I have opened the account on 27th july 2020 in your bank, i have been given a welcome kit in which debit card is already present and i am using it. Suddenly, on 5th august 2020, the amount of 588.82 rs. Has deducted towards joining fees mentioned in my statement which was unclear to me. Yesterday on 15th august 2020 i have received the expression debit card for which i have never requested.

The branch has done a fraud for selling the card for which i have never demanded. Kindly, refund my money and take the expression debit card which branch has given forcefully to me and deducted amount for that. I am happy to use the basic card given in the welcome kit and don't want any extra privileges.

Kindly refund my amount deducted of 588.82 rs and take the card back. Let me know how to get my amount back.

    I have opened my account on 27th july 2020 and the branch has given the welcome kit along with that i already got a simple debit card. I have not requested for any expression debit card. But the bank has initiated the card request without my consent and the bank statement was showing joining fee and the messages over the phone were not clear.

    Yesterday on 15th august i have received the card which i have not requested and i have to pay 588.82 rs. For it (Its a fraud done by icici nehru nagar branch).

    I need my money refund and please take the card which i have been given forcefully.

      Hello on 14th aug 2020 i have made transaction of 1006 rupees for dmart grocery purchase through google pay by scanning qr code. My amount got deducted from bank and also credited to indiaideas#icici account but my transaction shown was payment failure. It didn't reached to dmart. Hence please refund my amount asap. Upi ref no[protected].

        I hold ICICI account from 2008. I had good and bad times financially.
        I have been with Same bank I have got/ availed credit cards. I am been said I am privileged customer!! I have been given with debit card upgraded by the bank side.
        However,
        I am not eligible for vehicle loans Home Loan Personal Loan... Pay later account still I have credit card and my salary crediting ever month.
        I have availed vehicle loan from other bank it is paid back .
        I have been given ICICI credit card based on other bank credit cards
        I have availed few PL from other banks and been paid on time.

        But for ICICI my personal banking I am seen unfit. They cancel saying I can't avail loans even if it is pre approved due to banks internal policy!!!

        I have replied today I am sorry I did not get the notification and that I saw was lying in the SPAM box I have now altered the rules I hope it is now is delivered to my Inbox.

        I could not compose any email from my Accounts under mailing option and I am not aware of the email ID any which ways i contacted the customer care and they provisioned the complete mail ID please check and revert you can feel free to call me on the number I have Provisioned.

        I have updated the requested details and I now received the Reference ID - 000QHaFKUGXD9Y33 also saying that there will be delay in response but how much they need that time isn't mentioned..
        I understand we are rising against Pandemic.. but not addressing user's query will also rise a pandemic situation when all users ask the same question!!.

        Hello Team,

        Anyone there? Can you give me one good reason why ICICI has declined my loan when I am been told that My CIBIL Scores were not met.
        My Previous ICICI Credit Card is been improper!! I hold an ICICI Credit CRAD For your information why that is not been seen for loan accountability??
        There is one Home Loan a SECURED LOAN improper!!! The Bank has issues 13/U towards it but no action is pending from My end they have to write of or auction the property What am I to do?
        But My other 4 PL (Non Secured Loans) tracks are good and is left Unseen!!! Is this right?

        See I am not justifying myself for Home Loan which the payment failed out. However I am been recognized and there is a deviation offered by other banks where In I have no Banking relation ship with them but with ICICI I have Salary Account and am related with it since 2008 Why should I not been given an opportunity which other banks are giving??
        10 years before the defaulting records are seen but the number of them that are been positively handled accounts is more!!

        I have also sent replies and follow ups to the customer care but no Response..

        I have received the message that
        "Dear Customer, we are unable to approve your Personal Loan Application number P[protected]. Please call your Relationship Manager xxx--- PI and data involved so have deleted."
        The rejection is because of one overdue loan and irregular towards the repayment & NO consideration been given for other 11 loans that is be PAID on a Genuine and in REGULAR basis!!!
        Anyone can you help!!...

          I have been with icici bank for a long time now. Currently there are two 590 charges that have been deducted from my account for which i have neither given the confirmation nor recieved any intimation and banks are saying its centralised charges. Such incidents have happen in past as well. This is unfair.

