This is Madhavan my account number is[protected]. Yesterday[protected] I had withdrawn cash of Rs 5000, Rs 4000, Rs 3000 & Rs 3000 four times in Central bank of India West mambalam branch
Govindan Road Out of which during the third transaction of Rs 3000 the ATM machine was hanged & money was not issued by ATM but it was debuted in my account from Yesterday I try to contact customer care call was not connected take this as my humble request & enquire this issue & reverse my amount for Rs 3000 as soon as possible

    Tomorrow was on March 8th I got a message notification that some amount of money got deducted from my account. When I logged into my account and checked for the respective transaction, it is showing as VIS/RAZ Defma. But I didn't perform any transaction and the money got deducted from my account without any OTP approval also. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

      I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 8th MArch, 2021 Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

        I tried several times to get OTP while ordering on Flipkart and it requires me to enter my OTP but i am not getting it from ICICI bank

        I tried to contact customer care no. "[protected]" but it is directing me to check "www.airtel.in" and saying this is a special no. and getting disconnecting.

        In this regard, request to do the needful support.

          I was trying for an RTGS transaction, for 3-4 hrs
          I am not getting an OTP at all. I tried calling customer care cumber which is a paid extra charge service over which I lost 20rs on call waiting, but no one pick up t resolve my issue.
          Hence I am posting to the consumer complaints.

          I am blocked on some urgent transaction due to this issue.

            Some amount get Auto debited from my account

            Today i.e on March 8th I got a message notification that some amount of money got deducted from my account. When I logged into my imobile account and checked for the respective transaction, it is showing as VIS/RAZ Lagom. But I didn't perform any transaction and the money got deducted from my account without any OTP approval also. Please resolve this issue ASAP...

            I have been an icici account holder since last 1 years and have been using it as a salary account since then. Today, when i tried doing an online transfer transaction, it is giving me an error that the account frozen/blocked. Bank has not given any reasons for it either. There was no communication in this regard. Today being a bank holiday, nothing can be done and i am left with no option but to wait for tomorrow and visit the nearest branch tomorrow morning first thing. This is very unprofessional on behalf of the bank and i will have to bear monetory loss because of not being able to transfer amount today itself.
            Now i am seriously thinking of changing my salary account to some other bank which is professional and would also suggest others not to use such an unprofessional bank.

                Hi Team, I submitted all the KYC documents while opening the account on 0i-02-2021. last 28 days I didn't get any message regarding the KYC success details. after getting the salary they blocked my account and asked me to visit the nearest branch. I visited the branch and again I submitted the documents. They told T=3or 4 working days it will be resolved. But I didn't get any update and they blocked my amount. Kindly help on this.

                      Respected sir, today fastag toll deducted twice, ie. At chandwad toll plaza and again at Dhule ( Laling ) toll plaza, if Rs.135 deducted at chandwad toll then next dhule toll should not be deducted... 😠, Sending here screenshots of text messages..
                      Please revert my extraa amount to my fastTag account as soon as possible,
                      This is happening to me third time now...
                      If I didn't get my excess money back, then I have to go to consumer court and media also...

                                  I am Preksha Chand holding saving account with ICICI Bank at Pune branch. It came to my notice this month that there is a deduction of Rs. 1899/- from account since 2018 in lieu of CPP for which I have never authorised nor given consent for the same. On contacting the CPP from my registered mobile number(with my saving account) they stated that we don't have record for this mobile number & passed on the buck to some other department thus putting me in loop with no sensible answer. Is this some fraud going on? In case if there is some consent I would like to have a copy/recording of the same. Please return my complete amount of 4 years (1899*4) along with the interest.                                     Dear Customer, transaction of INR 639.00 done on ICICI Bank Account XX426 on 05-Mar-21. Info: VSI*RAZ EDUNE. The Available Balance is INR 4, 90, 650.70. Call on 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 426 to [protected] . I recieved this message but i didn't initiated this transaction and neither i recieved any OTP related it kindly tell me how it happened!?
