      I have been charged rs. 588.18 including taxes.. The message they sent were unclear.. They didn't tell me they were going to withdraw rs.588.18 from my account. Expression debit card request cancelling options were unavailable..
      I don't need expression debit card as i already have basic debit card..

        I have applied ICICI Credit card & submitted my documents 30-dec-2020. but my card not delivered yet. neither I have received any information by your end. I have not received any SMS or Email regarding the same.
        I am unable to check the status online. neither customer care call centre. how can I know my card status.
        ICICI Representative called me for ICICI credit card. but now she denied to tell me about anything regarding the status of my card, neither pick my calls & replying messages
        there are almost 18 days left. how many days it will take to delivered.

            I have been issued one icici only vimal vaatsalya bond money multiplier
            Bond-private placement series r/bpn/99/1 face value of which rs. 1000/- only issue date : 01.07.1999, redemption date : 01.01.2018 with a tenure of 18 years 6 months bearing bondholder no 0000001, certificate no. 28311 to 28320, 28351 to 28360 & 68490 to 68499
            Assam sales corporation - agent : reliance industries limited (Textile division). No. Of bonds - Thirty and distinctive nos mentiones. After mailing [protected]@icicibank.com they asked me to send the bond along with some documents to
            3i Infotech Limited, International Infotech Park, Tower no 5, 3rd Floor, Vashi Railway Station Complex, Vashi, Navi Mumbai 400 703. I have sent the same to the address and also mailed the postal details of the same in same mail address on 31st December 2020. I received a mail from the same mail address to check status of bond and documents delivery next week and i am mailing for checking the status for the same since 9.1.2021 but there is no revert from you since then and i am worrying whether you have received the same or not. You can check a string of mail from [protected]@rediffmail.com for confirming the status but not a single revert have been received from your side

                  Without my consent, rs. 2500 has been deducted from my account on 31/01/2020 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c.
                  I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
                  This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected] is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.

                    Why does the fast tag have to charge security deposit which is unneccesarily blocking publics money. Just we have to maintain balance and keep on recharging time to time.
                    Please remove the security deposit as soon as possible which pinches a lot for the unneceesary transaction. Also the fast tag issuance fee must not be there . So for applying for a new fast tag card you have to pay rs 500 and we just get 150 as balance.

                      I purchased a second hand car and the first owner (Anurup Gupta, Cust. Id :[protected] of car was using ICICI bank fastag, which was blacklisted. First owner closed his fastag account, but the bank did not removed it from blacklist with NPCI (Govt authority).
                      Unaware of all these, after purchasing this car, I purchased a new ICICI fastag with Customer id : 12534407.I recharged it by 1400/- but find my new tag also blacklisted and without serial number. I placed a request of blacklist removal on 20/12/2020 (complaint no. [protected]).

                      After that I called on call centre of icici bank fastag helpline number 100 times. But these people kept my vehicle DL10CK5779 in blacklist. They closed old account but not removed it from blacklist with ncpi. (Govt authority) therefore reactivation of any new fastag is not possible. I want to activate new tag but unable to do so due to very poor service from ICICI bank.

                      This is the personal vehicle and from 15th feb 2021 it is going to get mandatory for all vehicles otherwise they will charge double. But if icici bank taking so much time to clear it then how can i manage to activate new fastag. Please revert as early as possible.

                        I'm an ex-employee of ICICI Bank emp I'd - 333408 and I want to withdraw my PF but the ICICI Bank Alumni site is not responding from the last few months. I have already checked it in the EPFO site with my UAN no. but there is no data available for my EPFO passbook and the EPFO site told me to check with the employer about the issue. So, I'm here to submit a complaint regarding this issue.

                          Today i found ICICI bank deducted Rs 1899 from my savings account. Upon asking customer care they said the bank had deducted from my account due to my consent to join for some scheme. Further they said that few days ago somebody would have talked to me about this scheme. i asked her to show any evidence of my consent to join any scheme in any written form . Obviously i am had not consented for any scheme by paying some money.

                          Let me explain how they manage to take your money under some pretext.

