I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs169/- has been deducted from my icici account from November month onwards, and the transaction message and email says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had I done any transaction nor did I get any otp during the transaction. Neither am I a prime member thinking to be auto-renewal. I have checked this when I was going through my account statement. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

I would request you to please look into this issue as soon as possible & resolve it & please recredit the amount. Never expected this kind of issue from ICICI Bank.

I have been raising this issue to icici bank customer care before as well & no action was taken against it.

      I am Siva Krishna Swayampu, an amount of Rs826/- has been deducted from my savings account under DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-20 on 28th Jan 2021 where I was not enrolled into any Dmat account. How come the bank can deduct this amount without even intimating the customer nor in the entire year 2020 I didnt receive any kind messages or emails regarding any Dmat account. This is so mean and you are cheating your customers. I want my refund as early possible and for god sake please dn't link any kind of accounts to my savings account in near future without my approval.

        I would like to bring it in your notice that INR 999 were deducted from my ICICI BANK account for VSI Amazon ST. Neither I have done any transaction or nor did I get any OTP during any transaction. Neither I am a prime member or applied for any plan. i received a SMS of auto deduction. Can you please assist me in this regard. It was happened on 10.02.2021. I have enclosed statement proof for your reference.

          Hi,
          For the last two months my sending Demat closing form. Your officers are replying DP and client id is not filled properly in the form. I am not sure where to fill. There is a column mentioned in the form to fill it. I have filled in that blog.

          Please consumer complaints help me, I have asked them to call me at +[protected]. They are not ready to call me.
          If I call ICICI customer care it will not connect. I have waited for 20 min.

          ICICI officers please see the attached form and let me know whats wrong in that

              Greetings of the day,

              I would like to tell you a short story.
              A common man had a dream of buying a house in Bangalore with his hard-earned money. He finalises property and looks for a bank who can fund loan to buy a property and finds ICICI bank as a loaner. He provides all the required documents and pays necessary charges to the bank to process the loan, after waiting for two months he finally gets sanction letter. Saying your loan has been
              sanctioned and here is the document. Buyer confirmed registration date with the
              seller for property registration. Here is the turn in the story. Bank people are saying sanction letter not given for the property which you have shortlisted. Due to the recent policy change, we can’t provide a loan. That common man is me. Now you tell where the mistake from my end. Due to your policy change am losing close to Rs.440, 000 hard-earned money. If you could have said in the beginning when I gave all the document saying we can fund loan to
              Hakku Patra property you could have saved everybody’s time and effort.

              Sale agreement ₹ 4, 05, 000.00
              EC ₹ 2, 000.00
              Paper add ₹ 4, 000.00
              ICICI bank ₹ 14, 396.00
              Agent commission ₹ 11, 000.00
              Total ₹ 4, 36, 396.00
              Please find the chain of events till date.
              28th November 2019, Mr Venkat visited my house collect all the documents
              whatever required as per the procedure.
              29th November 2019, I sent a courier of missing documents as per discussion with
              Mr Venkat to ICICI Bank, Banashankari Branch.
              30th November 2019. I share a few more documents softcopy as per Mr Venkat
              request.
              4th December 2019 verification of House and Office address done.
              6th December 2019, Mr.Madhu from ICICI bank visited the property for verification.
              6th December 2019, Rs.3800 debited from my account towards loan processing.
              7th December 2019, as part of legal requirement Mr.Venkat advised me to put an
              advertisement in the local newspaper about missing GPA. As per his advice same
              add request booked with a local newspaper.
              7th December 2019 sale agreement of property done with the seller with Rs.400, 000
              advance amount.
              11th December 2019. Missing add related to GPA published in Vijaya Karnataka
              newspaper.
              12th December 2019 I put a public notice add in Samyuktha Karnataka newspaper
              13th December 2019 when I asked for legal update Mr.Venkat said legal clearance
              will be given post-cooling period of 10 days from 11th December 2019.
              21st December 2019 Legal opinion cleared the same communicated by Mr.Venkat.
              24th December 2019 Rs.10, 596 debited from my account towards loan processing.
              16th January 2020 Seller verification done and seller-provided pan card, bank
              passbook.
              22nd January 2020 shared bank statement to verify sale agreement amount
              deduction verification.
              23rd January 2020 received loan sanction letter from Venkat.
              24th January 2020 Mr.Venkat revised sanction letter saying interest rates changed
              due to CIBIL score.
              24th January 2020 collect one more ICICI bank cheque for Rs.8000 towards stamp
              duty.
              24th January 2020 requested for up to date EC same been shared.
              25th January 2020 I spoke with seller and confirmed registration date would be 7th
              February 2020.
              I sent the above letter to the people who am addressing on 27th January 2020 exactly
              one year before. The irony is even after one year still you are unable to solve the customer problem. From last, one year am doing a follow-up to get service charges to refund even after year
              still is struggling to get the amount. Initially, I was doing follow-up with Manindra later he left the job and gave contact of Vipin, after few followups Vipin gave contact of Chandrasekar then he shared Shivashankar to contact. From last year, my experience with ICICI bank housing loan people doesn’t even meet the minimum
              expectation. All they try to escape from their responsibilities.
              Reason for writing this letter is since you didn’t give a loan you don’t have any right hold the processing charges from me on that grounds am demanding the entire processing charges refund.
              I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. Since I didn't hear anything from ICICI am failing
              complaints.

