I was under a impression that icici cares for customers, but this is not justifiable.

I created my demat account using angel broking and that has to do nothing with icici right? So why I'm I being charged for this.

Without any notice, u have debited my account and there is no proper reason for this I need my refund.
757.17 rs DMC till Oct 2020.
If I haven't opened the account through icici why are u guys charging me anyway.

Please initiate my refund.

    Hi,

    I am Sonia Verma.

    I have an account with ICICI BANK.

    There is an amount deduction of rs. 826 has been made by the bank saying DMC/IN[protected]/DP CHGS TILL OCT.

    I don't have any demat account with ICICI bank then how can uh deduct DP CHGS

    I need my money back. 😡😡😡 This mistake was not expected from ICICI

      Received Message from ICICI BANK:
      First Message -
      Dear Customer, We have received your Mortgage Loan Application ID 77156332. To track application status click www.icicibank.com/TrackMyLoan
      The second Message - Have the OTP from the bank.

      The concern is that I don't have an account with the ICICI bank and nor I have ever applied for any Mortage loan. Could you please look into this issue. All the messages I am getting on my mobile. Could you please look into this.

            I am Pooja Sinha. Please note that INR 619.50 have been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL OCT-20 on 25/11/2020.
            I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. This is totally an unacceptable and unethical behavior from ICICI. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can lose the trust.

            Kindly refund my money at earliest. I need justice and my money back immediately.

            It has been around a month and the issue has not been resolved by the ICICI bank, I am being harassed by the Bank. They keep asking for various things like email registration etc. even after doing it multiple times. I have sent them the demat closure form along with required annexures but again they are trying to walk away with it and not closing my account after multiple attempts.

                    Anonymous Credit from ICICI Bank RAROG ILOANS

                    Hello,

                    Today in my SBI Account i received Rs. 46 from NEFT*ICIC0000186*CMS[protected]*ICICI BANK RAROG*ILOANS

                    I have not taken any loans but not sure why this credit happen

                    Is there any fraud of Loans?

                        I am a salary account holder of ICICI bank for more than 2 years . When I went to take money from the ATM, my money in account was less from the previous days balance. I was thinking why I was having such deduction and I checked my mail and phone whether I received any notification. But I didn’t. Then I went to my personal banking website and checked for the reason. Then I saw a charge of 500 rupees in the name of SMAB Chgs-May15+Stax 55.00.                                 I have been charged for 590 rs from my bank account by the bank for "non char_ad_rtn_chrg_tpslsip" on date 23.11.2020 due to non maintenance of funds for auto debit for mutual fund.

                                However, despite of payment of installment through my credit card on 06.11.2020 I was being penalized for not paying the insurance amount to the mutual fund (this was happened as result of non-maintenance of funds in my account). I was not being informed anytime before charged also I did not anticipate this because I had already paid my due amount the way I have been from the past 5 years.

                                I here by request you to see this issue holistically and do the needful to provide the charge reversal.

                                  I have a savings account with ICICI bank Gwyn road Aminabad branch since last 4 year. I have never applied for any credit card and any kind of Policy however, i am receiving credit card statement alert SMS "Total amount of 5555.25 and minimum amount 1980 is due by 9-Nov-2020" and also Rs 1899 is getting deducted from my saving account on the name of some policy which i never applied.
                                  I have complaint it to branch official and written to [protected]@icicibank.com several times but never received any response. I never signed any paper or ask customer care for credit card or Policy.
                                  Please assist me regarding this and refund all deducted money to my account also cancel the credit card and its due amount as i never used and applied any credit card.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I am not able to perform online transactions with my debit card.Every time I try to perform I get the following error message:

                                    For security reasons your MasterCard® SecureCode™ purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card has been blocked for online transactions at MasterCard SecureCode merchants.

                                    To Unblock your card/login, please contact ICICI Bank Customer Care.

                                    I tried unblocking the card with the services provided by ICICI Bank but they are saying that the card has not been blocked.

                                    Please let me know what steps I should follow to enable online transactions for my debit card.
