Dear sir, last year one customer care executive make me fool and activated my one assist plan for my icici debit card, my husband got to know after 2 month when checked my statement, so we could not cancel and waited for one year, even i did not receive any welcome kit. but now i got a message regarding renewal of that plan. so i want to cancel my one assist cpp plan. i tried to call customer care but due to covid 19 no one is there to respond.
so i request you to kindly cancel my one assist cpp plan, other wise i will close my icici bank account permanently, i am not satisfied with this kind of service,
