RS 688.00 has been deducted from my account, as dmc/ dp chgs till Sep-20, on 27-Oct-2020. I did not get any message regarding this deduction ! Proper explanation is expected on this.
FYI I do not have any demat account in ICICI Bank.
We trust ICICI Bank and so we maintain our accounts, but deduction of amount from customer account without customer notice is not good. I can see n number of same complaints from ICICI Bank customer. Proper explanation is expected on this
