Issue:
Icici bank is always adding interest charges to my pending joining fees.
Always, i have to request to icici bank, please disclose my credit card charges but they always adding charges over charges it's not a correct way to treat customers like that.
Icici bank already deactivates my credit card account so, why icici bank adding the interest charges on my pending joining fees.

The joining fee was 170 rs. But icici bank after adding interest charges, the current date amount is 5498 rs. Why i have to pay a huge amount icici bank has to stop these things.

Kindly note: i called customer care multiple times but because of my credit card account deactivated i couldn't connect but i went to icici bank for solving my issue but bank person always telling me i have to pay 5498 rs or call customer care for this issue.

I want to close this issue please help me.

      I have made a payment of 4000/- to my credit card through my ICICI bank account on 24/07/2020. My money has been debited from the account but the payment has not made on the credit card. I have attached the screenshots of the payment transactions.All the other payments are getting reflected on the credit card statement but I would like to know where is my money 4000/- which I paid ? I have attached screenshots for reference.

        Within 3 months about more than 2000 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.
        What is this transaction purpose? Nach_ad_rtn_chrg_bajajfins

        Six time it has been same with me within 3 months i want a strong reply from your side dear icici bank.

          I am trying to make a transaction using icici amazon pay card. It's declining since morning. I have called the customer care 8 times and every time they assured that within 19 minutes it would be resolved. Nothing happen3d sinc3 then. Pls assist it's urgent.

            Amount of r.590/- got debited two times from my bank account on may 2020 and again rs.590/- again got debited on july month of 2020 with out my knowledge!! May i know what's happening? I am maintaining required balance amount for sure. Why this amount getting deducted?

            Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserv and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges.
            I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

                home loan closure original documents not received

                Address: ICICI Bank Ltd, , Soham Plaza, Manpada, Ghodbunder, Thane (West).

                I closed 2 home loan accounts on 3rd of june 2020.

                I see that you are are only interested in marking the status as resolved.
                The email id mentioned has been marked as protected and not disclosed even when logged in. Please share it again.
                I have already shared the Fastag Customer id, payment id and transaction / complaint reference numbers. What more do you expect.
                Extremely frustrated at the behaviour of ICICI for stealing customer money.
                Appreciate if it can be resolved ASAP.

                      Icici account number:[protected]. My account has been charged for the activation of walletassist plan. Amount deducted is rs 1899 on 15th july. I had not applied for any such plan. Deactivate the service and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                        I made an imps fund transfer from my icici bank account to south indian bank account for paying out life insurance policy on 21st july 2020 around 09:00am.

                        The money was immediately deducted from my icici bank account but i received the message that transaction failed due to time out at sib end.
                        And i am asked to wait for t + 2 days to get the transaction issue resolved.
                        I called icici bank relationship manager & deputy manager & they were not helpful and asked me to wait for t+2 days. They informed me that there was an issue in imps tranfer for all the banks on 21st july 2020. I was not able to find any news regarding that.

                        This is really pathetic. I have a commitment to make the funds transfer today itself. I need to pay fine/interest because of the delay. If a imps transaction is not successful for whatsoever reason the money should be credited back to the account immediately.

                        Why is icici bank causing inconvenience to customers by asking to wait for t+2 days. Rbi should seriously look into such matters and fine such arrogant banks heavily.

                        Today is 24th july 2020- 12:00pm and issue is not resolved yet. This is causing lot of stress to me and i m sure there would be thousands of customers like me who are feeling the same.

                              I'm having an account since the past two years, and I were done lot of higher amount transactions through this account.unfortunately but for some reason I hate the banking with icici.bcoz im holding a two wheeler loan in TATA capital, previous moth of emi was not paid through my account, when I put some money in account to clear the dues but suddenly my count got deducted by 1768rs, i'm like omg.this is the second time the bank was deducting the money from my account .nowadays im worry about putting some savings in my account because for some reasons you will deduct the amount for sure.so im going to close my account completely, bcoz if an emi is pending the both bank will deduct the money(tata&icici), im not blaming tata, only icici doing unfair business. I had apply for moratorium for what ? .kindly refund my money or else I will close my icici account and FD's.Hate banking with ICICI.people should always worry about icici return charges.i need refund asap.

                                      My account got suddenly got debited with sms bank description of the transaction as vsi amazon stan of rs 129/-
                                      And this keeps happening every month. Every time i call customer care representatives they transfer calls to multiple department and told me that i will receive email and then i have to reply with the details, donotreply email doesnt take replies so m not sure what else should i do. M tierd following up everytime.
                                      I have attached my screenshot for the same. Please cancel and refund the amount as neither me or my family or anyone else has the access to my account not i have recharged any prime membership.
