I have never asked or used any of the demat account from icici bank. Rd 826 deducted from my bank account without any notice neither i received any message after the deduction. Feels like a fraud, need my money back immediately back in my account.
When tried reaching to customer care, they ask to connect to demat services and when procedding there, they ask on the ivr for the demat account number. How can i have a demat account number when i haven't applied for it?
