I would like to draw your attention that amount of rs 199 had debited from my account on 13th January 2021 and the transaction details says VSI AMAZON STAN. neither I have done any transaction related to it nor I have received any otp for it .

    My amount had been debited 590rs twice on 13th jan as saying that NACH_AD_RTN, kindly refund my amount...as its is fraud..

        I didn't requested for any expression card and amount was deducted from my account. I want my amount refund and I don't want any expression debit card.

          I’m facing a lot of issues with ICICI bank. My amount is instantly getting deducted for no reason, when I checked the statement 5-6 times the amount got deducted and showing as POSDEC charges. Kindly stop deducting my amount & I want my money back.

            Hi i Jatin Vashistha applied for home loan online on 2 Nov 2020 on online mode but due to cancellation of deal loan was not required next day .the application online was also not filled properly but the procession fee of Rs 3776 from my wife account was deducted through iciceasypay in between the application process. In this regards when loan is not granted and not required why the bank is keeping procesdion fee till today.plz check the ataachment along with this complain for account details. plz refund my money as soon as it possible

              I had purchased sgbond for ₹49500 on 1.1.21 through ICICI net banking.on 5.1. 21 amount was debited from my sb account with icici bank, Nagerbazar.Tthere was no further communication either from icici or RBI regarding allotment, even I don't know the sgbond no.allotted.except that
              part of sgb allotted as mentioned in payment page, full sgb no. Was not visible there.Contactedd icici Nagerbazar .They expressed their helplessness.I am yet to get the sgb certificate

                Good Afternoon,

                This is Soumya Nath. I have a salary account in ICICI Bank and today i have received a transaction message as "Txn of INR 129.00 done on Acct XX142 on 13-Jan-21. Info: VIN*-GOOGLE Y." and when i checked my balance after this message, i have found that 129.00 has been deducted but i didn't do any transaction today. Hence, i want to request you please solve my issue at the earliest and please refund my money back to my bank account.

                    NEVER SHARE your Card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID, Password or URN with anyone, even if the caller claims to be a bank employee. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorised access to your account.

                            Hi,
                            ICIC bank had debited Rupees/1899 from my account for the CPP plan yesterday for the activation of plan.I was never interested in this plan.I had received a call regarding this one month back, and denied this plan for auto debited, and the caller had cut the call, and considering it as a acceptance.

                            Later I would had called atleast 10 time to customer care of Oneassist, and they said that since the plan is not activated, they cant proceed for the cancelation.They had promised me that once the ammount is debited, full amount will be refunded.

                            After one month, when the money has been debited, when I called cstomer care, they refuse to refund the ammount and further say that they had initiate cancellation and the ammount refunded needs to get confirmation from higher officials.
                            I request the ICICI bank ream, that this is completely not right, and I am disappointed with the services and fraud happening at ICICI .
                            I would like to go to appropriate judiciary if this is not resolved.

                              My account was debited Rs.199 for no apparent reason. The following message was received:

                              Txn of INR 199.00 done on Acct XX045 on 12-Jan-21.Info: VSI*AMAZON ST.Avbl Bal:INR 2, 567.93.Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 045 to [protected]

                              I have not made any transactions today and I do not have any auto renewal subscriptions. I have not received any otp or any transaction intimation.

                              This is the second time the money has deducted from my account. When I contacted ICICI Bank customer service they said it is not their fault.
                              Apparently there are other icici customers with the same issue and this is a common occurrence. I would like to know why it happened and it must be resolved.

                                  I have been trying to login online userid as well as mobile number, which asks for otp sent on my registered mobile number. (I am not receiving any otp after 100's of attempts). In the process my account is also locked now.

                                  I tried to call customer care several time but the call is getting disconnected after waiting for 10 mins and nobody picking up the call for resolution.

                                  There is no way now I can connect with them and have it resolved.

                                      An unauthorised transaction took place on 12th Jan 2021 from my ICICI bank account. I was confused and checked my bank account statement when i got a message that a transaction of 399 INR from VSI/ RAZ lagom has been done and no OTP was asked for it, the amount was just deducted.So I kindly request you to recover it asap

                                      An unauthorised transaction took place on 26th May 2021 from my ICICI bank account. I was confused and checked my bank account statement when i got a message that a transaction of 149 INR from VSI/ RAZ lagom has been done and no OTP was asked for it, the amount was just deducted monthly .So I kindly request you to recover it asap

                                        I haven't received my amount neither in beneficiary bank nor in mine bank account. This is a large imps transaction which should been resolved in precise time but still i am getting mail stating this would take 40 days. what kind of service is this.
