have not received my refund of 1403/- Please look into the matter and I need written copy from icici bank there is no refund initiated by BigBasket within last 15 days!

          My name is roopsingh . I have small startup business. My tid no : 33627375, and Mid no.:95307509 firstdata team not releasing my money 250000/.. They are telling it fraudulent transaction. I myself sent all the required document including card details they ask me.
          You held my money from a month. First time i am in these kind of situation. I have small business, 250000/ rs is very big amount for me. If you hold it 135 days then i should close my business. There is no other way. We had good opinion on icici bank. All our family and friends having current acconts and saving accounts with your bank. If i have bad and sad experience like this then how will i suggest to others. You are saying after 135 day there will be fine amount. Holding my money for 135 days long is worlds biggest fine You should consider it because unknowingly it was happened. So many mails sent already there is no response.
          First time without proper information from icici edc person i did this. Please release my money. Treating new startup proprietor as me as fraud is unfair.

            Hi,

            I have my salary account with ICICI bank. It is marked lien for paylater.
            I received 15000 in my saving account on 9th Mar, 2021. I had an urgent payment to make on that day. Since then I am trying to reach customer care to remove lien as sufficient money is deposited and no negative balance is there but no response from customer care because of which I still haven't received my monthly payment.
            They say to deposit another 10000 to remove lien and release amount. He also said on call you can complaint where ever you want but we cant help you. You have to pay another 10000.
            In situation like pandemic, when people are going through such a tough time this unhelpful behavior is not expected from ICICI bank.
            We are trying to pay your dues and equal support is expected from your side.
            Kindly requesting you to settle at least my pay later account with the lien amount or at least my emi. Blocking the amount is no solution.
            even after writing a detailed mail on 12th march, no response from bank is received. Also your email id is not visible. It is showing as protected

                I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I received a message of the debit from my ICICI account. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                  There was unauthorised debit of 826Rs from my savings account towards amc for my ICICI demat account. This was after my demat account was closed. Please help me get back this account as the period of the charges is from Feb 2021 to Feb 2022 but the account is closed now.

                    I am Vikram Sharma Brother of Shubham Sharma (Account holder)
                    Yesterday my brother's salary has been credited is his icic bank account (10k INR) in the morning and when he checked his account in evening (24/03/2021). When we checked the transcation statement there is only 6 Ruppee left.
                    Can you please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                      I bought a two wheeler by using icici EMIs option in 2006
                      i have a problem with my clearance certificate i lost that letter and now i needed for my child future education loan purpose so i went to icici bank to ask my vehicle clearance letter issue they told me to raise a complaint and i gave it twice but there is no response and in cibil score its showing settled but i cleared all my EMIs and i gave my EMIs money to that executives on that time and after completed my EMIS that executive gave a clearance letter to me but now they are saying its settled.i resaled that vehicle too and that vehicle is now in another ones registered name so please help me what to do and how can it changes my CIBIL score status

                        I have two bonds of ICICI Only Vimal Vaatsalya Bonds, issued on 01.07.1999 and redemption date was 01.01.2018. The face value of each bond was Rs 1000. Bond is under category of Money Multiplier Bond, Series R/BPN/99/1. Certificate no of two bonds are 47506 and 33414. Earlier holder was Assam Sales Corporation and transfer happened on 30.08.1999. I have contacted several branch of ICICI Banks, but not received any response. I tried to get contact to ICICI Limited but not found any contact details.
                        Requesting to ICICI Limited to redeem of my two bonds as earliest on present value to my bank account. I will share my account details as when required.

                        E-mail sent on 25 Mar 2021 at [protected]@3i-infotech.com with complete details of Bonds (2) along with account details with scan copy of Bond Certificates.
                        Received e-mail on same day from [protected]@icicibank.com with instruction to send support documents including original certificates of Bonds, self attested xerox of PAN & Aadhar (as address proof), cancelled cheque and application letter with signature attestation from Bank Manager.
                        Same has sent through Speed Post on 30.03.21 and documents is on the way to Navi Mumbai.

                            I paid my October'19 Bill on 2.11.2019 well before the due date on 5.11.2019 from my SB Account with ICICI Bank itself.
                            The amount was credited by the Bank elsewhere and on my complaint corrected it by crediting the Credit Card Account on 13.11.2019. But the system charged Late fee charges on 8.11.2019 (885/-) and Interest (4021/39-) on 28.11.2019 in the next Bill for November'19. On my various request e-mails, I have been being replied that because of the COVID there may be delay in resolving of the matter and now on my contact over phone yesterday icici bank has expressed its inability to do anything because the matter is of more than 6 months old. The refundable amount is 4906/39-(885+4021.39) (dated 29.01.2021)

                              I would like to bring it to your notice that an amount of Rs 199/- has been deducted from my ICICI bank account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither have I done any transaction nor did I get any OTP for this transaction. I am already a prime member and had recently renewed my yearly subscription so this could not be for any renewal. This amount was debited on 24th March 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                                  Without my consent, rs. 400000 has been deducted from my account on 23/03/2021 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected]'.

                                  I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.

                                  This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected] is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.

                                    I got a mail regarding the purchase of INR 999 from my debit card on 23 mar 2021 with some info: MSI*VSL AMAZON Stan.

                                    I do not have any prime membership of any amazon service, so why and for what reason this transaction was done from my account.

                                    please resolve the issue and refund my amount.
