Hi,

This is anushree.

From my icici account rs 826 has been deducted without any notice or any update on my mobile number linked with that acount because of which as i was not aware of even my loan amount payment got bounce and my credit score will also be affected because of the bounce.

I was checking on google and can see these are demat account charges... I have never used demat account in icici. May i know what steps need to be followed to get my amount back.

      My account has debited Rs.1899/- without any intimation and any request made by myself.
      I came to know they deducted for Debit card protection (with Oneassist) for annual premium. Which is ridicules. Who needed? How they can do themselves. its against the policy of RBI which they debited without my concern/my knowledge. I don't know how many innocent people may affect these type of fraud. Please be aware.

        Sir,
        On September 4th 2020, I made transaction of 5000 rupees from my account but transaction got failed/timed out at payee end(NPS) and amount got debited from my account-

        I want transaction to be reversed/amount to be credited into my account as soon as possible else I will approach consumer court.

          Debit card charges Twice

          Debit card charge 29 July deduct and after one month 31Auguest again deduct .I registere a complain icici customer care and told wait for 3days for cancellation debit card . But till now debit card not cancel and refund not added my account .plz help...

          I am writing this after a great frustration. I have charged every month (for the last 4 months and every year) for trading/Demat account so-called maintenance charges. I have already closed my Trading account (Closure received on email from ICICI Securities).

          I have already communicated to [protected]@nse.co.in, But they responded back to contact to ICICI Securities, to whom i have been writing since Oct 2019.
          I have visited the ICICI Branch Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. to close my Demat Account. But they said I have 1 holding in my account and because that share is UNLISTED since 2016, So ICICI cant help me with this. I can neither transfer them nor dematerialized them (Rematerialisation Request given on 18 Mar 2020, but still no response).
          I am unable to login into icicidirect.com with Demat credentials, also tried to reset password but not luck.


          Because o[censored]nnecessary charges deducted every year, i am quite frustrated with this services. Please close my Demat Accoun as I have requested many times to close my TRADING and
          DEMAT account as i don't do trading. and because several
          times, i have been charged by DEMAT Services. They are not
          closing my account and said that my demat account still holds 1
          holdings which is already UNLISTED since 2016. So i can
          neither transfer it nor sell it.

            I have opened a insta save fd account but my debit card is still not dispatched I can't open a fd to get an credit card on it due to the debit is mandatory for opening imobile app so I have visited branch and called customer care service too many times but no response . And on 7 sep 2020 I have used imps for transferring money from my own other account but I have got charges of transfer of money imps charges this very unprofessional bank . Please help me to get back my charges and debit card too .

              Hi:

              With utmost grievance, I wish to bring forth the below-stated case that caused me and my family under tremendous mental pressure all in a sudden and that is also because of wrong information and commitment by ICICI Bank’s collection officials/agents.

              I have taken a top-up loan dated on 19th September 2018 and has been continuing by making payment on-time as well as sometimes delayed payment.

              Once the RBI had declared the moratorium in a press conference dated March 27, 2020, announced that all banks, housing finance companies (HFCs) and NBFCs have been permitted to allow a moratorium of 3 months on repayment of term loans outstanding on March 1, 2020, like many others I have also opted the same and Bank had used a Google Form where no confirmation appeared in the screen!

              So when I have contacted the collection agents/officials (actually they have contacted me) they have confirmed that the moratorium has been approved.

              When The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) announced an extension of the moratorium on term loan EMIs by another three months, i.e. till August 31, 2020, in a press conference dated May 22, 2020. The earlier three-month moratorium on the loan EMIs was ending on May 31, 2020. At that time also I have applied the same on monthly basis but as usual there was no confirmation on acceptance or rejection and those agents/officials were assuring me that the moratorium was on at my loan account.

              Now, suddenly, dated on 04/09/2020 an executive/official/agent has arrived at my residence and asking the 2 months pending payment and to my surprise he has mentioned that my moratorium application has rejected for last 3 months! And he has given me a deadline to make the payment.

              If I have taken the loan then I am liable to pay back but a minimum responsible communication I can always expect from a brand like ICICI Bank. And moreover, when I checked back with other loan subscribers (as few of my known person), they have had also faced the same problem.

              AND THE PROBLEM IS THAT I CANNOT PROVE ALL THOSE communications I HAD WITH THE AGENTS/OFFICIALS AS THOSE WERE VERBAL& OVER TELECOM!

              Am waiting for ICICI Bank’s higher officials interaction on this issue.

              I don’t like to mention those agents/officials name and phone number over here as this is an open forum but if required I can produce the same to the right person.
              N.B. And I never get regular Loan A/c statement as last received on Month February 2020 and that also has collected over WhatsApp

              In continuation of that September 11, 2020, I received a call from a lady where she mentioned her first name and asked me to make the payment within the payment. When I had clarified her along with my grievance about not receiving statement monthly basis, she said she would be sending but that never appeared. A blank with deleted message had appeared in my WhatsApp number after a while but no statement and immediately I had reported the same to the person who came to my residence dated on 04/09/2020 and he kept quiet!

              The same gentleman has appeared again to my residence (half masked where the nose was open) and handed over the statement and again reminded me about making the payment within September 15th, 2020. And I have requested him to allow me a number of more days to make the payment. But he refused and said he can’t do anything.

