    Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
    I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

            I have been a customer of ICICI and holding demat account through ICICI Direct. I have opened this account where my son and son-in-law also hold their shares and trades, including mutual funds etc. This is just to give a background about the relationship with the bank and ICICI Securities.

            But the recent situation made all o[censored]s to think and making us a decision to move towards other brokers where customer service is better and someone available to listen.

            I had applied for Reliance Rights issues, and for the 1st installment the money was always kept in my linked savings account. Inspite of that, the money is not deducted nor any intimation provided... and when the due date is passed and the rights shares are not in demat as well as the money spent on the rights also not refunded.

            Sent umpteen emails/whatsapp chats to the branch manager and relationship manager, and I have never seen such a poor response and finally after 3-4 weeks of time, the response was given as refund not possible.

            1. Main motive of all these managers are sales and meeting the targets, rather than a customer focus. As a bank, your reputation under question.
            2. Any response to the queries take days to weeks, is this the plan to make customers to reach to the support continuously or the idea is to have customer forgetting and leaving this by frustration?

            If this would be the way ICICI customer service works, would be great to know for all o[censored]s and recommendations towards ICICI will never be considered.

                Hi,

                I have applied for reliance rights issue by paying the 1st installment and kept money in my savings account remaining for next installment, however there is no intimation or deductions and simply the due date crossed.

                Now the shares are not available in demat as well as icici corporate is telling that refund cannot be processed.

                On top of huge brokerage that this broker is charging, this is daylight robbery.

                Please don't and never choose this robbery brokerage services, and they never provide any support. Most of the responses come after few weeks so that customer will lose track of it and this is one way of icici direct looting money.

                As an update to the complaint, I have written emails to Chief Branch Manager, and Regional Manager and very poor responsibilities.

                They look only for selling their products and once you bought, forget it.. you can never reach them irrespective of what portfolio you hold.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I am holding a savings account in your bank for the past 1 and half years. I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of 7670/- has been debited from my account on 18/07/2020 not executed by me.

                  The transaction came to light when got the message on my app.

                  My account details are:

                  Type of account: savings
                  Charges deducted : 7670/-

                  I am enclosing a copy of my account’s balance status, which reflects the transaction number and other details of the non expected transaction from our home branch, we withdraw money from our account and no body in bank told us or informed us that if you withdraw money from your acoount charges would be deducted, i am not expecting this kind of services from your renowed bank, really very disappointed from your side and your staff.

                  Please look into this deduction of 7670/- and credit my account at your earliest. Please contact me on my cell [protected] in case of anything. I highly appreciate and look forward to your help.

                    What is mean by posdec charge?
                    It is debit card decline charge while trying to pay merchant or anything. What the hell?
                    I didn't even swipe by debit card and i have been charged 8times, posdec charge of 29rs from 13th july to 18th july i've only recharged netpack for my mobile through phonepe and it doesn't even got declined then why the hell i've to lose 232rs? By deducting 8times i've proof and i can submit it. It's like la robbery via online while we think our money is safe.

                      Hi Sir,

                      I am a ICICI Bank customer. I got charged for unauthorized and Unnecessarily last 17/07/2020 (ECSRTNCHG) without my knowledge and without any confirmation Email, SMS or any Phone call. The total amount charged INR.3705. The bank hit charges multiple times like (529.15+590+590+590+590+590+225.85=3, 705).This is ridiculous. I am requesting my refund back to my card.                         I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 20th july, 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                          My multi wallet card is valid till 04/21 but it is declined for every transaction.
                          When i am checking with website it is showing invalid card status.
                          It has balance of more than 1500rs.
                          My phone number is not linked with multi wallet card.

                            It's been twice already that bank has deducted my 1899 rupees and in my pass book it is written that it was due to some kind of renewal of scheme. I don't even remember when i agreed to pay for any scheme that existed, clearly this is misuse of authority and i am really disappointed with the bank. I remember getting a call from the employee and explaining some stuff, which i didn't even understand. Angel just asked me whether i understood or not and i said yes, there was no such mention of money being deducted or taken. But then they suddenly take away money for some scheme... This is fraud according to me and everything must be explained before engaging such schemes with customers. Also bank has no such authority to take money from my account without consent or proper information
