Expressions Debit Card Money Fraud

Without asking expressions debit card was issued to me. Why? Why was I not asked? I got a message that amount would be deducted from my account. I contacted customer care and asked to cancel expressions debit card as I was never asked about it. He said it is cancelled and then also an amount of 588 Rs. was automatically deducted from my account....

CAR Loan which I have obtained during December -2020

I have obtained pre-owned car loan(Application # A[protected]) during Mid December of 2020. I have asked for 5th of every month which was Processed as 10th of every month which was requested to update via customer care after three months of loan payment. then i have requested for 24 months EMI and it was created as 48 months. Finally I don't have a clear information how much was used for RC transfer and other stuff...

from my icici bank account ([protected] DP CHGS TILL JAN-21 Dr. 733.92 01/03/2021 and [protected] DP CHGS TILL JAN-21 Dr.23.25) is charged. I do not know for what purpose this is charged. I am reaching out to customer care but it is unable to reach.

Unusual deduction from Account

I am having an unusual deduction from my account and am unable to understand why this is happening. This is happening continuously.

ECSRTNCHGS230221_SR[protected] is the particular to which the deduction is happening.

Feb 24 was the first date when this had happened. Attaching the screenshots for reference. I tried reaching the customer care numbers of icici but have got no response. I want clarity on this...

Icici ecsrtnchgs fraud

Can I know why my account got multiple ECSRTNCHGS charged from 1st January 2021? and why there is no email and SMS communication about this ECSRTNCHGS?

ECS Bounce charges levied even though there is sufficient balance

There are two recurring transactions of value 4000 and 1000 each that executes every 1st day of month for indian clearing corp for SIP's. Even though there is enough balance(Rs. 5, 006) in my account as of 1st March, 2021 my transactions were rejected and charged back 590 and 590 rupees for each ECS Bounce charges

My account is debited from 8th Feb To 11th Feb'21 ten times for amount of Rs.29.50 (Point Of sales Decline charges) even though I haven't swiped my card these many times. Also, I didn't received any message alert notifying this debit.

What is this... I have also mailed to icici... My amount has been deducted fraudulently without my permission... Its a very arrogant and unhealthy behavior...

DMC/<<information>> DP CHGS TILL JAN-21

INR 870 have been deducted from my account. Looks like a demat amount deduction. On what basis was this amount deducted? I am not using any ICICI product where demat information is involved.
Need to know how this happened and amount should be refunded....

Scam Caller

Just received a call from an individual named Sajan Kumar[protected] pretending to be an ICICI customer care employee. He asked for my customer id and tried resetting my account password. When that didn't work, he asked for my debit card grid and reset my password and I was not able to access my account.

He even gave me his ICICI account number to make a fund transfer.

I was able to quickly reset my account...
