I had never asked one assist plan. Without my knowledge, the amount was rs.1899 debited in my saving account on 23.03.2020 and also not getting any customer id from one assist side to deactivate the plan.
Regarding refund the amount, lot of time i spoke with one assist from the date of 23rd march 2020. There is no proper response from one assist side to deactivate the plan. Upto 4th june 2020, not getting the customer id, can't able to deactivate the plan easily.
Due to the lockdown the plan was activated at june 5th, 2020. To deactivate the plan, i made a lot of call conversation with one assist. But still i'm not getting any proper response and my money from one assist.
I don't need any service and any plan. Please deactivate the plan and refund my money as soon as possible. I need my money (Rs.1899)
