    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 1st Feb, 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

      I’ve got a transaction message to my mobile so i immediately checked both my imobile and amazon account bt I can’t find any of the proper clarification of deduction and yeah even I didn’t did that too
      Kindly resolve this issue and this is ridiculous as i can see many of the icici banking users facing this issue

        I am using icici bank last for last 7-8 years, last month 826 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/DP charges till Dec-20) on 28/jan/2021, i am not using demat account,
        when icici representative opened demat account, they requested for a cheque for one time charges, but after 7 years of opening this account they are charging huge amount, icici representative told me it is freeof cost and it will never be charged money even i didnt received any message for deduction,

              I want to bring notice that I had icici bank CC which I had to pay but due to corona recession and my financial condition it is not settled. I told them that I want to settle but need some time as to regularise the condition.
              I am getting call from Some Ms Pallavi from Mumbai[protected]. But they are Harrasing me and now they started calling to my office and threatning my colleague.

              Kindly help me to get this call and harrasment stop

                Why I have been charged of Rs. 481? After researching about the statement i see it is due to demat account that i never asked to open they only opened it by default while opening my salary account and then said it is free of cost. I never did any trade with their demat Account. I need my money back.

                  I dont have any demat account with icici bank, without any notice and without any information icici bank deducted amount two time on dated 28 jan 2021 they are deducted 461.33 and 30 jan 2021deducted 364.67, this bank is totally fraud, if you guys are not given back my money i am going to close my icici salary account and credit cards.

                          I have been deducted with 826 rs on 25 th nov under the name of DMC dp charges till Oct 20.

                          I am using icici since 5 years and have never activated the demat account then how I am being charged . When I reached customer care they told that there is demat account on your name. This is highly unporfessional and fraudlent.

                          Please close my demat account and refund my money asap.

                              I paid my October'19 Bill on 2.11.2019 well before the due date on 5.11.2019 from my SB Account with ICICI Bank itself.
                              The amount was credited by the Bank elsewhere and on my complaint corrected it by crediting the Credit Card Account on 13.11.2019. But the system charged Late fee charges on 8.11.2019 (885/-) and Interest (4021/39-) on 28.11.2019 in the next Bill for November'19. On my various request e-mails, I have been being replied that because of the COVID there may be delay in resolving of the matter and now on my contact over phone yesterday icici bank has expressed its inability to do anything because the matter is of more than 6 months old. The refundable amount is 4906/39-(885+4021.39)

                                826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till dec-20) on 28-jan-2021. I have never used my demat account till now.

                                They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                                When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.                                     I am Rakesh Bodduna. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-20) on 28-JAN-2021. Which I did not ask when I was opening account (I don't even know about Demat Account, how to use it and what is it about) but the icici representative stated that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and he convinced me that I can use it in feature. But he isn't told me that it will be charged which...

                                    Money2world transfer india to UK

                                    I initiated a transaction using money2world and received a notification that the transaction is submitted. The website says that the beneficiary will receive the money in 1 working day.

                                    I am the sender and beneficiary in this case, and i did not receive the money even after 3 days. The online status shows money sent.

                                    Why every month from my card auto debit return charges 450 + 80 GST deduct. and I have already paid credit card bill and also enough money in my account. And I never opt auto debit facility in my card.
                                    Every month this charges is too much for me. Please give some solution because already two times money is deduct from my card. this is such a very bed behavior with customer.
