Hi

I have been unnecessarily charged Rs590 as ECS Return Charge even though i was having sufficient balance to pay the EMI. I want my money back and this is not totally unacceptable

Call me on my South Africa Number as my registered mobile number is on international roaming

    Hi

    I do not understand why ECS Charges has been deducted from my account on 16th of Sep for Rs590 even though i was having sufficient balance to pay out the EMI for Loan from Central Bank of India which is due on every 17th of the Month

    This is totally unacceptable and i want the money to be reverted back. I am available on my Capetown number only

    ICICI Bank deducted amount of 11 multiples of Rs.590/- on 16th-June-2022, total of Rs.6490/-
    Customer care is saying that LIC has tried to deduct amount those many time(which ICICI Bank is calling as hits). So those many times they have deducted Rs.590/- from my account and no intimation was given. Even for Rs.10/- deduction from my account, I will get notification. But for this Rs.590/- deductions, ICICI Bank suppressed notifications. I don't understand this logic and their intention.

    Someone is trying those many hits, and ICICI Bank is deducting those many Rs.590/-. This is totally not acceptable. When I asked Customer care about this, they are saying that, they cannot reverse it as this is correct.
    For me this looks very bad and I lost Rs.6490/- which is very painful even after holding ICICI Bank savings account for the past 14 years.

    I said Customer care that, I am not feeling happy to hold ICICI Bank saving account. Then they replied "We respect your decision Sir". I was totally shocked that they don't respect valuable customer and they don't care if I close saving account with them.

      For my icici bank a/c number[protected] there was a DEMAT account open without my permission and there was some amount deducted twice (25th sep ---₹169 and 30th sep---659). Please help me to get my refund.

        ICICI BANK - Complaint about CashTxnChgs-Branch-Aug 20 GST

        Hi,

        I am icici account holder, Spetember'20 month my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Aug20+GST" charges for 4 times,

        16 Sep'20 - rs 161.88
        17 Sep'20 - rs 0.02
        25 Sep'20 - rs 5.00
        30 Sep'20 - rs 541.08

        Total - rs 707.98

        I didn't receive any message or alert from you when I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed...

        Let me know why you charging this amount from my account. What this is charge this is a pandamic situation and your doing this with my money
        .
        Kindly refund my money otherwise i will file a compliant in consumer forum.

        Hello,

        This complaint is regarding the order purchased using the debit emi option from ICICI bank. the product the was cancelled and the ICICI bank also received their money back but the debit emi was not cancelled.

        1.When contacted the DEBIT card emi process there said that the request has been raised but the emi was not cancelled when asked about the update non of the icici customer support provided any details also the request was raised with the request no :sr[protected].
        2. The customer support claimed that it is been raised and the cancellation is done where as still i receive mails stating about the pending amount which is already cancelled and now they had destroyed my hard maintained credit score with 100 points decreased.

        Even after complaining the ICICI customer care has not responded to anything and now i receive this message and they are destroying the cibil due to their negligence. "Dear Customer, Rs 4, 754.19 is due on Debit Card EMI Account XX8008. Amount will be debited from your account on or before 04-OCT-20."

          Sir i not able to use any service of pay later... Actually sir my pay later account limit is 20000 inr but i paid extra 2340 inr (After this payment i'm not able to use any service of pay later.. Recharge, electricity) now to amount in my pay later is 22340... Please sir/mam solve the problem as soon as possible...

          Hi,

          This is meera from vellore. Am using my icici credit card more than a year and am paying my bills properly and maintaining my credit score well. 3 months before am applying for amazon pay creditcard and i thought that it's upgrading that means old card is no longer in use.

          I am paying bills every months correctly. I crosschecked recently in my card the late payment amount i. E., ₹500 deducted in my card for the min due ₹120 rs. It's too worst that for amount ₹120, ₹500 is deducted...
          And another problem is am maintaining the card properly to get good credit score but this made the score affected. I don't know that i have two credit cards with separate same amounts. I just notified as new upgrading card.

          Please resolve it asap both the deducted amount and my credit score as well.

          My old card which is in active state ends with 0003 and my new icici card ends with7003.

                  I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 29th Sept 2029. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                    I am an a/c holder of icici bank for the last 2 years and they charged me ₹942.82 under this category dcardfee0840sep20-aug21+gst.
                    I am not aware of what type of charges are these.
                    They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by sms.
                    Who has given the right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us?

                    There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

                      I'm Megha holding icici savings account for past 3 years.

                      Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.

                        Why my amount was deducted under the following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only the loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
                        I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

                          Fastag issues

                          I have made a recharge of 10000 rs to icici fast tag account on 3/18/2020 and amount got debited from icici account and not credited back to fast tag account. I have raised many complaints and after 4 months the amount was credited back to icici fast tag wallet. Now i am following to transfer my money to account from 2 month they asked to submit kyc for one wallet enabling and i did the same on 8/31/2020. Til date the account is not activated....

                            Hi myself jaya, i have been with icici bank since 2018. Each year 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/in dp chgs till dec 2019 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                              Bought 50 no cipla on 15/09/2020, it is not appearing on my demat account no. [protected] but appearing in trade book and portfolio. Related settlement no 2020178.

                              I had talked several times with phone banking officer and also written so many times, but till date no result.
