I have fast tag account with id 11551278 vehicle no TN22CM3364 and ICICI Bank Account number:[protected]
I tried to recharge the fastag on 16th Nov 2020 with an amount 1600/- in 4 transactions as shown below
1. 500 (BIL/[protected]/FASTAG IMOBILE/)
2. 500 (BIL/[protected]/FASTAG IMOBILE/)
3. 500 (BIL/[protected]/FASTAG IMOBILE/)
4. 100 (BIL/[protected]/FASTAG IMOBILE/)
A message was sent to me by bank that above mention amount was debited from my bank account, and credited to above said fastag account, but my fastag was not recharged. But after passing more than 2 weeks, the amount is still not credited to my fastag account or reversed back to my linked Icici bank account.
Please refund the money or else reverse the transaction back to my bank account
