On[protected] friday at 5.40 i received the massage that my account is debited for rs 1699 for debit card purchase. However i was sitting at my home and having my debit card with me. I tried to call icici customer care number but none of them was working. I tried to block the card through net banking but it is also not able to proceed. Finally i requested to block my account through sms. Kindly help me to get my money back.

    ICICI Bank account holder since 2014. Holding expression card since 2014. Getting charged around 550 every year.
    I want to cancel the expression debit card and get a normal debit card. I tried reaching the customer care since last 2 weeks but as soon as they hear for cancelling Expression card they keep call on hold and don't respond.

    Maybe its the way how customers are treated or Expression card is the income generation source which they wont want to loose.

    The support mailbox doesn't even care to respond for the incoming complaint request.

    As the Customer care isn't responding there is no other option than registering a complaint to get it resolved.

    I request you to immediately look into the issue and help me with the closure of the card and get a normal debit card.

    Again today Rs 590 has bee debited with description "ECSRTNCHGS070820_SR[protected]". May i know what is the reason for this debit amount.

    Is it like for cancelling also you guys are charging. Sent you a mail on "[protected]@icicibank.com" & "customer.[protected]@icicibank.com"
    Please confirm if the mail ids are correct. If not please let me know the correct id.

      I have opened online account in icici bank on 15th april 2020 as instructed by icici representative. This is a salaried account. Ccr informed me that i will receive the opening kit including debit card once the courier services resume. As due to of lockdown, all services were closed.
      On 3rd june i received a message from icici bank about dispatching my debit card. I did not receive it so called the bank several times. After trying so many times, i could connect to customer care representative and informed about the opening kit. The bank person told me that it is delayed because of lock down.
      On 29th june i came to know that my bank balance is extremely less and fraud transactions happened. I immediately informed bank and blocked the account.
      When i raised the complaint on 30th june in person, bank officials assured me that i will get the debited amount and they accepted that the opening kit including debit card is still with them and not delivered to me.
      Due to fraud transactions, i requested them to block all transactions means.
      I received the debited virtual amount within 48 hours but bank officials told me that i cannot use it. They need to do verification.

      I received verification call and person was asking me if i opened any link or shared otp or messaged anyone for converting sim to 3g to 4g.
      I told him that i have not done any above action. He was insisting me that you accept you must have done gpay or phonepay application. I denied that, he was very adamant and stressing me that it is my fault i must have done something above. This behavior of a bank person is very wrong, they cannot mentally torture a customer like this. I even told him that why only fraud transactions are happened from icici bank why not from other bank which has same registered number. He accepted the fact and kept quiet.
      I visited bank to collect the debit card, they didnot handover it to me saying that kyc is not done. I requested them to do the kyc but they were unable to do it.
      After a week, they debited the virtual amount that they credited when i raised the complaint on 30th june.
      Regarding this i called sevaral tiems to the customer care number, the called is getting hanged up after auto message. After sevaral times, i could connect to the person but he disconnected it saying this is not our department. I tried to call for sevaral times, everytime they are saying this department is differet and transfering my call to other other dept where everytime i have to provide all the details. Everytime the casset runs saying "aap call ki adhikatam sima par kar chuke hai" and later call gets hanged up.

      Please note the following points:
      1. Account was online opened and account number is only with me, my company (Since salaried account), and icici bank.
      2. My opening kit and debit card is still with the icici bank.
      3. Bank person didnot inform me to do kyc.
      3.in this period fraud transactions happened and i raised the complaint.
      4. I reissued the debit card. They are not handing over it to me, reason is kyc. Even i visited to bank, they are unable to do kyc.
      5. Verification team person is misguiding me, not listening me but insisting me to accept that fraud transaction is because of my negligence. He is very adamant and imposing me to accept that i must have messaged some unknown person. Later the bank person reported wrong information in the verification report, debited the virtual money, and closed the case.
      6. Customer care representatives are not available at first attempt, after several time they get connected but disconnects call saying that this is not their department.

      All these things are very tourturing to me mentaly.

      Please take action on the bank because they have many loopholes in their system and due to this customers like me are loosing hardearned money.

        As i verified i did come to know that dp chgs till mar-20 is for demat account charges.
        I have never applied for any dmat account. And i didn't get any sms or any notification from icici bank for opening dmay, 4years back i have opened this account since then every march i was charged up to 826rs. This is happening on every march.

        I want all that money to be returned kindly help on the same.

          Hello,

          Icici bank is not providing efirc for the foreign inward remittance for the purpose code of p0802. I have a current account in icici bank, i even have the i. E. Certificate. The trade desk team at icici bank mayur vihar branch, initially told me they are working to get the efirc from the intermediary bank that converted from eur to inr. After couple of days, when i asked about the progress on efirc, they asked me the purpose code and i said them the purpose code is p0802, the bank replied
          "e-firc and brc is issued only in case of export of goods or in softex case."

