UPI Mandate expired but funds still blocked

Ipo applied : MRS BECTORS
Application method : upi mandate through icici bank
Blocked amount : 108000

Issue: money is not being released by bank which was blocked for ipo mandate request

I have applied for MRS BECTORS ipo and given upi mandate through icici bank. As per the ipo dead lines if the shares are not allocated the money should be released on 5 January 2020 in my case some shares were allocated...

    Hi,

    I am not getting responces from icici for the previous complaints lodged.
    ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Applied the fast tag on Dec -12.. money has debitted from my account 502.

    I got this acknowlegdent of registration,

    Dear Customer, Your ICICI Bank FASTag account No. 23748958 has been activated on 12/12/2020 18:20:08

    I have not received the tag yet and When I try to login or register on site, it says the mobile number is not registered and account is not active.

    Can I get refund

        We have received msg from my ICICI bank AC Txn of INR 99.00 done on Acct XXX*** on 09-JAN-21.Info: VSI*WWW ZEE5 .
        This type of transaction have been done to me two time . first time I ignore, I think Some charges were cut but This type o[censored]nauthorised transaction is being done from my account every month.

              When I withdraw the money from ICICI bank and didn't get notified about the charges from ICICI person and also, didn't get any message till date about the chrage unfortunatly I check the statement and found the charges like

              cashtxnchgs-branch-oct20+gst XXX amount
              cashtxnchgs-branch-sep20+gst XXX amount

              No other bank did these kind of charges, These should be the RBI rules and when it's applied? If RBI rules then why they're not charging. If those all are my money then why should they're charging?

                Refund initiated by Amazon but still not credited in bank account

                I ordered a laptop from Amazon on 21st December 2020 worth Rs.53, 540/- . On 23rd December 2020, my order was returned to Amazon and the refund was initiated from Amazon's end and thus they mentioned that by 24th December 2020 I can expect the whole amount to be credited in my bank account.proof for same has been added as a photograph.                 Hi all

                I am ICICI account holder, my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch- charges for Rs.1700

                When walk-in to the Branch, No proper Response.

                I didn't receive any message or alert from Bank when I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction.

                Hence Closing the account and all my deposit's- moving to another Bank.

                          I had called ICICI customer care for some debit card requests and connect to an agent for it. I called from my bank account registered phone number. The IVR system immediately recognized me and started blabbing me about my account balance and other details.

                          While connecting my call to customer representative, the system first asked me for my 12 digit card no. and later on asked for my PIN; WHICH I TOTALLY AM NOT COMFORTABLE TO SHARE AND DID NOT EITHER. So the system did not connect to the representative.

                          On ICICI website, it is clearly mentioned, never ever share you PIN anywhere. Then HOW COME TELEPHONE IVR ASK ME MY PIN? This was not there earlier. Asking for PIN is totally unethical in my opinion; if not illegal. I know they will say it is totally safe, it goes to some machine and no human interaction; still asking for PIN is not justifiable. They can spell out my bank balance just by recognizing my registered no. but not connect to agent without asking for ATM PIN.

                                A purchase of INR 1, 899.00 has been made using your Debit Card linked to ICICI Bank Account XX653 on 04-Jan-2021 Info: IIN*I-Debit*SI . There was no approval request nor intimation. This is highly unacceptable from a bank where security should be the first priority. Kindly look into it and refund the amount.
