Address: No idea

As per the cibil report credit card no [protected].
Balance is showing as 0.
But card is not closed yet
As i contacted to the bank - and submitted the closer form and also
Called to customer care - they told me they could not be able to find these account number or card number.
But cibil is having an negative impact on me
Please kindly help us.. From my end i tried several times but unable to resolve this issue

    I am an ICICI Bank customer.Yesterday, Rs. 233 got deducted from my account.

    Amount: 233.17
    Transaction description: ECSRTNCHGS051020_SR[protected]

    No SMS/Email received for above transaction without my knowledge on same.

    Requesting for above refund.

    Hi,

    Not received any communication from anyone from Bank, still unresolved, In fact got another 3 incidents where similar amounts got deducted.

    12 Oct - 351 Rs.
    31 Oct - 5 Rs.
    6 Feb - 114 Rs.

    PFA all 3 passbook proofs.
    Kindly initiate refund for all 3 incidents.

        Thrice the debited is done from my account in favour of funding iwish " 30K on 29 Oct 2018, 24K on 7 Nov, 2018, and 13K on 26 March 2019, I never funded any such things. Don't understand what wrong with icici Bank. Please look into the matter.

            Dear concern

            I am very sorry to say that i am being exploited of being going through the bad financial situation. Called many times the customer care number but all of your executives just don't want to help the customer. I am going to raise the same concern in the consumer court and the social media. Also will never allow any of my known to have an account in icici bank as you guys don't care about the customer. You simply find many ways to deduct the amount from my account. Also i am going to be an npa to you. Do whatever you can do.

            1. I paid 105000 into my loan account but my emi is still same, same is neither being reflected on the portal anywhere, i called the customer care but got no solution rather call was deferred.

            2. So many deductions from my account i don't even know the meaning for the same.

            3. So many penalties were charged after being aware about the current covid situation

              Sir,

              I have personal loan no. Lbmys[protected]. I want yearly statement of loan account for[protected] year.
              Please send the it certificate for the year[protected] to my e-mail id - [protected]@gmail.com

              I have requested so many time without any updates request is being closed. There is no response from any one when called to customer care number or if i send mail also no response.

              Please provide proper customer care number and email id who will response.
              Whether you are providing service to customer or not.
              I am trying to call customer care number from four months no one is responding.
              If i visit the branch they will say there is technical issue or server is slow. I have visited four times in branch

                Hello, without my knowledge the amount of rs. 590 was deducted. It doesn't happen earlier. I did not get any message nor alert on my phone number.
                Ecsrtnchgs051020_sr[protected] this was the code i saw. They are stealing money.

                  I received the below sms today -
                  Dear customer, we have registered request for renewal of policy wa privilege single rs. 1899 for oneassist. Your request no. Sr[protected] dated 08-oct-20 will be completed in 1 wkg day.

                  They didn't even ask for such policy. Without my permission they activated this policy and deducted the amount. I want my money back as soon as possible.

Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 8th october, 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this.                                     Hi Team,

                                    I have seen some unusual transaction in my account[protected] I think icici bank is intentionally putting penalty on my account. I had maintained the balance of iprupolicy but they intentionally charged the debit card fee empty my account and then put penalty over my policy. P.S attached is the screenshot of the transaction. Three times they have charge for a policy of 94 rs once 244rs again 590 rs

                                    I want my refund.

                                        I am trying to transfer some of amount to my colleague bu unfortunately i didn't get any otp from bank, then i am not able to reach branch then i send brother for enquiries, the branch executive saying there is no more issue with it and the issue happening because of net work provider (I am in abroad), so i am getting the otp from other 2 indian bank the same time.
