Got many fraud calls.. One for axis bank.. One for icici.. What the hell is this going one.. Already wasted my 750 rupees. Not refunded yet.

    I have a zero balance account with icici bank from more than 5 years. Recently i noticed a debit of rs. 530/- on 6th august with description as dcard fee. And there was another debit of rs. 56/- in june with the same description as dcard fee. When the account was opened by me, the representative explicitly told me that my account, debit card and credit card are zero balance one and with no annual fees respectively. Deducting my account of nearly rs.580/- is unfair and unacceptable, more so because my account and debit card are zero balance and have no annual fees.

      I paid the chennai corp water/sewage tax through icici internet banking. The transaction amount is rs. 3734. The amount has been debited but the transaction failed.
      Transaction ref no.[protected]
      Merchant reference number: 239841

      I verified my transaction in eazypaywebsite by viewing my transaction history, i could see that the transaction is failed. Pfa the screen shot of the same.

        Respected sir,

        I am pravin vasant gend, holding an account in your bank in nazare, teh: sangola, dist: solapur branch, i have taken a credit card also from your branch, due to this lockdown i am not able to do outstanding payment and conveyed the message that i will clear whole amount in 10 days to the executive who has called me firstly, then he/she told me that will update the same in system but this thing is not happened and i am continued to receive the calls from different different numbers and from different executives every hour from last 4 days. This is very irritating and this is hurting my moral values, it's a harassment by executives, please do the needful and help me in this case.

            Hi, i received a message that a txn of rs 850 was done in my account which i didn't do. The transaction description shows vin / google pro. And i've checked with my play store subscription and i don't have any purchase than renews today. So kindly help me getting a refund.

              Hi,

              Due to the corona crisis, in the month of June, my account balance was low and then my mutual fund Franklin presented a payment request for that month to icici auto debit mode.

              Due to insufficient funds, ICICI has deducted 500 rupees(+GST) from my account but when I asked them to refund they refused to do so.

              I asked Franklin investment company(mutual fund owner) for this, they told me they had not purchased any fund for that month in my account. Why did ICICI deducting unnecessary charges?

              I told to customer care executive but he refused to give me a waiver or refund in this hard coronatimes.

              Could you please help me in this.

                I had 3 loans with other banks for which ecs is on my icici account.
                Due to financial crisis in my life, i was unable to maintain balance in my icici account for 5 months. (Oct-2019 to feb-2020). All 3 loans i cleared in feb-2020.

                From apr-2020, icici charged me a unbelievable and a very huge amount of 63, 000 + for ecs return charges happened in that duration (Oct-2019 to feb-2020).

                Please help me in refunding that huge ecs return charges. I am unable to bear that loss.

                  I have a demat account in icici bank for 6 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'in[protected] dp chgs till may-20' — inr 826'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                      I have applied for eNPS on 23rd of July, 2020 and selected ICICI Bank for bank verification, as I am a satisfied customer of ICICI Bank for past 17 years. But the status is """Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank""".
                      I went to ICICI Bank, but they are not sure about the verification process.
                      I had raised ticket with CRA, but clearly mentioned that ICICI Bank has to approve/reject it.
                      I had tried to reach customer care, but not able to reach him (probably due to Covid 19 effect).
                      I had raised complint to ICICI Bank customer care, but they did not understand the question at all. They thought this is an application for Credit Card.
                      My final option was to raise complaint here, hope ICICI Bank will take care of this this time.

                        I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs1809/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 5th August 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                          Made a stock sell worth 2800 from icicidirect account which is linked to my bank account, had the amount deposited to bank account, but immediately i see two unexplained debits:
                          05/08/2020 - eba/nse n 2020148/[protected] 1232 - dr. 1391.03
                          05/08/2020 - eba/nse n 2020148/[protected] 1232 - dr. 1478.05

                          Not sure about the reason for this debit. Is this the brockerage?? Which is greater than the net value traded... Please explain.

                            I don't know why my balance got deducted by ICICI bank. This is really disgusting. They (ICICI Bank) deducted 590/- five times (590*5=2950).

                                Hello,

                                I am very upset with icici bank negligence happening throughout 28/7/2020 till 1/08/2020. On very first day my transcations has been stopped after 95000 money transfer. But why there should not be any limit or window when from customers account amount withdrawal happening more than 2lakhs on same day almost 4.72lakhs online transcation happened and there is no failure or blockage or any call from icicibank for enquiry.
                                Is this the way you follow ur security for public privilege accounts.
                                Already i filed fir and now i have to do complaint against bank as there is no restrictions and rules.

                                I lost total 6.85lakhs rs. Out of it within a day 4.72lakhs transcation has been done.

                                If you are really concern about customer u should stop all paytm transcation and other transcation if possible within 3 days

                                  On 29th july there is deduction of 590 inr on my icici saving bank account.

                                  It is against nach_ad_rtn-chrg~cams charge

                                  I don't know the reason why it is charged...

                                  Without my consent, rs. 100 has been deducted from my account on 31
                                  03/08/2020to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected].
                                  I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
                                  This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected] is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.

                                  I am Raviprakash C. Shukla, have a joint home loan account with ICICI Bank account number LBMUM[protected], as I had already applied for my home loan moratorium request for August 2020, I had made application on 3rd August but on 4th I received message stating that I should keep sufficient balance as there will be deduction of my Home loans emi on 5th August (which is the date of my EMI), even I made escalation on online on 5th as I had received message from bank for August 2020 EMI Payment.

                                  Today on 6thAugust I received a message from ICICI Bank my August EMI cheque returned back due to insufficient funds in my account.

                                  As I had already applied for moratorium for August 2020, so request you kindly look in to the matter and request you resolve.
