        I am Preksha Chand holding saving account with ICICI Bank at Pune branch. It came to my notice this month that there is a deduction of Rs. 1899/- from account since 2018 in lieu of CPP for which I have never authorised nor given consent for the same. On contacting the CPP from my registered mobile number(with my saving account) they stated that we don't have record for this mobile number & passed on the buck to some other department thus putting me in loop with no sensible answer. Is this some fraud going on? In case if there is some consent I would like to have a copy/recording of the same. Please return my complete amount of 4 years (1899*4) along with the interest.             I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs1366.52/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi*amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto-renewal. I have checked this when I was going through my account statement, the amount is debited on 05th March, 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this? Please find the attachment regarding the same

                I want to lodge a complaint against Mr. Satish[[protected]] working in ICICI Credit card recovery office situated Chennai. I owed a Credit Card from ICICI Bank and the outstanding are around 1, 20, 000 as settlement figure... i have not denied paying the same but asked to for installments and wait till next month.
                But now I am getting HARRASING THREATS and abuses from ICICI Bank recovery team to pay the amount. Even he started calling at my office and Office Employees and they are Harassing Lady employees also on phone and doing misbehave with the staff members. He has no rights to abuse either me or my office team this way. This is really annoying and ridiculous to call on office numbers. I got many calls today itself from[[protected]] Name. Satish.

                Please take a quick action against him or my office will lodge a police complaint against him as they have telephonic recordings against him abusing everyone on the phone.

                        Hello There,

                        Issue: Wrong Fund Transfer from ICICI to HDFC Bank
                        Amount: 46000 inr
                        Date of incident: Feb 27th 2021
                        Complaint date: Feb 27th 2021
                        Case No: SR[protected]

                        I have done a 46k of fund transfer from ICICI (my account) to HDFC bank account (unknown), i did complained to the customer care, they opened the ticket and promised me that I will receive my money in 5 working days, but without any sms/email they closed it within 2 days. I did complain again and they are asking with contact HDFC bank for the follow-up. Kindly let me know how can I get my money back.

                          On 24th Feb, 2021, money has been deducted from my account without my consent.
                          DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL JAN-21 Amt. Rs. 826/-
                          This is the transaction details.
                          When i called customer care regarding the same, she said its DMAT Account charges deducted.
                          But i never used DMAT Account of ICICI. Atleast they should intimate me before deducting such charges whether i want or not.
                          Kindly look into the matter & help me to get back my money deducted.

                              My account was debited Rs.199 for no apparent reason. The following message was received:

                              Dear Customer, transaction of INR 199.00 done on ICICI Bank Account XX314 on 04-Mar-21. Info: VSI*AMAZON ST. The Available Balance is INR 13, 066.64. Call on 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 314 to [protected]

                              I have not made any such transactions and I do not have any auto renewal subscriptions. I have not received any otp or any transaction intimation.

                              Apparently there are other icici customers with the same issue and this is a common occurrence. I would like get it resolved this issue soon with my deducted amount reverted to my account.

                                  I have deposited 92, 000 on 7th Feb 2021 (with the denomination of 136*500notes and 12*2000 notes) in the Deposit machine. And the machine took the money and showed the time out error. I got the receipt (having machine no 0010221SRY) stating contact branch manager. I visited the branch the next day and given a complaint. I got only Rs.80, 000 credit in my account, and six notes of Rs.2000 are missing. No one is taking this seriously, and I am suffering as my Rs.12, 000 is stuck due to a machine fault. I have been a genuine customer of ICICI bank for two years and never thought that it would give such a bad service for system fault. When I escalated this issue, I got the bank official's response stating that we need to check the CC TV footage. We checked CCTV footage and found it of no use. Unsure how CC TV will show the number of notes put in the deposit vault. I need your help to escalate this matter and resolve the dispute and get back my money.

                                    I m booking train ticket from amazon and i m booking with icici debit card, unfortunately booking is failed, amazon are issued by RRN (REFUND REFRENCE NUMBER) is - 012659, amazon are told me that they are already transferred my 1192.40 rs amount is issued, but my refund amount is not get it, see my screenshot of transcation, pls give me refund back as soon as possible.And tell me how much time are taken to my refund amount already 9 days are gone...this amount is very important for me, pls hlp, see my screenshot amazon are already toh give mail they are successful transfered but icici bank is also tell me that, they dont have any record what can i do
