Sir,
I have been receiving messages from tm-icicib. And it says... (Dear customer, rs 5, 544.72 is due on debit card emi account xx1005. Amount will be debited from your account on or before 05-jul-20. Please ignore if paid...)
Although i dont any debit card ending with 1005.in last month i received this message for an amount of around 2600 and calls to submit the amount. With no proper details how to pay those bill. I tried calling customer care but it automatically disconnects after entering my account number.
I called customer care more then a 100 times.
Then i reached to nearest branch. But they also denied about any details they have.
And again i receive this message this morning
Even if any payment is pending then its icici fault that they are unable to provide any information.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
