Sir i am ist year student btech i want to recheck my paper so i form fill and pay money money is deduct from my patym wallet but transaction is failed and money is not refunded on july 20 and reference number is[protected] so please help to refund money in this same account...

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 20th july, 2020. Could you please assist me regarding...

My multi wallet card is valid till 04/21 but it is declined for every transaction.
When i am checking with website it is showing invalid card status.
It has balance of more than 1500rs.
My phone number is not linked with multi wallet card.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible and activate my card...

It's been twice already that bank has deducted my 1899 rupees and in my pass book it is written that it was due to some kind of renewal of scheme. I don't even remember when i agreed to pay for any scheme that existed, clearly this is misuse of authority and i am really disappointed with the bank. At the time of 4.43 I received a message rs119 debited from your account for VSI Amazon prim, I was in my home I didn't purchase anything any no OTP to my number but amount debited, what's the reason are you guess forging tge people's by running fake bank.....

I requested the closure of credit card but costumer care girl said me to pay off the outstanding the amount and hence my request will be accepted. I dont wish to apply for expression debit card.
I am afraid of the charges of expression debit card and moreover i am not in need of services of that card.
So please help me to get simple debit card...

Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same....

My issue:
KYC not getting completed even after getting it started for 6 days.
No response from even heads of the sales department.
No concrete resolution to the issue i am facing, just false claims.
Raising the ticket after the completion of the 6th day of this issue. I hope the Forum takes the issue with priority.
