Unauthorised cash withdrawal done from my Sbi bank account through Atm for rs 20000 today morning, when I was in my home town faizabad and withdrawal the amount at lucknow gpo location which is far is approx 120km. I have my Atm card, and withdrawal through my Atm clone by the fraudulent person.

      A transaction of 1899/- has been done from my account. For a period of 30 mins, I was disbarred from logging into my account via any means, weblogin / imobile app.

      I got a system generated email as below at 6.30pm alerting me of the same.

      Kindly see to it as this was not my transaction.

          My fastag has been blacklisted in-spite of me having sufficient balance in the fastag account. i have raised multiple complaints in the ICICI fastag portal and all the complaints are in open status. Nobody is bothered resolve the complaints which i have been raising for more than a year.

          Out of frustration i have even closed the account but my vehicle number is still blacklisted so i am not able to procure any other fastag from other banks.

          THis is really ### CUSTOMER service by ICICI Fastag division.

          Can anyone help me in removing the blacklist of my vehicle from ICICI fastag and i could procure a new one from other banks.

            This is with reference to TID No. 33320338 /Mid no [protected]

            we have requested ICICI Merchant care to deactivate the POS machine and provide us the refund of the deposit. The complaint no is 61886305. The Machine is not used from last 3 months, But the rental on every month is deducted inspite of repeated requested for termination of the machine services. Even the customer care is not bothered to solve the issue but they keep on deducting the rental amount every month.

              An amount deducted from my bank account named NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG
              Ifsc - ICIC0000558

              Rs 590 has been deducted from my account on 22nd Dec against NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ADBLDESK~19DEC20~6fa8e5.

              Let me know the reason behind charging this amount from my account. Kindly refund the amount of the charge if it's invalid to avoid any further escalation of the complaint.

                    Without my consent, rs. 4000 has been deducted from my account on 04/01/2021 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected].
                    I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
                    This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities

                      Amount Rs. 537.68/- has been deducted from my account for DP charges, without any prior notice and also I haven't received any message to my mobile. I tried to raise the request online in ICICI bank site (also tried in imobile app) but not able to complaint my issue.
                      Please refund my money back immediately.

                        I want you to cancel the plan with immediate effect as it has been activated without my notice and every month 100 Rupees is getting deducted from my icici bank salary account. It is a shame that one assist is forcibly deducting the amount every month for the card protection plan without any permission or intimation. It is when we actually see the bank statement we get to see the amount being debited every month under the name of iprugtp-nca-sr[protected]si

                            I transferred Rs 500 through IMPS on 31st December at 1.33 PM from ICICI A/C to PNB bank A/C.

                            Transaction Remark : MMT/IMPS/[protected]/jai babe di/Pounah

                            The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

                            But I got a message that said

                            Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.501.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 31-Dec-2020 13:33:07. Txn status will be updated by Bene Bank in 3 working days.

                              I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs170/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vin/google kso. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal.                                 I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal.                                     My Mom has Savings account in ICICi Bank . She is not used to digital accessing including ATM. though she is using the savings account more than 10 years she didnt had debit card last week only she applied for debit card.

                                    last week she received a call for card protection plan. the representative talked 5 mins but didnt told about any charges or fee. at the end the call my Mom "REFUSED FOR THE SERVICE" . she said she will not use card.

                                    2 days before 1899 Rs deducted from her account. she enquired to the bank but they said they dont know about that. yesterday she received a courier from assist about a card protection plan. she took that receipts went to bank but still they didnt helped her not even supporting to lauch a complaint ?. they pretending that they dont know about any service..?

                                    this is a ORGANISED SCAM and they are targeting innocent and Rural living people.

                                    I am writing this to know what is the feasible way to cancel the policy and get back the money.

                                      I have never activated my demat account nor used till date, but starting from December there has been a deduction in my account with out any prior intimation
                                      First on 29th December, 2020 rs. 92.20 has been deducted, then on 1st January, 2021 an amount of rs. 320.80 has been deducted, and I have no intimation over text or email or by call.
                                      I feel it's fradulent, and seek immediate reversal of this two amount.
