Dear Team,

Pl found the below, in total 23000/- has been deducted in my account due to ECS return charges, which is felt unusual and it is a huge hard earned money to get deducted from my account.

I have attached my detailed statement of accounts where 48000/- on 14.03.2021 has been credited and 23000/- has been debited for ECS return charges over the period

Currently I am living in Abroad, I wasn't able to make a written complaint to my ICICI branch in this regard.

The ECS has been deducted on my previous insurance policies, now all has been lapsed and no ECS in my account currently active.

Kindly consider this as my hard earned money. I was very much worried about the same . and i kindly apologies for the ECS request made with non sufficient balance in account to deduct the return charges.

PL consider the above and return the amount to my account, which is deducted for ECS return.

    Recently I was contacted from ICICI Bank regarding the one assist plan. Without asking if I was interested in this, they started describing about the process, benefits etc., of this one assist plan. And without asking if I was interested in applying for it, they just said you have been enrolled into this plan and every month Rs. 1899 will be deducted. I never gave my consent and yet now I have been enrolled into this program and today at around 2:47 p.m., I received a mail saying Rs. 1899 is debited from your account. I would like to withdraw from this and i would also like a refund of the same.
    ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Bank has deducted money as POSDEC CHG without any reason.

      I didn't do anything which justification was given by customer care on mail.
      So I want my money back because this is very inappropriate way to cut money without any reason.

        My account no.[protected] and customer ID[protected]. My available balance is showing ₹ 3664.08 while the total available balance is showing -₹ 1129.92. I have checked my account statement too but there is no overdrawn by me. Please check this issue ASAP as I am suffering from negative balance.

            My account was debited Rs.199 for no apparent reason. The following message was received:

            Transaction of INR 199.00 done on Acct XX265 on 15-Apr-21.Info: VSI*AMAZON ST.Avbl Bal:INR 4, 945.41.Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 265 to [protected]

            I have not made any transactions today and I do not have any auto renewal subscriptions. I have not received any otp or any transaction intimation.

            Apparently there are other icici customers with the same issue and this is a common occurrence. I would like to know why it happened and it must be resolved.

              I have been deducted money from my account every month for no reason.. I have a loan with HDFC to pay and The funds are insufficient. And I don't realize untill I start getting emails with link from the bank asking to pay the money

                POSDEC issue

                I can see several times charged for POSDEC charges. Once it is charged I can understand but now this is happening in consecutive days. Pl look into this....

                DP charges - INR 826

                Icici opened my demat account stating this is a lifetime free account and no charges will be charged in future. I did not know anything about investing in stocks and never logged in to the account as well. Last year in December, they have INR 826 from my debit account which is truly unjust. There was no notification that such charges will be deducted from my account.
                Now they are stating me to go to nearest branch and close the account...

                I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 12th feb 2021and14th march, 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                      An unauthorised transaction took place on 13 March'2021 from my ICICI bank account. I was shocked when i got this message that a transaction of 399 INR from VSI/ RAZ lagom L has been done from my bank account, as no OTP was asked for it, the amount was just deducted.
                      Look into this on urgent basis.

                          I have recharged through Phone Pe and it's shows that payment is successful but when I was checking balance in fastag it's shows the previous balance i.e before the recharge it show's like confirmation awaited now what to do sir ?

                                This is regarding my icici bank saving a/c. In the covid-19 lock down i opened a online bank a/c in icici bank because i recieved a call from the icici bank executive regarding some extra benefits like no minimum balance required and no need to visit branch and he guided me how to open the bank a/c online. so i complete all the required procedure as per guidence and pay RS 5000/- online. After one month i received a debit card from post.
                                After that i went to the icici bank ATM and found that my mobile no. is not registered with debit card so i called to customer care and requested. they assure me they registered my mobile no. in next 7 working days.
                                In between i busy with my job. after 10-15 days again i visit the icici atm then again i face same problem.
                                And till now i dont have no a/c number no debit card access and even customer care not entertaining regarding this. so fade up.
                                and think all my hard earned money is gone.
                                And after one and half month later i recieved a call from icici bank regarding Low balance and requirement of KYC and i shocked that half of my money gone in "MABchgs". After listing this i cried in alone. because that money i saved for my baby school fees and icici executive give me wrong information. so any how i managed and i visited the nearest branch and narrate my scenario they processed my info and told me thats i have to maintain Rs 10000/- and need to do KYC before and then I asked him pls do KYC i have all related document with me right now. and they denied and said they dont have some machine where i tap my thumb and validiate my aadhar no. so i requested them pls give my A/C no atleast and activate my mobile no. and give me my a/c statment. after that i managed Rs 10000/- any how and transfered in to my a/c. in janauary.
                                In jan i found that my they registered my mobile no. so any how i managed to login into netbanking and saw that they charged me RS 3400/- till now without my mistake.

                                And Please give me a reason why i suffered i cried alot because of your bank executive wrong information.

                                please i request to you please give my money back so i can servive in covid -19 situation.

                                  A fraud had taken place of Rs. 31025/- in 7 multiple transactions in my SB A/C No[protected] of ICICI Bank branch, Yamuna Nagar, IFSC code – ICIC000247. I had not received any OTP or message after transaction done. I had also called at ICICI customer care no -[protected] on 24/02/2021 and they had block my debit card and net baking and given the complain no- SR[protected] and they also advised to lodge FIR and I had lodged Police FIR No 007 dated 25/02.2021

                                    Samsung refunded my amount on 16th February. Today is 13th march, but the amount is not reflected in my account/debit card EMI limit.

                                    It was an order placed using the debit card EMI facility.

                                    Samsung provided me the refund reference number.

                                    Refund Reference number:[protected]

                                    My email is "[protected]@gmail.com.". Have called you people many times and initiated emails also. Have provided everything you requested again and again, but no solution

                                    Funny part is that the bank is deducting EMIs for this refunded order.