          The above is completely shows the incompetence of the team working in icici bank mayur vihar branch trade desk.

          The gst portal asks for the e-firc/brc to claim the refund for the export of services. Without e-firc/brc i cannot claim this refund. Icici bank and their team is not helping me. Moreover for my current account, no rm was assigned for last 1 year, even when i was making transaction via that bank.
          Recently they have assigned rm for my current account.

          I am not happy with the icici bank support and instead of focusing on my business, i need to deal with the incompetent team of icici bank, in mayur vihar trade desk.

            Sir, two days before, on 05 aug 2020 evening i had an card less transaction of rs 7500/-. An error message stating that temporary cash cannot withdraw message displayed on atm. Immediately amount debited message came to my mobile number. After that i tried customer care number, after welcome to icici bank announcement the phone disconnecting. I tried many times. I went to bank then told it may be network issue and will be refunded within 48 hours. I continually checked my account for a refund. Today evening it is 2 days completed. Actually the amount is for my house rent. Now it is two days late because of bank end mistake. Again today i visited bank & they told to come on monday. They are not worried about problem i facing. Kindly do the needful.

            Amount reversed, 30 minutes after the complaint filed. The incident made me lot of stress as this is not a small amount for me. For the last Two days I repeatedly checking for a reversal. No customer help got. As it is happened by a mistake from bank I need compensation for this incident. If we made a bounce or extra transaction they will immediately debit charges without any kindness. How the mistakes are not chargeable at bank end? . I don't any extra transaction charges from bank end is coming to me, as I tried 5 or 6 times to withdraw the amount which is already debited the bank. They may charges as the transaction & debit for extra ATM transactions.

              I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 29th july, 2019. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                Why amount is being deducted under this following statements: nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin~02jun20~458a90?

                Why i am getting all charges deducted from my account, when i have settled my loan amount and have also received noc for same. I asked bajaj finance. About this, and and told me they are authorized to deduct only loan amount, and not any other charges.

                I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin~02jun20~458a90?

                Please look into this matter.

                    I have a zero balance account with icici bank from more than 5 years. Recently i noticed a debit of rs. 530/- on 6th august with description as dcard fee. And there was another debit of rs. 56/- in june with the same description as dcard fee. When the account was opened by me, the representative explicitly told me that my account, debit card and credit card are zero balance one and with no annual fees respectively. Deducting my account of nearly rs.580/- is unfair and unacceptable, more so because my account and debit card are zero balance and have no annual fees.

                        I am pravin vasant gend, holding an account in your bank in nazare, teh: sangola, dist: solapur branch, i have taken a credit card also from your branch, due to this lockdown i am not able to do outstanding payment and conveyed the message that i will clear whole amount in 10 days to the executive who has called me firstly, then he/she told me that will update the same in system but this thing is not happened and i am continued to receive the calls from different different numbers and from different executives every hour from last 4 days. This is very irritating and this is hurting my moral values, it's a harassment by executives, please do the needful and help me in this case.

                              Hi,

                              Due to the corona crisis, in the month of June, my account balance was low and then my mutual fund Franklin presented a payment request for that month to icici auto debit mode.

                              Due to insufficient funds, ICICI has deducted 500 rupees(+GST) from my account but when I asked them to refund they refused to do so.

                              I asked Franklin investment company(mutual fund owner) for this, they told me they had not purchased any fund for that month in my account. Why did ICICI deducting unnecessary charges?

                              I told to customer care executive but he refused to give me a waiver or refund in this hard coronatimes.

                              Could you please help me in this.

                                I had 3 loans with other banks for which ecs is on my icici account.
                                Due to financial crisis in my life, i was unable to maintain balance in my icici account for 5 months. (Oct-2019 to feb-2020). All 3 loans i cleared in feb-2020.

                                From apr-2020, icici charged me a unbelievable and a very huge amount of 63, 000 + for ecs return charges happened in that duration (Oct-2019 to feb-2020).

                                Please help me in refunding that huge ecs return charges. I am unable to bear that loss.

                                  I have a demat account in icici bank for 6 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'in[protected] dp chgs till may-20' — inr 826'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                                      I have applied for eNPS on 23rd of July, 2020 and selected ICICI Bank for bank verification, as I am a satisfied customer of ICICI Bank for past 17 years. But the status is """Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank""".
                                      I went to ICICI Bank, but they are not sure about the verification process.
                                      I had raised ticket with CRA, but clearly mentioned that ICICI Bank has to approve/reject it.
                                      I had tried to reach customer care, but not able to reach him (probably due to Covid 19 effect).
                                      I had raised complint to ICICI Bank customer care, but they did not understand the question at all. They thought this is an application for Credit Card.
                                      My final option was to raise complaint here, hope ICICI Bank will take care of this this time.

                                      Hi Soumen, could you tell me how did you resolve it? I'm facing the same issue. I've done esign as well but still kyc verification is pending from bank. Kindly ping at 8639500973
