I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 02th july, 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

    A total of 1770rs been deducted in a span of three days stating that nach_ad_rtn_chrg~adbldesk. I tried calling the customer care, but they're not at all helpful. I request you to give a proper reason for the deduction.
    Or give my money back.

      I would like to bring in your kind notice that today's morning i. E. 2 july 2020... I have been charged for inr 199 without getting any prior information about the same. The message i got says as follows txn of inr 199.00 done on acct xx032 on 02-jul-20. Info: vsi*amazon st. Avbl bal:inr 17, 236.25. Call 18002662 for dispute or sms block 032 to [protected].
      I would like to know why i have been charged this money.
      Also would like to request you to refund my amount asap.

        Sir,
        I have been receiving messages from tm-icicib. And it says... (Dear customer, rs 5, 544.72 is due on debit card emi account xx1005. Amount will be debited from your account on or before 05-jul-20. Please ignore if paid...)
        Although i dont any debit card ending with 1005.in last month i received this message for an amount of around 2600 and calls to submit the amount. With no proper details how to pay those bill. I tried calling customer care but it automatically disconnects after entering my account number.
        I called customer care more then a 100 times.
        Then i reached to nearest branch. But they also denied about any details they have.
        And again i receive this message this morning
        Even if any payment is pending then its icici fault that they are unable to provide any information.

            I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

            Please stop all these.

                I am a victim of online fraud where the bank personal asked me my credit card number to provide me loan.
                I was in need of the same so I had just provided my credit card number without any other details but still I don't know how but a sum of Rs. 27, 075/- (Twenty Seven Thousand Seventy Five) was deducted from my credit card without any knowledge or sms for confirmation on 14th March 2020.
                When my bank statement came then only I knew that I was a victim. in my bank statement it shows some online purchase and I am sure with some effort the bank can get hold of the culprits..
                I have requested many time to the bank and customer service but nothing happens.
                My credit card bill is getting high with evry delay and I want a quick response with help of this..

                I enquired with the bank official here in kurukshetra ICICI bank and they told me that they have not received any email like this..

                I have called customer service a lot of time and nothing has ever been mentioned about this..

                My patience is wearing out.

                Please solve my issue ASAP..

                  ecs return charges during covid 19 pandemic

                  I hold bank accounts with icici bank, and recently i had taken personal loan of rs150000 from bajaj finance in feb and my first emi was due on 2nd april20. I tried contacting customer care also many times to opt for moratorium, there was no proper response. Then later somehow i managed to take moratorium for 2 months and i deposited the amount of emi for 2nd june emi in my icici bank account. But the bajaj finance computerised system hit...

                    We are medical distributor as got call from a person said want to purchase sanitizer for army team in bijnor, he send a code on whatsapp for payment of sanitizer but when we scanned the code then amount deducted from our account instead of receiving the payment. He shared his id and adhar also.

                    Please help as we lost our 20000 and rbi assure to return that money if we complaint within 3 days. This happen on monday morning.

                        I applied for Amazon Pay ICICI credit card on october 2nd 2019. One of the bank representative came to my residential address to collect documents for KYC on 19 th dec 2019. He collected my signed documents of Pan Card, Aadhar Card and my salary slip. He told me that this is for verification purpose. After few days when I checked my card status and called customer service of bank, they told me that my request has been declined. The reason they told me for the declination is that I was not present at the address. I asked them if I were not present then how did he collected my documents. I mailed ICICI bank also but they have not replied it. I am attaching screenshot as well. Please, help me to get card or my signed documents back. This is something which has changed my opinion completely about ICICI bank. I didn't expect this from them. Application number for card is :[protected]

                        A very bad customer service from amazon icici credit customer care. keeping customer on hold for 20 long minutes. no proper knowledge on queries. Wantedly diverting calls to avoid customer query.

                        Amazon ICICI credit card do not mention for eligibility criteria before applying and they do not give reason for rejecting an application after taking all details.

                              Rs. 375 deducted from my account yesterday, 25 june, 2020 i checked my statement and it mentioned this "dp chgs till may-20". I googled it up and found out that it an annual charge for using demat account.

                              I don't use this demat account. Why do you deduct money with no notification. Even during this tough period of covid, you are using such scamming methods to make money. What angers me is that i get no notification whenever you deduct money from my account. Just like how a thief steals money? Is this your way? Fix this and return this money.
