I have couple of loans (Housing and top-ups) at icici bank and going through very tough time now while dealing with them with regards to moratorium. As per my understanding march to may was first phase of moratorium announced by rbi and once again extended for three months (June-aug). Bank introduces online application for applying for moratorium each month (June-aug) and 1st phase was by default as there was no online mechanism.
Starting april (5thapril-10th april emi dues) there has been emi bounce charges levied and no reversal of that.in june-july-aug as per instruction i applied online and got the acknowledgment however emi was bounce month on month. I only assumed that bank will make necessary corrections and i keep sending mails to customer care regarding the issues.
Aug was really shocking month for me as ‘bank recovery agents’ comes to my house to collect emis without any calls and appointments. I did write to sr. Management team regarding such unethical act however did not get any proper solution.
Once again today; 22nd sept recovery guy comes to my house asking for payment.
What kind of moratorium was offered?? Is it for people who suffered job loss or salary deduction or for harassing people?
I need proper advice on ‘whom to approach’ and ‘how do i get refund of bounce charges’ and ensuring there is no cibil impact due to bank mess-ups.

    ipo mandate amount blocked but not released

    Ipo applied : happiest minds
    Application method : upi mandate through icici bank
    Blocked amount : 14960

    Issue: money is not being released by bank which was blocked for ipo mandate request

    I have applied for happiest minds ipo and given upi mandate through icici bank. As per the ipo dead lines if the shares are not allocated the money should be released on 15th of september in my case the shares...

    Dear sir,
    I have icici bank account visa debit card. I go to punjab national bank's obc atm and widraw 10000 rs and transportation successful but in second one transaction is rs. Of 9500 is not despens the cash but money deducted from my account and message comes on my mobile phone.
    I go to punjab national bank's manager and tell them full detail about transaction failure or money deducted from my account he said your money reverse in 24 hour but my money is not refunded till now.
    So please help me and reverse my money.

      590 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg~ingenot~09sep20~d386982 without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.
      What is this transaction purpose?

        I am fully disappointed with this bank.
        Bank manager is making us upset to operate account.

        After making several requests to bank manager to apply miller card, he makes fool o[censored]s and every time he says it's applied. But he applied it by today.

          Within 15 days about 1190 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg~tpsl~31jul20~845326f without any notification.             Without any notification from the icici bank, i have been charged 590 + 110 rupees charged without my knowledge. This happened not just once, but twice.

            I was keeping the amount for emergency purpose and that too it was borrowed money.

            Reverse the payment to my account like the way it was debited from my bank account.

              I hold my icici bank account in surat athwalines branch. I use irctc website to book my railway tickets. I booked 4 tickets in this month, 2 on 10th september, 1 on 13th september and 1 on 14th september. Icici bank levied additional surcharge as following.

              16/09/2020 surcharge dt:14/09/20 mcc 4112 dr. 65.70
              15/09/2020 surcharge dt:13/09/20 mcc 4112 dr. 64.27
              14/09/2020 surcharge dt:10/09/20 mcc 4112 dr. 40.69
              14/09/2020 surcharge dt:10/09/20 mcc 4112 dr. 4.53

              I have been using irctc for booking my online tickets for a few years now, but this is for the first time any such surcharge is levied. Please refund my money. Thanks!

                I have submitted my eps withdrawal form with employee id 277799 on 31st august 2020, by sending form by post. Now its been more than 20 days, i haven't received any amount and any information about status of my claim. I have checked the official website of epfo, all my details have been updated expect my doj of eps which is not enabling me to claim online also. Kindly update doj eps or proceed my claim form from your side.

                      Himani this side, this complaint is in regards redemption of my mutual funds i opened my icici direct account in jan so that after transfer my mutual funds from karvy, i can redeem my funds through this icici direct easily but that doesn’t happened, infact so many times i visited to nearest branch to ask the process of redemption but there no one knows about this and no one give response on that, i called icici toll service number and email them so many times but they did not give any response, this is worst services given by icici direct that i have never ever seen in my life now. Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis.

                        I closed the nre/nro account a year back and the balance which i had in that account is still pending to be received from icici.
                        Firstly i got the dd in a wrong name, it's not my fault the person who opens the account, opened in a wrong name, all my correspondence always came to the incorrect name, not sure how the name in backend system is different.
                        Second issue: the amount given to me is wrong and less. Instead of refunding 103468 however, i have been issued a cheque of only 333, what happened to balance?.

                            On behalf of the icici account holder dr. Lalit rathod, i would like to inform you that 12, 500 inr was debited from mr. Kunal rathod's (Mine) account (Syndicate bank account) on 1st september 2020, 11:16 pm. But, the same amount has not been deposited in the latter's account (Dr. Lalit rathod's). So, please initiate this as soon as possible.
                            I have confirmed the same transaction with the syndicate bank customer care and is showing success. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                              Respected madam/sir,
                              I have been a customer of icici bank for the past 15years and hold the credit card as well. my account number is[protected] and credit card ending four digits 5241 xxxx xxxx 5008 i have had certain delinquencies in my credit card for the past few months and i am paying the same as much as possible.

                              I have received a call from your agent mr. Trilok singh tomar ([protected]) as recovery agent and threatened me of abuse and threats from other recovery agents if i do not settle as per their condition.

                              Such action from the bank side hurt me a lot, ouraised my dignity and respect and also adversely impacted my morale despite the fact that everyone is impacted due to covid.

                              Threatening to customers for recovery, abuse and hurt of any kind is violation of rbi guidelines and also a crime as per indian penal code.

                              I am sending this notice to icici bank as legal notice to enquire the matter and take necessary action and if the bank fails to do so, i will approach the court of law for restoration of my rights.

                                  Icici bank forcefully opens a demat account while opening salary account / savings account. Yearly they collect amc without even the knowledge of the customers, what is worse is these cheat sick bank people deduct amount as "depository charges" as if they pay the depository (Say cdsl) this amount.. No!!! They keep it for themselves but collect it in the name of depository so that people unknown with the subject will accept this misinformation.. This is huge dirty scam run by the cheap bank.

                                  Please be careful.. Never open securities account with icici bank under any circumstances.. They will simply get few additional sign from you, during savings account opening and your hard earned money will be looted simply like that without your knowledge.. Never trust icici bank...!!!
