I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till Jan-21 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

    Hi, my name is Edwin Noel, I have an ICICI Bank savings account in 20A Shivaji Marg Branch, New Delhi.
    An amount of Rs. 639.47/- (DP charges for JAN-21) were deducted from my Savings Bank Account without any intimation or transaction alert. Moreover, I was confirmed that the Demat Account that was forcefully given to us at the time of opening our bank account is free of cost and we never ever even utilized the same.
    Now the account is also deactivated and we are forcefully charged the amount without any confirmation. None of the customer care executives are responding and this is very frustrating. Please report this scam as it has been done to many customers and please get our hard-earned money refunded.

      ICICI Bank suddenly deducted charges of Rs. 550 from my personal account as demat account charges when it was supposed to be free. I did not even get any notice for it.

      Kindly return my money back.

        Icici bank charges about dmc DP charges 826 rs till jan 21

        I have been deducted with 826 rs on 24th feb under the name of DMC dp charges till jan 21

        I am using icici since about 5 years and have never activated the demat account then how I am being charged . When I reached customer care they told that there is demat account on your name....

        I am deepak i m. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jan-21) on 24-feb-2021. I have never used my demat account till now.

        They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici, moreover i have never used icici demat account

        I need justice and return my money back immediately. My account number is[protected]
        This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

        Hi don't get trap in their policy as they will say that it's lifetime free but there are some hidden charges behind this .

            I am Kathiravan. Amount of Rs 757 has been deducted from my ICICI saving bank account as DP CHGS TILL JAN-21) on 24-feb-2021 without any intimidation.

            When i open this deemat account, they mention the this is free account and no cost. Even i did not this account till now. Also this account is in blocked status.

            I am trying to call their customer care executive since morning but none of their customer care number is working. It's very very frustrating.
            Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with ICICI bank. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount

              My debit card is expiring this month and I was trying to apply for a Debit Card and meanwhile I applied for Expressions Debit Card without knowing the process.

                I have an account with ICICI Bank with [protected] and my contact number is [protected], I haven't opened the D-Mat account from icic bank but recently[protected] I have been charged 619.50 for DMC with the following transaction id:
                DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL JAN-21

                Please do the need full by reverting the money deducted from my account, For your reference please find the attached DP screenshot.

                    I am Rahul Gurjar. Amount of Rs 826 has been deducted from my ICICI saving bank account as (DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL JAN-21) on 24-feb-2021 without any intimidation.

                    Hi I am B S Kumar, from my icici bank account ([protected] DP CHGS TILL JAN-21 Dr. 733.92 01/03/2021 && [protected] DP CHGS TILL JAN-21 Dr.23.25) is charged. I do not know for what purpose this is charged. I am reach out customer care but it unable to reach.

                      I own a salary account with ICICI and they are charging Demat DP charges without my knowledge, there has never been activation on my end. how can they charge without customer permission. no deduction notification on mobile.                           On 24.02.2021, an amount of Rs 275.33 has been deducted from my ICICI account as DP CHGS TILL JAN-21 and it seems it's related to the depository charges. But I have been told from ICICI that there would not be any charges for holding/maintaining a Demat account with ICICI. Also, I don't do any trading with the ICICI Demat account for the last 3 years. A bank like ICICI should not do these kinds of cheap activities. I am going to close my Demat account with ICICI

                              I am Busetty Apuroop, an mount of 683 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs from Nov 20 to Oct 21

                              I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a icici demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                                    Hello Sir,

                                    I have already D-Link my icic direct account from the bank several month ago but today I have seen that you guys have deducted 826 Rs/- from my account directly without any notice.

                                    From 1 year I never ever used that account for trading or anything and after deduction I did try to login in my account but it is not active now. Then why are you deduct 826Rs.from my account.I don't understand anything regarding this deduction.

                                    Request you to please refund my money as soon as possible.

                                    Due to this deduction i have unable to purchase my medicin that was very needy for me I'm just a student.please help me out.
