Dear Sir,
Greetings!
I have been charged rupees 588.82 for "Expression Debit" card which I am sure I never applied. The money was debited from my account without my consent or confirmation. There is no option for canceling the above mentioned "Expression Debit" and I am not in need for another debit card since the current one is working fine.
Requesting an urgent assistance in this matter

      I am Preeti Kumari Shashi, I have a saving account in ICICI bank, RS .1899 debited from my ICICI bank account on January 4th 2021. Rs.1899 debited from my ICICI bank account on January 4th 2021 through debit card. Then i have found the transaction message it written that IIN*I-Debit*S. I have just googled this keyword and i have found that lots have the same issue.
      ICICI bank has debited my money without any prior written approval by me.And ICICI bank done this fraud to thousands of the customer.
      Please justify me and also that some strict action on ICIC bank because it is the scam of little money but impacted on the large number of customers.
      Very disappointed from this incident. Kindly resolved this issue withing a week.

        Unauthorised cash withdrawal done from my Sbi bank account through Atm for rs 20000 today morning, when I was in my home town faizabad and withdrawal the amount at lucknow gpo location which is far is approx 120km.             A transaction of 1899/- has been done from my account. For a period of 30 mins, I was disbarred from logging into my account via any means, weblogin / imobile app.

            I got a system generated email as below at 6.30pm alerting me of the same.

            Kindly see to it as this was not my transaction.

            Dear Customer,

            Greetings from ICICI Bank.

            A purchase of INR 1, 899.00 has been made using your Debit Card linked to ICICI Bank Account XX119 on 04-Jan-21. Info: IIN*I-Debit*SI .

            The Available Balance in your account is INR 673.73.

            In case you have not done this transaction, please call on 18002662 or SMS BLOCK 119 to [protected] from your registered mobile number.

            NEVER SHARE your Card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID, Password or URN with anyone, even if the caller claims to be a bank employee. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorised access to your account.

                My fastag has been blacklisted in-spite of me having sufficient balance in the fastag account. i have raised multiple complaints in the ICICI fastag portal and all the complaints are in open status. Nobody is bothered resolve the complaints which i have been raising for more than a year.

                Out of frustration i have even closed the account but my vehicle number is still blacklisted so i am not able to procure any other fastag from other banks.

                THis is really ### CUSTOMER service by ICICI Fastag division.

                Can anyone help me in removing the blacklist of my vehicle from ICICI fastag and i could procure a new one from other banks.

                  This is with reference to TID No. 33320338 /Mid no [protected]

                  we have requested ICICI Merchant care to deactivate the POS machine and provide us the refund of the deposit. The complaint no is 61886305. The Machine is not used from last 3 months, But the rental on every month is deducted inspite of repeated requested for termination of the machine services. Even the customer care is not bothered to solve the issue but they keep on deducting the rental amount every month.

                    An amount deducted from my bank account named NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG
                    Ifsc - ICIC0000558

                    Rs 590 has been deducted from my account on 22nd Dec against NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ADBLDESK~19DEC20~6fa8e5.

                    Let me know the reason behind charging this amount from my account. Kindly refund the amount of the charge if it's invalid to avoid any further escalation of the complaint.

                          Without my consent, rs. 4000 has been deducted from my account on 04/01/2021 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected].
                          I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
                          This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities

                            Amount Rs. 537.68/- has been deducted from my account for DP charges, without any prior notice and also I haven't received any message to my mobile. I tried to raise the request online in ICICI bank site (also tried in imobile app) but not able to complaint my issue.
                            Please refund my money back immediately.

                              I want you to cancel the plan with immediate effect as it has been activated without my notice and every month 100 Rupees is getting deducted from my icici bank salary account. It is a shame that one assist is forcibly deducting the amount every month for the card protection plan without any permission or intimation. It is when we actually see the bank statement we get to see the amount being debited every month under the name of iprugtp-nca-sr[protected]si

                                  I transferred Rs 500 through IMPS on 31st December at 1.33 PM from ICICI A/C to PNB bank A/C.

                                  Transaction Remark : MMT/IMPS/[protected]/jai babe di/Pounah

                                  The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

                                  But I got a message that said

                                  Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.501.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 31-Dec-2020 13:33:07. Txn status will be updated by Bene Bank in 3 working days.

Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal.
