      Hello There,

      Issue: Wrong Fund Transfer from ICICI to HDFC Bank
      Amount: 46000 inr
      Date of incident: Feb 27th 2021
      Complaint date: Feb 27th 2021
      Case No: SR[protected]

      I have done a 46k of fund transfer from ICICI (my account) to HDFC bank account (unknown), i did complained to the customer care, they opened the ticket and promised me that I will receive my money in 5 working days, but without any sms/email they closed it within 2 days. I did complain again and they are asking with contact HDFC bank for the follow-up. Kindly let me know how can I get my money back.

        On 24th Feb, 2021, money has been deducted from my account without my consent.
        DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL JAN-21 Amt. Rs. 826/-
        This is the transaction details.
        When i called customer care regarding the same, she said its DMAT Account charges deducted.
        But i never used DMAT Account of ICICI. Atleast they should intimate me before deducting such charges whether i want or not.
        Kindly look into the matter & help me to get back my money deducted.

          I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs129/- every month has been deducted from my icici account, a/c no:[protected]and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am not a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 8months. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

            My account was debited Rs.199 for no apparent reason. The following message was received:

            Dear Customer, transaction of INR 199.00 done on ICICI Bank Account XX314 on 04-Mar-21. Info: VSI*AMAZON ST. The Available Balance is INR 13, 066.64. Call on 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 314 to [protected]

            I have not made any such transactions and I do not have any auto renewal subscriptions. I have not received any otp or any transaction intimation.

            Apparently there are other icici customers with the same issue and this is a common occurrence. I would like get it resolved this issue soon with my deducted amount reverted to my account.

                I have deposited 92, 000 on 7th Feb 2021 (with the denomination of 136*500notes and 12*2000 notes) in the Deposit machine. And the machine took the money and showed the time out error. I got the receipt (having machine no 0010221SRY) stating contact branch manager. I visited the branch the next day and given a complaint. I got only Rs.80, 000 credit in my account, and six notes of Rs.2000 are missing. No one is taking this seriously, and I am suffering as my Rs.12, 000 is stuck due to a machine fault. I have been a genuine customer of ICICI bank for two years and never thought that it would give such a bad service for system fault. When I escalated this issue, I got the bank official's response stating that we need to check the CC TV footage. We checked CCTV footage and found it of no use. Unsure how CC TV will show the number of notes put in the deposit vault. I need your help to escalate this matter and resolve the dispute and get back my money.

                  I m booking train ticket from amazon and i m booking with icici debit card, unfortunately booking is failed, amazon are issued by RRN (REFUND REFRENCE NUMBER) is - 012659, amazon are told me that they are already transferred my 1192.40 rs amount is issued, but my refund amount is not get it, see my screenshot of transcation, pls give me refund back as soon as possible.And tell me how much time are taken to my refund amount already 9 days are gone...this amount is very important for me, pls hlp, see my screenshot amazon are already toh give mail they are successful transfered but icici bank is also tell me that, they dont have any record what can i do

                            Impossible to reach customer care representative

                            I don't understand why they have made reaching out to their customer representative so difficult. I have tried infinite number of times and the call gets dropped right after I select"talk to customer representative" option. This is insane and seems delibrate from the bank. Stop being evil....

                            Hi, I have tried doing the monthly local pass renewal on 1st March 2021, two times payment got deducted but the local pass issuance failed it showed. The local pass recharge then was done on 2nd March using the different payment method. Can you please help me in getting the refund?

                              ECS rtn charges

                              From last 4 months from my account charges are applying illegally without any notification for me.in the one of emergency case i was having about rs300. But it was deducted without knowing to me. I was in big trouble. It was very panic moment for me. Bank have illigally applying charges every month. I want my money back. This is absoulutely frustrating and ridicules. I have lost trust on icici bank....

                              Expressions Debit Card Money Fraud

                              Without asking expressions debit card was issued to me. Why? Why was I not asked? I got a message that amount would be deducted from my account. I contacted customer care and asked to cancel expressions debit card as I was never asked about it. He said it is cancelled and then also an amount of 588 Rs. was automatically deducted from my account....

                              Hi Team,

                              I have obtained pre-owned car loan(Application # A[protected]) during Mid December of 2020. I have asked for 5th of every month which was Processed as 10th of every month which was requested to update via customer care after three months of loan payment. then i have requested for 24 months EMI and it was created as 48 months. Finally I don't have a clear information how much was used for RC transfer and other stuff and even 5 k was taken from Dealer to ICICI ( which was also my money) for the same and the RC transfer were completed during 7th of Jan-21 and still i haven't received the updated RC and any information on the fund used for RC transfer and there was no accountability. I don't expect icici to perform this way allow your employees left unaccountable. My main concern is not money and since this is the third month of name transfer is complete and i am unable to complete my insurance name transfer as they were looking for original RC. I and my one of co-ordinates to follow up on the same with the concern executive who will not respond my call when i was in or near bank for pickup of RC and not ready to send the RC in Courier also. some where i have the manager number for this loan as of now i couldn't find and i don't remember where i seen that. so i called to get contact # for this issue but they said they have raised a complaints which will be addressed in 9 working days.

                                Rs. 199/- deducted from my icici coral credit card for amazon standing instru. I didn't take any services. Its debited automatically which is not done by me and without my consent.
                                Please look into this matter and credit rs. 199 /- in my icici credit card. I am shocked because i believe in icici credit card. This has been deducted two times now i.e. in Feb'2021 and March'2021.
                                I tried to contact customer care but customer care services is currently not available due to cronavirus at this time.
