Full and final settlement issue

I have completed my service on 17th november 2020. employee id is 463917. its more than 45 days and i have not received the settlement amount. when checking on alumni site its showing that amount has been credited but there is nothing in my account. when making complain on customer service they just ask me to send mail even after sending mail to payroll team there is no response. how to escalate this thing?...

I have tried to purchase a mobile from Amazon website but transactions failed with the same reason as below;

Dear customer, transaction of inr 45, 999 on credit card xxxx is withheld due to security reasons. Pls call our customer care.

Kindly note that due to covid-19 situation, even i am unable to reach out to customer care.

Kindly help resolve my issue at the earliest as i am unable to make the purchases which are my absolute essentials now.

    Hi
    My ICICI Account got debited 590/- Rs. 40 to 50 times in a single day without any intimation and also did not get any debited messages.

    Even after clearing all my outstanding amount of my loans, it happened. Before clearing outstanding amount, but I was shocked they deducted almost 50, 000/- from my bank account. And We called to customer care but the time is out, But I need my full amount Who will help me now.

    My ICICI Account got debited amount almost 50000/- to day without any intimation and also did not get any debited messages.

      Hi,
      Applied the fast tag on Dec -12.. money has debitted from my account 502.

      I got this acknowlegdent of registration,

      Dear Customer, Your ICICI Bank FASTag account No. 23748958 has been activated on 12/12/2020 18:20:08

      I have not received the tag yet and When I try to login or register on site, it says the mobile number is not registered and account is not active.

      How do I get the update on the fast rag

        I am icici bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs.1399/- from my credit card number ending with 9007 without my concern on date: 31/12/2020 time: 05:31 pm. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership anymore. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount rs.1399/-.

          Hi Team,

          I have transferred 200000 /- rupees through IMPS from ICIC BANK to IDBI Bank at 31st December, 2020 18:17:40
          But, The amount did not credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded to my account.

          But I got a message that said

          Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.200, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 31-Dec-2020 18:17:40. Txn status will be updated by Bene Bank in 3 working days.

              Hello. My registered mobile number with bank is [protected]. I had purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 from Samsung online store using my ICICI AmazonPay Credit Card ending with 8003 on 28.09.2020 for Rs.13, 999. There was a flat Rs. 3000 cashback offer on my purchase and it was stated in the terms and conditions that the cashback would be credited within 90 days from the date of transaction. It has been more than 90 days but I haven't received any cashback.

                Hello. My registered mobile number with bank is [protected].                   With out any notice icici bank deduct around 15000 within 3 months. All charges are ECSRTNCHGS. Several time they just deduct without no reasons or any justification but this time i notice and i caught this deduction. I want my hardwork money back. That is happened in every month constantly and every time i just avoid cause i thought it was any of my loan deductions but this time i notice and found. I want proper justification in each single rupees and want my money back.

                    Amount Rs. 826/- has been deducted from my account for DP charges, without any prior notice and also I haven't received any message to my mobile. I tried to raise the request online in ICICI bank site (also tried in imobile app) but not able to complaint my issue.
                    Please refund my money back immediately or let me know the reason for deduction.

                      Hi,

                      On 29/Dec/20, 826 rupees were deducted from my bank account for DP CHGS Till NOV-20 even though I never used ICICI Demat account and while opening the bank account I didn't ask for a Demat account but they automatically opened the account. I need a refund and also please close this Demat account.

                          i have been charged wrong brokerage and misguided with your sales
                          executive while opening my demat account.

                          kindly check and why you charged me hige brokerage on my trade which
                          it was taken on 24 dec. is it justify on total value on not more than
                          17000 rs tarde i have been charge more than 7500 rs.FOR BROKRAGE instead on 20 per
                          lot you guys charged me 95 rs. which is absolutely wrong .
                          at the time of account openning your sales ecutive clearly told me in
                          FNO Segment we are offering to you only flat brokarge of rs.20rs. now
                          am shocked i ahve been charged high kndly revert my money or i will
                          suit you crimanal case against bank and icici securities. also now
                          i am going spred this on social media with contact note how i have
                          been cheated with icici securities please revert me with my money.

                          Yes any body can see this the prime plan for which icici is charging rs. 2999/- ( one time) where stock options charges are shown as rs.20 per order, however they are charging brokerage of rs. 95 per order excluding any taxes and duties. There is no one to explain this as i can see the complaint is unattended even after 2 months.

                              I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile.

                                I'm not a prime user, I did not make any purchase and I did not receive any OTP. Rs.129 has been debited from my account saying ( VSI / AMAZON STAN ). This is not normal and, this didn't make me feel comfortable. Please explain me how this happened.

                                  I just received a message that One Assist wallet assist privilege plan rs 1899 will be charged against the plan on your icici bank credit/debit card.
                                  I want to cancel oneassist wallet assist privilege plan as I had never activated it. Even the first charge should not have been made.

                                  On calling the helpline number, I am getting redirecting to different numbers each time.

                                    I(Customer) recently signed up for Amazon Pay Credit Card with ICICI Bank on Nov 30 2020 via Amazon.com. The card got approved instantly and I continued purchasing the item worth Rs 52, 500 online using the virtual copy of Credit Card. Billing cycle of the Credit card purchased and Activated on November 30 2020ended on December 4th!! Card Delivered to Customer on December 06 2020. How is the billing cycle determined and why I(Customer) only got 4 days of billing cycle (Nov 30 to Dec 04) from the date of Activation of Card (Nov 30) when the billing cycle typically is around 30 days?? Could it not have been assigned to a longer duration billing cycle ??? I (customer) got very less time to make the Payment prior to the Due date(Dec 22). As a result Late payment fees, GST and Interest charges are levied on the Credit card even though FULL payment is done within 28 days of purchasing the Credit Card !!
