Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding a ECS charges Rs 40000 debited from account XXXXXXXX4092 on 28/01/2021 .When I reached out to ICICI bank for the resolution, they are saying HDB has presented 30+ times from June 2020 to Jan 2020 even though I availed the moratorium and Restructuring.
I availed the moratorium from all of the lenders which I have borrowed, but end of the day Rs 40000 debited from my ICICI bank account on the name of ECS charges .I asked you many times to provide the ECS details but no response from ICICI. You are only targeting for non reversal of ECS charges, for which you are trying the tricks in many ways, but ultimately same response on the first day of my issue and even after 20 days of the service request. What is the use of service request? Just to delay my issue?
I know registered billers presented the ECS, but my issue is I already availed the Moratorium from respective lenders and registered billers saying they have not levied any charges, but why this torture from ICICI or let me know what do you require from my end in order to reverse the ECS charges ? ICICI is making the mess here by not sharing adequate details.
I lost 40 thousand rupees but ICICI is taking it in very light manner, please tell me what do you require for reversal of these charges ?

I have raised 100s of complaints with ICICI and Ombudsman, but I haven't received any favorable response. Check SR[protected] for the email communication[protected].
Check Ombudsman complaints : [protected]/[protected]. I lost the 40 thousand rupees on the name of ECS charges . Where the billers saying that they have not levied any charges from their end and you are telling that Billers represented IT. 40 thousand rupees not an small amount . I have been facing the issues on every process since lockdown started. Really you are driving me to end my life . You are taking my hard earned money on form of charges. You are killing me literally .