            Dear sir i applied for credit card icici amazon pay. After providing proper kyc document. My application was rejected without quoting any reason. As a customer we invest time in providing documents attending calls. Kindly provide what is the reason for rejection and if possible process my credit card. Application no[protected].

              There are a lot of deductions happening on my account in the name of posdec charges, not once but many many times during these tough times. Its a shame on their part to do this to their customers. This will completely defeat our prime ministers initiative.
              They have also turned down my request for moratorium while the reserve bank has allowed to do opt for it

                how do i request for firc certificates?

                Hi,

                We are an animation studio and we received international payments for our video production service on 14th october 2015 and 23rd december 2015 routed through icici bank (Thane branch) having ifsc code icic0000035 directly into our hdfc bank account, pune, maharashtra.

                We are putting together all the fircs for our past inward remittances and wanted to know the procedure for getting a firc certificates from...

                Today i tryed depositing 21000 into the cdm machine and i received a receipt that 1 note is retained by bank and rest of the 20500 note want to submit i cancelled the transaction and my 1 500 rupees note is not came back from the cdm machine, i have call the customer care and lodge a complaint they told it will be solved my 3to 5 business day, please help someone.

                  With reference to below mail, I would like to bring to your kind notice that i am receiving credit card statement details every month and outstanding dues statement at regular intervals as i have not used credit card since November 2017 and also to let you know that i have lost my credit card in early Year 2018.

                  Also i would like to inform you that i am jobless due to health issues and facing financial problems for quiet long time.

                  Hope you will understand my genuine problem & waive off my all pending dues till today and close my card permanently.

                    Greetings from icici bank.

                    A purchase of inr 850.00 has been made using your debit card linked to icici bank account xx426 on 14-aug-20. Info: vin*google pro"

                    I have not done this transaction please refund me back that amount.
                    I have not recived any kind of intimation before the transaction

                        My icici account[protected] was debited rs. 1899/- on 14th may with transaction remark as iin/i-debit/si. I have not authorized the transaction in any way. Please resolve the issue and get me my money back. As soon as possible.

                        We call lots of time and send mail to bank and one assist but both not pick phone and automatic answer due to corona we have limited staff but you in very hurry yo deduct 1899 from account without our permission.
                        Please provide number also where we can talk.
                        Also need full refund for last two year with intrest within 7 days otherwise we have no other option to complaint to banking lokpal or consumer court.. We got noticed lots of customer face this problem.

                            I have a business account with HDFC bank. My customer in the UK sent me a remittance which got processed via ICICI bank and then deposited into my HDFC bank by ICICI bank.

                            Now, I have been chasing ICICI bank for over a month and no reply in getting FIRC issued for it.

                              I have recharge in my fastag account on last month 28.07.2020. at present my account balance is Rs. 194 which display in my online account. But few days back i travel via toll plaza, but the toll plaza display my balance is very low.

                              After i try to call ICICI fastag customer care. But the call was not connected every time. Only for computer voice message was connected.

                              need to update in my balance correctly.

                                  I have opted for moratorium of personal loan of icici loan no. Lpbrm[protected]. But the bank has deducted the charges on emi due date saying insufficient funds. The icici bank not informed any thing to me. Today some one loan collection agent calling and asking for emi. How it happens. Please make my loan for moratorium. Without informing me making suddenly asking emi and making over due charges is not correct. As i applied for moratorium well in advance. You have not even called before my due date and told anything. Other banks are giving moratorium for 3 months at a time promptly returning if any charges returned. Your bank making it every month opting. It is also ambiguous. But ok informed before and giving sms. But after opting also without informing deducting the charges and asking for emi after one week of due date is not correct.
                                  Thank you. Anticipating good service from your bank and keep trust as earlier on your service. This is first time getting such experience from icici which i trusted and having good opinion on you bank relation.

                                    Hi team, on 5 Aug an Unauthorized transaction has been detucted from my account without any OTP without any annual subscription nothing, it says Rs 833.03 has been detucted by 'VSI Amazon Stnd' I had a call with Amazon as well they said it was from bank issue.                                       I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 16th april 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.
