I am a ICICI account holder. I see several deduction under SMAB charges without any notification. No msg no email. Not ever sms regarding these transactions. This is not acceptable at all.

    Hello sir, I am keerthika.on Aug 2020 1000rs deducted from my account without my knowledge.and recently 75rs deducted from my acount on march 01 2021.my Acount is pretected or not?.I didn't received any sms about deduction.please refund my money as soon as possible.Thank You.

      I had unpledged my RIL shares and got unpledged but 218 shares showing under pledge withdrawal qty and i am not able to sell these shares. i have written atleast 20 emails to icici direct but they respond like fools and not even read the email carefully. till now i have not received any reply as to why my shares are showing under withdrawal pledge qty. i will close my account soon and switch over to zerodha which is much easier platform then icici direct.

        I applied for icici bank credit card, after approval i got follwoing sms below from icici bank.

        Dear customer, thank you for choosing icici bank credit card. You will receive a call from [protected] to explain the features and benefits on your card within 2-3 working days. Kindly receive the call to help us serve you better.

        After few days i received this as well.

        Returned undelivered: credit card - fresh for acct xx0003 sent by blue dart courier, awb [protected] returned due to-incomplete or short address. Pls call customer care

        On 05/07/2019 when i checked status through itrack it was undelivered and returned to bank. When i called blue dart customer care they told that consignee was not available that is why it was returned to bank. Whom they tried to deliver i dont know because i never got any call from blue dart regarding this.

        When i tried to contact icici bank customer care they asked for credit card number which u do not know.

        So please try to get solve this problem asap, redispatch the card or do something.

          I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of ₹ 999/- has been deducted from my ICICI account and the transaction message says vsi*amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction .I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 1st march 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same. Take necessary action please.

            With reference to the above sited subject, regarding payment of Jio Mart of Rs 5122.45 on dated 27/02/2021 above said order, in this connection i have been make a payment of Rs 5122/45 on dated 27/02/2021, this payment was make by icici bank, , this payment was not made to jio mart till to dated it's debited to my credit card account xxxx 8010, details of order and credit card statement as attached here with ., jio mart said that no payment received from icici bank credit card section, so pl to do the needful action in this regard. await for your quick reply,

                    It happened many times that whenever i deposit some money on my icici account they just deduct it all by the name of ecs charges. And it's so annoying, we are here collecting money and thinking that collecting the money in bank is safe. But they are making us feel like they are the thieves. It is really not good I'm fed up with the service of icici. They never listen to there customers.

                    Hi i donot know what happened but i want you to look in this . Have you ever registered Mutual Fund SIP under Icici bank or taken loan from any platform and have given consent to deduct money directly from the bank. If yes then kindly maintain the sufficient balance because the ecs returns charges is 500+18% GST.

I never signed up for this DP charges or Demat account and this is such a steal. I would like to have my refund as soon as possible. Thank you!

                          Hi am sathish holding salary account in your bank also i availed credit card. I attached screenshots where i forwarded my complaint. But still no response yet. Really worst services. But you guys ready to file complaint against me. Am really disappointed and frustrated with your banking response. Your bank staff from legal department his name is KEVIN, also not responding on my questions through whatsapp. See this kind of peoples are in your bank never and ever grow your banking.                             I want to lodge a complaint against Mr. JAYANDRA SHARMA ([protected]) and Mr. Deepak ([protected]) working in ICICI Credit card recovery office situated Delhi. I owed a Credit Card from ICICI Bank and the outstanding are around 45, 000 as settlement figure and I have 13000 and I have not denied paying the same but asked to wait till next month as I am tied up with some other commitments.
                            But now I am getting HARRASING THREATS and abuses...

                                  I am SUPRYO DAS. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jan-21) on 24-feb-2021. I have never used my demat account till now.

                                  They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                                  I need justice and return my money back immediately. My account number is[[protected]].

                                  When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. This is the 1st time I'm seeing this type of dedication. I didn't even get any deduction message. This is not fair and not acceptable. Amount is not small to be ignored.                                       Hi,
                                      I have salary account in ICICI Bank, Chennai. Every now and then they mark the account freeze and I have visited the branch several times. They have taken my KYC details but still every week it gets frozen.

                                      My salary couldn’t be credited this month because of this unprofessional and unethical service by ICICI.

                                      I have met the bank manager too but this issue is not getting resolved.

                                      in this time and age of technology how is this even possible. This is a harassment.
