I had created an NPS account on 24.02.21 where I had registered bank name ICICI BANK.But till date my account is showing frozen despite fact that I had successfully contributed Rs 500 after pran generation.I had raised several grievances with NPS portal and they asked me to approach bank and when I approach bank, they are telling that they have nothing to do with kyc verification for NPS account.Infact they are clueless about NPS processes.i have salary account with icici for last 13 years.I have sent a mail to [protected]@icicibank.com also on this matter but no response yet.Please help.

I have applied for eNPS on 24 Feb 2021 and selected ICICI Bank for bank verification, as I am a customer of ICICI Bank for past 13 years. But the status is """Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank""".
I went to ICICI Bank, but they are not sure about the verification process.
I had tried to reach customer care, but they have no understanding of this and are unable to help.
I had raised complaint to ICICI Bank customer care, but they did not understand the question at all.
My final option was to raise complaint here, hope ICICI Bank will take care of this this time.
Please don't provide only standard reply.I have already sent a mail to [email protected]. And [email protected] check.

    I transferred Rs 27, 000 through IMPS on 01st Mar 2021 at 16.35 from ICICI A/C to HDFC bank A/C.

    Transaction Remark : MMT/IMPS/[protected]

    The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

    But I got a message that said

    "Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.27, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 01-Mar-2021 16:35:34. Txn status will be updated by Bene Bank in 3 working days.."

      I have made an IMPS of rs. 30500/- from ICICI bank to IndusInd bank on 01.03.21. Money has been debited from my ICICI bank account but has yet not been credited to my IndusInd . as it is showing the transaction is timed out.
      Please help me in this regard.The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

            Hi,

            I have made an IMPS of Rs.14, 500/- from ICICI bank to Bank Of India on 1.03.2021. Money has been debited from my ICICI bank account but has yet not been credited to Bank Of India.

            The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

            But I got a message that said

                I have applied for the business loans and after sanctioning it BLG TEAM AJMER is now creating a problem and delaying their commitment to make payments. My legal was cleared at the time of sanction. Now at the time of sanction they are raising issue in it which was never ever discussed earlier. BLG TEAM AJMER failed to fulfill thier commitment

                  On 8 feb 2021 a sum of rs 7000 was paid to medlife for purchase of medicines.(payment id pay-gz6rfqlgvxfutv. This payment was not received by medlife. In the normal course of events this payment should have been reverted to my account. Unfortunately this has not happened. I seek your company to sort out the issue.

                    It's prince, an amount of 826 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till jan-21 .I tried to reach icici by mail but did not receive response yet.
                    There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                      My account has been deducted with Rs. 742 DMC & Rs. 83 DP charges.

                      I never approach to bank for such account.

                      I emailed to bank regarding many times and they confirmed me that it will not be happen again but it's still going on.

                            I had unpledged my RIL shares and got unpledged but 218 shares showing under pledge withdrawal qty and i am not able to sell these shares. i have written atleast 20 emails to icici direct but they respond like fools and not even read the email carefully. till now i have not received any reply as to why my shares are showing under withdrawal pledge qty. i will close my account soon and switch over to zerodha which is much easier platform then icici direct.

                              I applied for icici bank credit card, after approval i got follwoing sms below from icici bank.

                              Dear customer, thank you for choosing icici bank credit card. You will receive a call from [protected] to explain the features and benefits on your card within 2-3 working days. Kindly receive the call to help us serve you better.

                              After few days i received this as well.

                              Returned undelivered: credit card - fresh for acct xx0003 sent by blue dart courier, awb [protected] returned due to-incomplete or short address. Pls call customer care

                              On 05/07/2019 when i checked status through itrack it was undelivered and returned to bank. When i called blue dart customer care they told that consignee was not available that is why it was returned to bank. Whom they tried to deliver i dont know because i never got any call from blue dart regarding this.

                              When i tried to contact icici bank customer care they asked for credit card number which u do not know.

                              So please try to get solve this problem asap, redispatch the card or do something.

                                I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of ₹ 999/- has been deducted from my ICICI account and the transaction message says vsi*amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction .I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 1st march 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same. Take necessary action please.
