Hi i am arun goud here. 761.55 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in dp chgs till july-20) on 28th aug-2020. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

Mentioned the transaction id : [SB498800] dp chgs till july-20

I want my money back i haven’t use icici demat account till date and i didn’t request any demat account it was open while i’m opening the savings account make sure refund my money back

      Dear sir, last year one customer care executive make me fool and activated my one assist plan for my icici debit card, my husband got to know after 2 month when checked my statement, so we could not cancel and waited for one year, even i did not receive any welcome kit. but now i got a message regarding renewal of that plan. so i want to cancel my one assist cpp plan. i tried to call customer care but due to covid 19 no one is there to respond.
      so i request you to kindly cancel my one assist cpp plan, other wise i will close my icici bank account permanently, i am not satisfied with this kind of service,

        I have never activated any Demat account with ICICI bank but this sick ICICI bank has deducted 826 from my account as depository charges.. who authorized this transaction???? directly debiting from account without any notice or information?? why do such scam you fraud? i have icici account for more than 2 years and why on earth suddenly you get to directly deduct amount from my account?? soo sick you ###

            Ecs bounce charges refund

            Dear sir

            i am dnyaneshwar bagul from nashik. my personal loan ecs was deduct from icici bank regularly but from last two i have not mannage my ecs amout with time so that bank has apply ecs bounce charges 5 time in 1 month of rupees 590.00

            please guide me how can refund my amount.

            I have salary account with icici from last 7 years.
            I have credit card too. As due to lockdown I an mot able to pay total outstanding amount of credit card.
            You have lien my account by Rs.22, 000 my salary is near about 17k You guys tell me how should I pay this much amount right nowas Ian ready to pay minimum due.

                  I have a demat account in icici bank for 6 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till july 20' — inr 826'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                    Icici bank deducted 745 & 80 rupees two time from my account on 27th august as stated dp charges for what? Without information?

                    It’s fraud and should be intimated, i am not operating any demat accounts.

                        My name is vijay kamble. Charged dp amc charges for my inactive demat account. I never used this account but they are charging every day. My account is free for any charges of this account. So i never used my account on single day that why my account is inactive. Still they are not closing my account and charging me dp charges.

                        Close my demat account if still open and revert back my charged amount.

                            Rs 590 have been charges 6 times from my account while I applied for loan moratorium.
                            When I talk to the bank ABFL from which I took loan they say you ICICI bank has taken these charges so talk to them.
                            And I am not getting any help from ICICI too .

                              Dear Team,

                              Rs. 999/- deducted from my icici amazon pay credit card no. [protected] for amazon standing instru. I didn't take any services. Its debited automatically which is not done by me and without my consent.
                              Please look into this matter and credit rs. 999 /- in my icici amazon pay credit card. I am shocked because i believe in icici credit card. This is first time i face this type of problem. I tried to contact customer care but customer care services is currently not available due to cronavirus at this time. I got a message on[protected] on 25 August. Message is mentioned below:
