Hi am sathish holding salary account in your bank also i availed credit card. I attached screenshots where i forwarded my complaint. But still no response yet. Really worst services. But you guys ready to file complaint against me. Am really disappointed and frustrated with your banking response. Your bank staff from legal department his name is KEVIN, also not responding on my questions through whatsapp. See this kind of peoples are in your bank never and ever grow your banking. Worst bank really worst bank.

    To force him to commit suicide.

    I want to lodge a complaint against Mr. JAYANDRA SHARMA ([protected]) and Mr. Deepak ([protected]) working in ICICI Credit card recovery office situated Delhi. I owed a Credit Card from ICICI Bank and the outstanding are around 45, 000 as settlement figure and I have 13000 and I have not denied paying the same but asked to wait till next month as I am tied up with some other commitments.
    But now I am getting HARRASING THREATS and abuses...

        Dear Concern,
        Amount of INR 825 was deducted from my account against DP charges.
        I dont even use this service and while opening the bank account, information which was communicated to me that this service are free of cost and I am not even using it.

          I am SUPRYO DAS. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jan-21) on 24-feb-2021. I have never used my demat account till now.

          They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

          I need justice and return my money back immediately. My account number is[[protected]].

          When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

This is the 1st time I'm seeing this type of dedication. I didn't even get any deduction message. This is not fair and not acceptable. Amount is not small to be ignored.               Hi,
              I have salary account in ICICI Bank, Chennai. Every now and then they mark the account freeze and I have visited the branch several times. They have taken my KYC details but still every week it gets frozen.

              My salary couldn’t be credited this month because of this unprofessional and unethical service by ICICI.

              I have met the bank manager too but this issue is not getting resolved.

              in this time and age of technology how is this even possible. This is a harassment.

                I am nama shubham, an amount of 825.40 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till jan-21 on 26 Feb 2021
                I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.
                I need my money back and am ready to comlain against fraud by bank in anywhere else if needed

                  I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon st. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 26 feb, 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                        ICICI Bank DMC/DP charges of 757.17 to till date.

                        My wife own a salary account with ICICI and they are charging DMC DP charges without her knowledge, there has never been activation on her end. how can they charge without customer permission. no deduction notification on mobile. We need complete refund charges deducted from the account till date.

                        To our surprise we found that, there was 1 trade done through the account which was never initiated by her.

                          I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till Jan-21 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                            Hi, my name is Edwin Noel, I have an ICICI Bank savings account in 20A Shivaji Marg Branch, New Delhi.
                            An amount of Rs. 639.47/- (DP charges for JAN-21) were deducted from my Savings Bank Account without any intimation or transaction alert. Moreover, I was confirmed that the Demat Account that was forcefully given to us at the time of opening our bank account is free of cost and we never ever even utilized the same.
                            Now the account is also deactivated and we are forcefully charged the amount without any confirmation. None of the customer care executives are responding and this is very frustrating. Please report this scam as it has been done to many customers and please get our hard-earned money refunded.

                              ICICI Bank suddenly deducted charges of Rs. 550 from my personal account as demat account charges when it was supposed to be free. I did not even get any notice for it.

                                Icici bank charges about dmc DP charges 826 rs till jan 21

                                I have been deducted with 826 rs on 24th feb under the name of DMC dp charges till jan 21

                                I am using icici since about 5 years and have never activated the demat account then how I am being charged . When I reached customer care they told that there is demat account on your name....