              Now on September 13, 2020, at around 2.19 p.m., A gentleman introduced him as a Bankshall court Advocate as well as ICICI Bank’s legal advisor briefed me over the phone that he had received a mail from a lady of the legal team of ICICI Bank that an FIR should be lodged against the borrower in our local police station because of failure of paying 2 EMIs’ and immediately should communicate with the lady who had to send the mail to him. I have called the lady and she has introduced herself as a legal advisor of ICICI Bank and asked me to make the payment within 15th September 2020 and when I have requested her that I cannot pay then she had said that I should tell her the date and I have said immediately that would let her know by September 14th, 2020. By the way, when I made the call she was busy as she said and she called back at 4.26 and I made her call at 4.18 p.m.
              As per the request by the advocate I had reported the discussion to him at 2.39 p.m. and he has asked me to get the mail from legal advisor lady initially and then said he would do the needful and let me know. As he didn’t reciprocate hence I called him again at 3.20 p.m. and get the idea and the gentleman has suggested to me that I should pay If I am able to manage the money etc. And we hang up!

              AND THE PROBLEM IS THAT I CANNOT PROVE ALL THOSE communications I HAD WITH THE AGENTS/OFFICIALS AS THOSE WERE VERBAL & OVER TELECOM!

              Am waiting for ICICI Bank’s higher officials’ interaction on this issue.

              I don’t like to mention those agents/officials name and phone number over here as this is an open forum but if required I can produce the same to the right person.

              N.B. And I have never denied that I won’t make the payment but due to sheer lack of communication process, I required more time to arrange the fund. And this is Pandemic situation that we should not forget.

                    I received a message today morning at 4:12am with content
                    "dear customer, your airtel postpaid (Fetch & pay) bill for mobile number :[protected] of rs 356.36 is due on[protected]. To pay your bill, click on bit. Ly/2ery6v6".

                    This given mobile number does not belong to me at present. As far as i remember, this was my number a number of years back. Receiving bill related messages for this number after so many years looks like a fraudulent effort.
                    Kindly help me to get it resolved.

                    [protected] is my mobile number. Till last month I have paid the bill for this number as my registered biller. I also received intimation from you for the payment of the bill this month. However when I tried to make the payment it failed. There was message that the details of the biller are not correct. This is BSNL number I do not quite understand the meaning of the message. I must mention that for the delay in paying this bill and consequent inconvenience to me the ICICI bank shall be responsible. I do not know why you are stating that I have been claiming that I have been intimated about the wrong number.

                      There was deduction of 2 mab charges from my account. Though this deductions were made, i wasn't even notified once. After speaking with customer care for around an hour, he told me to visit branch.

                      Firstly iam a student, i just wanted to open an savings account with least minimum balance and good facility. Everyone suggested icici or sbi. As icici was near to my location and had positive reviews online. I opened 3 accounts in icici branch (Including me, my mother and brother) after opening of an account they charged around 900 for debit card. I thought it as one time investment, so i ignored. Recently during this pandemic time, i was out of station, i had around 1000₹ in my account. I was at petrol bunk, i fueled my vehicle full tank. The bill was 550₹. I swipe my card to make transaction, it got decline, then i checked statement. Then i got to know that bank deducted around 600 from my account as mab charges. It was night and iam at petrol bunk without money. This was situation icici bank put me in.
                      This was not the end. Lately, i had 25₹ in my account, the bank did not even hesitate to even take that amount from me.
                      And when i checked online about mab charges, i was informed that they do reversal for mab charges.
                      I called customer care, they told to visit branch and after visiting branch, they told to call customer care.
                      So here iam.

                          Hi team,

                          I made auto debit option (7th of every month) for my uti mutual fund purchase on sip basis on icici bank account on kondhwa branch. Normally when i want to purchase mutual funds i will keep amount on my account other wise i willn't keep amount on 7th day of the month. On 7th mar'2020 i didn't kept amount, due to that month i don't want to buy mutual funds. Later i when i kept amount on my account. Icici bank debited rs.590 on 13th mar 2020 as a check bounce charges. Please let me know is it correct, purchase of mutual funds are my wish only right.

                            My EMI which usually gets paid on 3rd was paid by debit card and Auto debit on time. Atleast the bank should have courtesy to clarify the charges and not just deduct hard money for fun

                              I am shivshankar prajapati. I am holding a salary account in icici bank. I noticed some charge in the amount, so i checked my icici bank statement and found continues deductions of rs 100 with the description of iprugtp-nca-sr*-si without any prior information.

                              I am not aware what type of charges are these. They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter or by sms.

                              Please look in to this. Kindly help me in getting my money back to my account.

                                I have never ask for the activation of one assist plan for my card. However it has been activated without my knowledge. I don’t want it and I want to deactivate it. I try calling the icici customer care number but it is of no help since it’s only pre recorded voice.

                                      I opened a savings account with ICICI during 2014 after completing my graduation and I have not requested for any demat account. They kept adding Annual maintenance charges and send one email once in a year which I didn't pay attention.

                                      I never logged into my demat account nor I know my demat account number nor I purchased any equity shares but now it became 3800 Rs which I should pay with out my mistake.

                                      This is really cheating people.Please help me on this.
