        My ATM card stucked in atm today and I tried many times but nothing happened and card got stucked I was present in the atm by 3:25 trying to call customer care but no-one responded hence walked few mins away from atm and by3:33PM within this short time I got msg of cash withdrawal of 3000rs on my mob saying: account debited with INR3000 INFO: NFS*DCB18303*.
        Although I didn't did the transaction neither know how this happened because my card is still stucked in the atm machine, neither of bank executive helped me either .

          I am Payal Sarraf. Rs. 757.170 Rupees has been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL June 2020 on
          28/07/2020. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my email. I need justice and my money back immediately.

                  Sir i have money multiplier bond -0399mmb-two dated 28/04/1999, having bond holder number 53533743 and certificate number d/[protected] in the name of ravindra kumar. At the time of purchase issue price per bond rs. 4700.00 and the value per bond was rs. 50000.00 on the redemption date 28/04/2017. I have tried to take cashback from your icici bank situated in shahjahanpur but the bank officers are not in position respond since a long. Therefore, i request to inform me regarding the procedure of redemption of the same.

                    Today morning i received a message that there was a transaction of rps 1013.94 from my account to vsi amazon prime. I have neither subscribed or purchased anything on amazon. I am also not a prime member of amazon. I did not even receive any otp for this transaction.

                    Please assist me with this issue.

                      I am adityapal panwar, a former icici bank employee.
                      I forgot my employee id as it is required to download salary slip.
                      I joined icici bank on 21st august 2019 and resigned on 27th dec 2019.
                      Please help me in getting back my employee id....

                      There have been multiple deduction of 590 or so depending on the money in my account. Multiple times my account has been emptied by the bank without stating any reason, email or so. Total deduction has come to be 4700, i was and still not am aware about these deductions.

                        Despite of fastag available on car and local id and address proof available in car, employee of toll asked to pay full charges

                          I got a call from my icici in 2019, where the caller spoke too quickly to be able to catch details, and had me sign up for oneassist over phone! I immediately cancelled the plan via my bank when i saw that money was withdrawn from my account without my consent. I got a chargeback and was told the plan was cancelled.

                          Cut to a year later, i discover that the plan was never cancelled. I got emails from oneassist saying my plan would be renewed on july 31. It was set to auto renew and uninterrupted service (I was told this was set by icici) so they could take their 1899 a year without my express consent. I check on the date to see if a charge was made, and found that it was... Two weeks before the 31st.

                          Extremely upset that icici advocates for a company with such opaque practises as well. I registered a request #sr[protected]. I was told i would be refunded the full amount. If not, i will be looking to move to another bank.

                            There is some unauthorized deduction of amount from my bank account, this is under the following statements.

                            Nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin~02jun20~4588fb2~4000cd64
                            Nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin~02jun20~47a38bb~4000cd64
                            Nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin~02jun20~47a38bb~4000cd64

                            What are these deductions and why i am getting all these charges? I checked with bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only the loan amount, not any other charges. So, i tried to call icici customer care, the number is always busy and gets automatically disconnected.

                            I need to know all the transaction details. I have been associated with this bank since 2007, and have my salary accounts associated with this bank. Now i am worried if it is going to be the same on other accounts as well. The bank charging all these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin" is unacceptable.

                            Please do something about it.

                              Branch: h 1a/34, sector 63, gautam buddha nagar, noida, up, in, 201301

                              On 28/09/2020 i could see amount 826.00 debited against dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jun-20.

                              I have never requested this saving account to be demat account. Why you have not notified me before coverting it to demat account.
                              This account is my opened in year 2015. And i had a word with customer care who says this account is demat account since 2017. So therefore every year i, was charged with annual dp which i was not aware.

                              Pls help me for getting all refund as i, never wish to make it a demat account and closing this feature of demat account going forward.
