I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 13th march, 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

    Just I got msg from my account vin*google debit amount Rs.879 I don't understand what hell debt in my account without my knowledge. How can we stop I don't know anyone know pls suggest me to recover my money.

      I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici bank account on 11 March, 2021 and the transaction message says VSI/AMAZON STAN. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any OTP during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 09 Feb, 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this? Please find the attachment regarding the same.

          I have my salary account with ICICI bank. It is marked lien for paylater. Even after paying 10000 to savings account they want me to pay double to remove lien. In situation like pandemic, when people are going through such a tough time this unhelpful behavior is not expected from banks.

          Hi,

          I have my salary account with ICICI bank. It is marked lien for paylater.
          I received 15000 in my saving account on 9th Mar, 2021. I had an urgent payment to make on that day. Since then I am trying to reach customer care to remove lien as sufficient money is deposited and no negative balance is there but no response from customer care because of which I still haven't received my monthly payment.
          They say to deposit another 10000 to remove lien and release amount. He also said on call you can complaint where ever you want but we cant help you. You have to pay another 10000.
          In situation like pandemic, when people are going through such a tough time this unhelpful behavior is not expected from ICICI bank.
          We are trying to pay your dues and equal support is expected from your side.
          Kindly requesting you to settle at least my pay later account with the lien amount or at least my emi. Blocking the amount is no solution.
          even after writing a detailed mail on 12th march, no response from bank is received. Also your email id is not visible. It is showing as protected

                To my surprise Icici Bank has deducted Rs. 1899, towards New Policy WA Privilege Single . This is unauthorized transaction and amounts to fraud. I request you to cancel the OneAssist policy and return fund in full.

                      Why there is deduction of Rs. 826.00, I am not using Dmat account . Few Month back a customer care called me for Fee Dmat account . How you deduct amount form my account without notify me . I need my money back .

                        I am Ashutosh Sabnekar. On 25th Feb 2021, there has been a deduction of rupees 826 from my Salary Account towards DP Charges.

                        Transaction Remarks :DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JAN-21

                        I have a Demat account in ICICI Direct, but that account is a free account. Now if I see 826 being deducted, it looks like ICICI has hidden charges, which were not earlier conveyed.
                        Please look into it.

                          This is disgusting, getting too many calls (Atleast 2-3 calls/day) from ICICI bank and their consultancies for personal loans and credit card. A day is starting and ending with ICICI bank call. Hope you can understand how they are irritating. I didn't apply for loan/credit cards in any ICICI anywhere.
                          Couldn't understand how bank got my numbers.
                          Kindly remove my number (+91 - [protected], +91-[protected]) from your database. Expecting from now not to get any call till i apply for loans or credit cards.

                              I am Samiksha Sindhi. DP charges of Rs. 481.83 have been deducted from my ICICI bank account on 24/02/2021 with remarks as 'DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL J
                              AN-21' without any prior notice/information.

                              I have a demat account with them for 10 years which do not have a single transaction till date and have been dormant for last 10 years. I have never activated that account and do not have any information about that.
                              Request a refund for all the DP charges till date for this account.

                                I received a call from ICICI bank and they have given me information about one assist plan. Then they automatically activated the plan without my permission and deducted 1899 from my account. I don't need this plan. Please deactivate this and refund my money immediately

                                  I received again and again calls from icici bank. Bank should never call because any fraudulent activity can also be taken place.
                                  They just told me about cpp plan. I have not given any permission for that.
                                  But instead of that cpp plan has been activated without my permission and amount of rs. 2100 has been deducted.
                                  I want to cancel this plan and refund my amount.
                                  i have spoken to customer care depart., send mail for refund also, still no action.
                                  I'll appeal in consumer court if any action will not be taken.

                                    I have already wrote an email with image of sale void receipt. I was incorrectly charged with 21256/- and merchant provided me with sale void receipt. But refund is taking long and I have other expenses to take care of. I would request bank to accelerate the process.
