Dear Sir/Mam,
Its highly impossible to work and maintain an account in your bank. Neither the manager here is working properly. Neither he knows the process of work, he just come to ask for funding in quarter end nothing else.
I already closed 4 accounts due to this reason, and will be closing rest all current and saving account from this bank. Due to reason of worst service.

I was assured by ICICI BANK personnel Shubhadeep who is working with you Guwahati Branch, that I can convert my complete outstanding amount of credit card to EMI now when I am trying to get the same done no one is really helping me out in the same regards.

I tried to contact and connect with the team multiple times but no one helped me here.

Daily 6-7 time money is been deducted as I am not doing any debited card transaction
Because the money I keep in my account .it is been deducting as posdec charge .so why this deduction is been cause daily as am not using my debit card as well account also am not using because of posdec charges .
Please resolve this and stop deduction and reverse the amount....

Had made a transaction on Oct 8, 2020. I immediately made a void sale transaction but the refund has not been credited back to my account.
Please find attached the receipts for this. The Hospital at which I made the transaction also provided a settlement confirmation screen shot. Therefore ICICI BANK needs to credit this back to my account. Why do you have a Void Sale feature if it doesn't work? To cheat the customers?...

I have transferred an amount of 25000/- but it is not transferred to the beneficiary account and error observed "Timed out at Beneficiary Bank".
Please look into this issue so that we can get the amount asap.

I opened an saving account through icici online website. However no communication and confirmation received to me with account number. When i cheeck status of my application it says “your account has been captured and bank will get back to you within 4 days. It has been more than a week and no calls have been received.

Also i cannot reach any customer care executive anyhow....

I am using my icici credit card for 4years and i have paid my credit card emi on time every month. But I couldn't make the payment for the pending 2 emi in the month of June and July 2020 since the card details have been removed automatically from my imobile app and also I didn't have the physical card with me. But the icici bank added the charges continuously and now the due is equal to 4 months EMI. I have called he customer care continously...

I've received an email on 12/10/2020, regarding 1899 inr deducted from my account using my debit card with remarks like " IIN/I-DEBIT/SI-ONEAST " on 12/10/2020. I've not made this transaction neither I've authorized this transaction not I am aware of this matter.

Hi Team,
My Demand Draft prepared on 4th March 2020 which is not deposited and its expired.
Now I dont have that DD/misplaced/lost DD.And I wants to cancel the DD and transfer the amount back to my saving account from where drawn the DD....

I've been charged Rs: 826/- stating DMC charges for the period of 01/08/2020 - 31/08/2020. I never used ICICI Demat Account. No notification or any SMS was sent to the registered mobile number. This is completely unacceptable...

I am repeatedly getting calls from ICICI bank credit card department, they are using profanity and abusive language on the calls even though with my wife as well, however i am already a existing user of ICICI and currently using debit and multiple credit cards from almost more than 10 years now, really shocking to get this call and reactions of that person, i need complete investigation on the same about that person else will file a case...
