Rs. 590 have been deducted from my savings account without me getting any notification or information. this has happened twice that the amount gets deducted without me knowing about the same. The transaction remark is NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ADBLDESK~11FEB21~9c7751.

    Service request no = SR[protected].
    I have applied for credit card in the bank 40 days ago in the branch. There employee named Pradeep filled my number and email all wrong
    on the application due to which card is not arrived yet. There agent cut call and chats whenever i raise complaints regarding this. This ia completly third class bank with no moral value. there is no way to contact them.

        Customer ID[protected]
        I have an ICICI credit card (7006 last 4 digits) with 25, 000 limit and the amount along with interest has gone upto 42, 000.
        Due to financial issues and family medical emergencies, I haven't been able to repay the amount and currently trying to get card settlement done.
        Everytime I call up customer care of ICICI, the only answer I get is 'entire amount has to be repaid and there is no other option'. When I ask for a concerned person's phone number to discuss, they tell me that there is no such person to deal this.
        Because of this 42, 000 cc due, you guys have put my gold ornaments (on which I availed loan) to auction.
        How do you people put lakhs worth gold to auction/block these accounts for a due which is actually 20, 000 - 25, 000?
        Atleast I am trying to settle the credit card but your customer care guys are not supportive. This is urgent as it involve my gold and I am looking for an immediate resolution from ICICI.

            I have a complaint that your collecting agent call me 20-30 times in a day. It is very harassments for me.

            As per your rule for delay payment make a charge/penalty for me. But your collecting agents call me again...again...again bagain...again...again again...again...again again...again...again by different numbers.

            Please ...Please...stop it. When I attend only 20-30 times call by your collecting agent, when done my work.

                I'm Aradhana kumari singh holding ICICI savings account for past 1 years. A/C#[[protected]] in siwan.
                Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
                Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying RBI standards / guidelines.

                  Would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 20 Feb, 2021. Could you please help me with my refund. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                    Please find attached document of Closed EMI status ... Even after getting this closed my NOC is Blocked.

                    Even after visiting the branch of Noida Sec 51 and Noida Sec 18 they have no clue as to why the is Blocked.

                    I have to sell my Car and I can't get my NOC even after making entire payment.

                    Your call executive says this is only accessible to branch and branch says we don't have any clue is why this is blocked.

                              Today (20th Feb 2021) i got and SMS from BP-ASSIST as an intimation to deduct Rs.1899/- from my ICICI bank credit card. Upon asking customer care they said the bank will deduct from my credit card due to my consent to join for some scheme. Further they said that few days ago somebody would have talked to me about this scheme. i asked her to show any evidence of my consent to join any scheme in any written form . Obviously i am had not consented for any scheme by paying some money.

                              Let me explain how they manage to take your money under some pretext.

                              On 19th Feb 2021 some one called me and said they are calling from ICICI ( At that stage i even had a doubt whether they are really from ICICI or some fraud, so i wanted to get away as soon as possible) She was speaking at super fast speed and also their was some network disturbance in between, talking about some scheme. In between he kept asking me whether it is clear to me. I am so bored and only way i could get away from him is to say " Ok" At no stage she said that i have to pay Rs 1899, nor i said at any stage that i am willing to join in any scheme,
                              Then few minutes later some one called me and asked whether i had understood . So i said it is clear. That is all .

                              Next day i received a SMS that money will be deducted in next few days, and citing the above incident as my consent.
                              It is beyond my comprehension where i consented to join any scheme.

                              The customer care agreed to withdraw my name from scheme but money will be deduct from my account as the scheme procedure is initiated. I requested her to stop the process and don't deduct money but she refused. I wonder what would have happened if i had not seen SMS or saw it after a few days.

                              My complaint is
                              1) ICICI intentionally spoke in such a manner to make the victim to say something .
                              2 they never said explicitly that Rs.1899 is the fee for the scheme.

                              3 ) Though i had not agreed to join any scheme, i could have agreed also if the scheme is just a benefit, without any payment from me. And same scheme i could have refused to join if the details of payment is made clear.
                              So the way they treat as my consent is nothing short of cheating the customer. If they are so honest they could have sent an email about the scheme and attach a agreement paper or ask me to transfer the money.

                              4) how any bank can deduct money from anyone's account without the real consent either through system or through some paper.
                              I wonder whether it is allowed in the Indian banking law.!

                              5) If the bank is sure that i made the consent then let them show any of the voice recording of their chat with me.

                                  I transferred Rs 5000 through IMPS on 20 February 2021 at 10.12 AM from ICICI A/C to SBI bank A/C.
                                  The amount didn't get to the Beneficiary Account or neither was refunded to my account.

                                  *I received below message from Bank.

                                  Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.5, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 20-Feb-2021 10:22:04. Txn status will be updated by Bene Bank in 3 working days.

                                    I had purchased ICICI Ashwirbad Deep Discount Bond Certificates ( # 90875 & 90876) on 25th May, 1996.
                                    I have heard these bonds do not exist anymore and were terminated.

                                    How can I get my bonds redeemed to receive my money.

                                      There were 2 unauthorised deductions of 999 Rs from my account, I did not initiate or subscribe to anything and there was otp confirmation this is the message I received.
