When i check balance ot shows.

No response from customer care

Rs 129 is deducted from my saving account of icici bank for google without my permission....

From my icici account rs 129 per month is deducted for google without my permission....

Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges...

I already applied for moratorium but still 590 *6 times amount got debited from account plzzz this is the critical situation in my place plzzz try to refund back my amount plzzz it's my humble request...

I have purchased a 3000 worth gift card on[protected] which is still not delivered and i have not even received a status for the same...

I have been a customer of ICICI and holding demat account through ICICI Direct. I have opened this account where my son and son-in-law also hold their shares and trades, including mutual funds etc. This is just to give a background about the relationship with the bank and ICICI Securities.

But the recent situation made all o[censored]s to think and making us a decision to move towards other brokers where customer service is better...
