    I have been charged for expression debit card which i have not requested. They will charge me rs. 588.18 including taxes..As my account had only 11 Rupees they deducted that. This is my salary account and if they deduct again the remaining account in next month then that will be a problem.The message they sent were unclear.. They didn't tell me they were going to withdraw rs.588.18 from my account. Expression debit card request cancelling options were unavailable..
    I don't need expression debit card as i already have basic debit card..
    Please help me getting my money back and cancel that card.

      I have been customer of bank from more than 12years and now they are asking for my KYC UPDATION, they were given a to-pup message regarding same and provided skip option to continue to transact and with the same skip option i have been using my banking services, but from past 3 days the bank is not allowing to use my bank account, they blocked my internet banking services and asking me to visit branch for updation of KYC without any proper reason, if asked for reason they are saying periodically we need to uppdate details,

          I am the a/c holder of icici bank for the last 3 years,
          Now they have charged Rs. 487 and Rs. 172 under this category DCardfee2217SEP20-AUG21+GST
          I am not aware of what type of charges are these. They never informed me regarding these charges.

            Its being very difficult to find the solution for my issue as chasing since 24.09.2020.

            I had made payment to one of your business partner (screenshot attached) through PAYTM (screen shot attached) for which the said party is denying that payment has not yet been received to them.

            I had take confirmation from PAYTM (SCREEN SHOT ATTACHED) and even from my bank. But still they are saying payment is not received to them. They are just saying that issue is raised to IMS team and IMS team is not responding.

            Is this the way we are following the process? That a single transaction is unable to identify as I have given all confirmations from my end. Still the merchant is denying for the receipt of payment.

              Hi,

              I have taken few items via snapmint and the EMI is on 3rd Of every month. I have 2 EMI's which is 1127 & 1172 each. I have deposited around 2500 in my account. However the next day I received a message from Snapmint that the EMI is not paid upon checking I saw negative 24k balance in my account and ECS was deducted 7 times. 478, 590, 690, 272, 590, 300 & 346. The negative balance is showing for ICIC paylater which I had already paid couple of days ago. It is showing no dues pending in my Paylater account however negative balance is reflecting. Please help in resolving as I have lost so much money.

                Sir,
                In my last ICICI Bank Credit Card statement you have levied fine and taxes to Rs. 590/- for delay payment. Because of frequent network problem in my locality and other errors in, I could not deposit CC dues in time but, in very next moment after restoration of network I have deposited the Credit card dues. I m a sincere customer and such type of incidence I have never made in back. By levy such a big amount as fine it will be pressure on me. But in my ICICI account sufficient funds were available to debit from my account and credit into CC Account. So please reimburse the late fine dues and taxes. I ensure ICICI Bank such type cases will not be occurred further.

                  I made a UPI payment from by Paytm payment bank account to icici bank account and following is the msg I obtained

                  I am using amazon pay icici credit card, statement was generated on[protected], the earned reward points on month on month transfered to amazon pay balance within 2days after billing cycle done. but sep-2020 it does not transfered .i called to customer care to enquire,

                  [protected] he says 7 working days,
                  [protected] he says 10 days to reflect your amazon pay account, because your reward points 100% it has on Hold. please wait for 10days.
                  this is the customer support,
                  who one nothing help of correct reason. some one you have many transactions on amazon so that's way holded. and wait for more than 7days,

                      An unauthorised transaction took place on 03 October 2020 from my ICICI bank account. I was shocked when i got this message that a transaction of 399 INR from VSI/ RAZ lagom L has been done from my bank account, as no OTP was asked for it, the amount was just deducted.
                      Look into this on urgent basis.

                            I was charged 590 against ECS charges and I wasn't even intimated about this via SMS. I'm not really sure why this is happening and why the amount is deducted. I contacted ICICI customer support but there isn't any reply from them. Can someone please look into this

                                  I don't need expression debit card as I already have basic debit card..
                                  Please help in canceling this request SR[protected] fir ICICI bank account[protected].

                                  I was wrongly told by bank staff that my existing Debit card is going to expire soon and no additional charges will be applied for this. Now I have received a message as "Fee towards Expressions Debit Card will be debited from Account XX387 within 12 hrs. Please keep sufficient balance in your account." Feeling Cheated.

                                    Dear Team

                                    Home Loan No : LBMUM[protected]
                                    New Topup Application No.: [protected]
                                    Loan Amount Applied : 52 lac

                                    Last month, I had applied for Topup loan on my existing Home Loan Account on 7th Sept. 2020. I submitted the required documents and the Bank assigned Valuerer visited my residence on 12th of Sept. 2020 for just 10 minutes to take out the Valuation of my residence on which the Home Loan is already in existence so as to accordingly Approve my Topup Loan Application.

                                    I received a call from the Credit Department also to discuss the same in next two days time. An amount of INR 5000/- vide cheque no.437981 (drawn on IndusInd Bank) was also cleared on 18th Sept 2020 from my account as a fee towards the proceeding of the loan. But thereafter till date I received no update absolutely "NO RESPONSE" from the Bank staff Mr Amod Sharma (whom I had submitted my Application) nor from Mr Sandeep Upadhyay (id 309260) who is noted as a RM of my Loan Application

                                    I called Mr Sandeep Upadhyay who was absolutely NIL on the subject nor did he call me back with any updates. I followed up with Mr Amod on calls as well as I visited the Kalanagar Branch who said would come back with a response which he has not till date. I patiently waited for the Bank to do their job within their TAT period for the Request but now it is over 20 days with the Bank just sitting NIL over my request.

                                    I paid an amount of INR 5000/- which has no value it seems. I got absolutely no service from the Bank, no Valuation Report, no update on the Loan Application, no CIBIL update and no Response to my request. Very sad service seen from the Bank side for the first time. I feel cheated for INR 5000/-.

                                    Request you to pay back my amount of INR 5000/- with interest. You cannot simply take customers for granted like this. You either accept my Request or reject the same. But a clear communication regarding the same with due respect to the customer's feelings and need should be there as Customer Service. My need for the amount has also vanished. What is the use of putting the request if you are not going to meet the customer need in time. Check my previous loan history, i have been regular in my payments.

                                    Only request now return my money back as no service is given.