                  I am trying to do a net banking transaction but i couldnt complete the transaction. Its showing "the transaction is disabled for this user, please contact the bank for further information". I have called the customer care many times, emailed and also reported on social media, but everytime I am being given false promises that it will be resolved in 1-2 hours but the issue still persists.

                      I got a call from ICICI executive who explained about coral card benefits and delivered the platinum chip card which I don't want to use. How to cancel or reject this card. This has happened with many people now. The bank should do something about such executives.

                        I asked for fastag replacement on 26 th December through icici fastag helpline. It was said within 8 days but still nothing has been recevied so far. I have called more than 3 times and the reply is same. Give 24 hours and we would send. Kindly advice where to complaint or by what means i can get my money back. Or else we have file complaint in front of consumer forum?

                              I'm using an ICICI credit card and paying my card dues. I noticed recently that in the last 5 transactions AUTO DEBIT CHARGE is levied, a service which i have not enabled. It was enabled without my concern and approximately 8000 INR has be levied as charges in the last 4-5 bills. This is unfair and i brought it to Bank attention to revert that charges. I tried the customer care through phone and the they ask me to wait and cut the phone. It happened 3 times. iI realised that they did that deliberately. It was extremely frustrating for me and felt embarrassed and helpless. I mailed customer grievance cell and i didn't got any response despite posting complaints twice. The form didn't even returned Complaint id to follow up further. Look at the attitude of a so called large bank in India. In fact i'm a customer since 2005. Such a poor attitude from a large bank. Already they levied huge interest for the balance and on top of this they charged AUTO DEBIT CHARGES. I would soon switch over to Axis or HDFC. ICICI is corrupted nowadays.

                                ICICI bank credit card recovery agent keeps calling and abusing, saying stuff like "Dont bark like a dog if you cant repay your bill", "You keep talking like an ###". Other than this they call and dont say anything and keep calling without saying a word . When we said there was a death in our house, they said they didnt care and if we didnt pay the bill they would show us who they were.

                                    Sir,
                                    I have already informed you about the theft case, of 30.12.2020 at the above Branch.
                                    In details, what happened (till date, from 30.12.2020) I shall like to inform in short points that :--
                                    • ON 30.12.2020 I DEPOSITED Rs 27000.00 in ATM-CDMA deposit machine at 1.24 pm. in my friends account.
                                    • The machine asked me to add / deposit Rs 200.00 more, which I did.
                                    • Then, a slip came at 1.28 pm-stating “RS 200.00 DEPOSITED, AND NOTE RETAINED –PL. CONTACT THE BRANCH MANAGER FOR CLARIFICATIONS “ [ it was an error], asking me to contact the Branch Manager.
                                    • I waited for another 2 minutes, when the CDMA screen showed me to meet the Branch Manager.
                                    • I went to see the B.M., Mr .Mithun and informed him. He asked me to come after a week.
                                    • Every day, I went and met the bank officials to get back my money. Finally Madame and Mr Mithun said on 14th Jan-2021, they will see camera footage.
                                    • On 22nd Jan-2021, they showed me the footage, where in:- the MACHINE IS BRINGING BACK THE RS 27000.00 DEPOSITED, AND a person standing next to me, on 30.12.20 is taking out the entire cash Rs 27000.00..He deposits an amount in ICICI bank machine and keeps all money in his pocket (which CDMA –machine returns)

                                    AFTER I have left, The Machine should have done new Transaction, but it brings back the old transaction of Rs 27000.00 just after 2 minutes.
                                    1) Its obvious that after receipt of closure of a transaction with written statement (PL. CONTACT THE B.M.), no person will stay back, but shall file a complaint with Bank officials..
                                    2) The ICICI BRANCH IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ME BACK THE DEPOSITED MONEY RS 27000.00 AND RS 200.00, AS its machine problem and its in their premises.

                                      My name is Karan raj singh rajawat and i had qualified the interview and selected for pb-e relationship management at indore business park as assistant manager post and completed all formalities including document verification and joined the bank on 27th january 2020 and kept on going regularly till today 30th january 2020. today i had received a call from hr department and advised to discontinue my service from tomorrow ., , I have appeared in the MBA final year examination 2019 from jiwaji university gwalior, the result of which has been declared and is, I told about this to hr department before and after joining that I will submit the provisional degree certificate after the result, and received several calls from hr department specially from Mr.soumya Shankar sir regarding the same he told me we are keeping you on hold till your result arrives today I received offer letter withdrawal mail from him without justifying about time to submit the documents. My recruitment manager and office managers is not attending my calls and I visited bank many times since one year there was no response security talked with me in a very rude manner always and pass some comments related, as he is new to this organisation and dnt know the culture of icici bank,
                                      Where i put the matter, nobody is supporting me at all and always talked in disrespectful manner,
                                      Thats why i am writing this complain to you sir,
                                      If i will get revert to this complain i will
                                      be very thankful and obliged. also I request never behave like this to new joinee and take action against such employees So that they cant mentally harrse anyone .Please do the needful and also consider it as a complaint to hr department.thanks & regards karan raj Singh rajawat

                                        Gold loan & Jewelry missing

                                        I borrowed a gold loan Rs.4, 50, 000 against jewels ( Loan account :[protected] on 23.10.2018 and i paid full interest on 2019.
                                        The pawned jewelry has been recovered and re-mortgaged without my knowledge (4 times) and my loan was top upped from Rs 4 50 000 to Rs 7, 36, 875 (as on date). I didn't received any amount in my hand for the top upped re-mortgaged jewelry loan. Also i didn't received any notification for that re-mortgaged...
