I don't receive any communication regarding renewal of one assist but they just debited 1599/- from my account. When I called customer care they just said it can't be cancelled and no refund. How is it possible. And they said auto renewal will be every year and no option to cancel. U cancel and refund immediately. My relationship no 10018724

    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 16th Feb 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

      Address: BSNL OFFICE O/O GMT BELLARY

      I have applied for fastag through online and paid from google pay on 15.1.2021. Amount deducted from my bank account and eagarly waiting for card even after 15 days also no card received.
      On 1.2.2021 spoken to customer care and raised a complaint got complaint no.6080625 for future reference. They said it will be refunded in 5 working days. Till today neither a fastag card nor refunded.
      Kindly make refund as early as possible.

        I have raised this complaint twice on icici complaints and consumercomplaints before but icici is not responding. Only response is we shall get back to you and no details are mentioned. Please note that i am going to escalate further if no action will be taken.

            I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs149/- has been deducted from my icici credit card and the transaction message says amazon stan.               I have done 1lakh 82 thousand + transaction through SBI POS Machine, its keeps on loading more than 1 minutes, finally it says transaction SALE REVERSED, merchant says it will refund to account next 24 hours, not yet credited back, called icici customer initially they says wait for 1 day next day they say wait for 2 days, now they are saying 7 days, 1.8 lakh amount blocked for 7 days its financial loss to me, how come icici wont refund my amount RBI please respond me

                    I was detected rs. 826 as DMC charge. But I never opened a Demat account at all.. They have opened the account without my knowledge and I am trying to close the Demat account. But these guys are so Irritating. They state my mail id is wrong and they come up with a new mail id on their own. I am receiving my statements etc.. on correct mail id only. Nobody is ready to help. Really fed up and planning to close the entire ICICI account.

                          I have applied for eNPS and selected ICICI Bank for bank verification, as I am a satisfied customer of ICICI bank till now. But the status is """Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank""" since days.

                                      Dear sir/ madam,

                                      While withdrawing money from Sasanenagar (Hadapsar, Pune) ATM of ICICI bank, my money of Rs 10, 000 got stuck in the ATM.
                                      I used my card of HSBC bank to withdraw money, out of 2 machines, first machine I could withdraw 10, 000 Rs firstly however for second time I did withdraw 10, 000 again but it got stuck.
                                      Due to emergency, I used another ATM machine in same shop to get required money; however, it is a request to revert my amount.
