Respected sir,
I am pravin vasant gend, holding an account in your bank in nazare, teh: sangola, dist: solapur branch, i have taken a credit card also from your branch, due to this lockdown i am not able to do outstanding payment and conveyed the message that i will clear whole amount in 10 days to the executive who has called me firstly, then he/she told me that will update the same in system but this thing is not happened and i am continued to receive the calls from different different numbers and from different executives every hour from last 4 days. This is very irritating and this is hurting my moral values, it's a harassment by executives, please do the needful and help me in this case.