                          Few days back some one called me and said they are calling from ICICI ( At that stage i even had a doubt whether they are really from ICICI or some fraud, so i wanted to get away as soon as possible) He was speaking at super fast speed talking about some scheme. In between he kept asking me whether it is clear to me. I am so bored and only way i could get away from him is to say " it is clear' At no stage he said that i have to pay Rs 1899, nor i said at any stage that i am willing to join in any scheme,
                          Then few minutes later some one called me and asked whether i had understood . So i said it is clear. That is all .

                          after few days i found today that money is deducted, and citing the above incident as my consent.
                          It is beyond my comprehension where i consented to join any scheme.

                          The customer care agreed to withdraw my name from scheme and they will intimate me in 6 working days. i wonder what would have happened if i had not seen email or saw it after a few days.

                          My complaint is
                          1) ICICI intentionally spoke in such a manner to make the victim to say something .
                          2 they never said explicitely that rs 1899 is the fee for the scheme.

                          3 ) Though i had not agreed to join any scheme, i could have agreed also if the scheme is just a benefit, without any payment from me. And same scheme i could have refused to join if the details of payment is made clear.
                          So the way they treat as my consent is nothing short of cheating the customer. If they are so honest they could have sent an email about the scheme and attach a agreement paper or ask me to transfer the money.

                          4) how any bank can deduct money from ioanyone's account without the real consent either through system or through some paper.
                          I wonder whether it is allowed in the Indian banking law.!

                          5) If the bank is sure that i made the consent then let them show any of the voice recording of their chat with me.

                              My account has been debited by MAB charges many times since SEP20 (3 months). I don't have any mail informing about these MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about the change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong. And i checked the MAB required in my account and it says Rs.0.00
                              This is horrible for me. Request you to look into this on priority & revert my money. As ICICI has no privileges to deduct my money without any intimation.

                              I have emailed to customer care and received reply as below from Icici customer care service:

                              "Your account status has been converted to General Savings Account, as your salary has not been credited into the account for a period of 3 months and more.
                              For General Savings Account the MAB to be maintained is Rs. 10, 000.00."

                              My complaint is:
                              1.Before deducting the money in this case a bank should notify the customer.
                              2. Why bank Converted salary account to savings account without getting approval from the customer?

                              This transaction is done without notifying me and it is uncceptable. I need refund for this.

                              And ICICI lost all the trust and I am feeling like account is not safe as everything is happened without notifying me!

                                I recently applied for Credit Card with ICICI Bank based on their own offer along side Amazon shopping. After due process and document verification, I was denied the card. Upon enquiry, the Bank refised to state the reason for rejection of the application. I wish to clarify the following facts-
                                1. I have never defaulted on any loan
                                2. My savings bank account balance is more than sufficient
                                3. My monthly salary is 1 lac plus ( proof attached)
                                4. I have only 1 loan, i.e. car loan with outstanding of Rs. 17, 000/- only
                                5. I am a salaried individual serving in Government, having salary account with SBI Laitumkhrah Branch since 2008
                                6. I have 18 years of service left
                                7. CIBIL score is 735/900 as on 31/12/2020 ( report attached)

                                Based on the above mentioned facts, I am hereby putting this query to ICICI Bank as to why my application was denied? And to disclose the modus operandi of rejection/ acceptance.

                                  Hi there

                                  I had applied for lifetime icici platinum chip credit card on 02nd January 2021. Executive visited on 5th Jan 2021. The verification officer came and collected all the necessary documents and also showed me on app that I will get lifetime free platinum chip master credit card. I got the message today stating that my card application has been approved and to my wonder I checked under imobile app, it is showing HPCL credit card, which I did not approve. This is not the card i have authorized. I am not able to get any support from their cc number[protected].
                                  Please help me cancelling this HPCL credit card.

                                  Still not resolved, no one contacted nor replied to my email...
                                  please check the attachment for the proof, who authorize them I did not authorize HPCL
                                  Thank you, got resolved (got the promised card) but it is still showing hpcl under imobile app, there's some mistake at the software team or some kind of technical error that need to be rectified.

                                    My account has been detected by ₹999 by saying VSI/AMAZON STAN. I have never done any transaction like this nor I have received any OTP for this transaction. Please help me to resolve this issue. I have attached screenshot of my passbook for your reference. Thanks in advance.
