    Hi,
    My fastag is not working since i purchase it, i have raise complaints also and call many time customer care but they are saying ur account is active and it’s working and every time i am visiting toll plaza i am paying double toll due to this.
    Non of the customer care executive is helping, they are saying you have to visit nearest toll plaza where icici bank executive are present, but when i visited there they said you have to call customer service.
    So no one is taking responsibility of faulty fastag just harassing me and asking me to visit here and there.
    I asked customer care i[censored]r not able to provide service please close my account and refund the amount in it, but that also they denied. So please help me i am completely frustrated.
    Since it’s more than 1 year i am not able to use my fastag and as i am completely frustrated i will be planning to raise a legal complaint.

      We keep our money in your bank bcz i think it will be safe, but you guys are deducted my money by the name of nach_adr_rtn_ charge, i lost almost 3000 rs within 1 month. Can you please check on this. Or else give me a good or a safe solution.

        Hi, i have applied for moratorium on hdfc bank and the same has been approved by hdfc bank. But still the bank attempted for ecs which made my host account icici to incur charges and the same has been debited without any investigation.in this pandemic situation we are economically struggling but these banks set their one side protocols and debit money automatically which has badly affected me and disappointed with this. Even though this is a low impact globally but personally these actions affect me. Need help from someone to help me on security and where to keep the money safe.
        Bank are no more safety for money and i 'm afraid of my survival because of this.

          I have an 3-in-1 account with icici bank and on 25th june 2020 i have been charged with 757.17 inr as dp charges with transaction remarks as dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till m ay-20. My account is more than 5 years old and i have a free trading account for which i have never been charged before. This is a unauthorized transaction as i never opted for it nor i was informed about the charges in past or present. I need a refund of this amount and i shall never be charged this in future as per initial agreement.

            Hello,
            I purchased a product at Amazon from my ICICI BANK Credit Card and due to product not good I returned my product and Amazon revert my amount in credit card within billing cycle. But in the next bill i saw that Icici Bank update late payment charges. When i call customer care, Executive told me that revert amount not count in payment and i can revert only Rs. 140.
            Please have a look.

            Bank is denied for reverse charges. Customer care executive said that amazon return amount not count for bill pay.
            Tell me please if return amount is not count then no value of return amount that's not money & if i pay bill the extra money who added the card bank pay me intrest or extra money for that.

              I got erroneous debits again with the label "cms/[protected]/adbldesk_bts_b00401590" on my icici savings account. This time they took 1000 rupees. What is this? This is the 3rd fraud transaction.

                Unauthorized charges of Rs. 590 has been made four times on my account as "nach ad rtn charges". So total of Rs. 2360 has been charged to me without any communication or due process. I don't understand what's going on with the bank as i'm unable to even get anyone on the phone for any sort of clarification.

                  Hi i am vimal here. 413.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till may-20) on 25th jun-2020. I have been told that the services for icicidirect are completely free. I was never intending to subscribed not used my demat.

                  I want my money back as these charges where never informed and i would not accept this huge amount of deduction. I didn’t request any demat account it was open while i’m opening the savings account make sure refund my money back

                    I anurag srivastava has done a payment to house tax nagar nigam (Through eazypay portal) through phone pay app on 27 june 2020 4.10 pm (Transaction id-p2006271610397993983556) with bank reference no:[protected] account linked to state bank of india munshi pulia branch (Ac no:[protected]). I had attached all transaction related files.
                    Please help us to refund my money or update to merchant bank account so can payment will not be delayed.

                        Hi i am prasad thakare here. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till may-20) on 25th jun-2020 and 137.67 for (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-20) on 28th apr-2020. I have been told that the services for icicidirect are completely free. I was never intending to subscribed nor used my demat. I was forced by the official by calling me everyday to activate the account.

                        Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                        Mentioned the transaction id : [protected] dp chgs till mar-20 and [protected] dp chgs till myr-20

                        I want my money back as these charges where never informed and i would not accept this huge amount of deduction. I didn’t request any demat account it was open while i’m opening the savings account make sure refund my money back

Please review and explain why was this transaction done without my consent. I am currently unemployed and i had less 0 rs in my account and recently I applied for my pf once of amount credited you guys immediately debited with 590, 590, 490 are you guys playing with us all my loans and EMI as cleared for dmi finance in last year. Stop this stupid things either I need to take serious action on this refund my amount.

                                I have observed number of alien deductions on my icici salary bank account called posdec. The amount deducted is rs. 29.50 from for the same card and transaction. Transaction occurred 43 times from feb 2020. I request an explanation and immediate reversal of the charges and of all the amount you have deducted till date.

                                This is ridiculous way to deduct amount without notifying the customer. Being an old customer of icici, i am expecting from you to take the action as soon as possible and help to resolve this issue. This will help me to continue relationships with icici in future. Attached the screenshot of latest deduction

                                    I have a salary account with icici bank, the bank automatically made 16 (Approx.) deductions of 29.50 inr as posdec chg. I visited my home branch and the bank executives were of no help and they said for trying to use the card at online pos merchant without having any money in the account which resulted in transaction failed charges, and so many times i was called icici bank customer service number but the call was automatically disconnected. I didn’t use my debit card anywhere in atm, online purchases,.. Etc. And the usage was less in my debit card i’m always transferring icici account money to another account in all the month. I didn't receive any sms or email for bank posdec charge deductions. I want all the deductions made from my account as posdec chg to be refunded.

                                        Why dp charges are deducted. I'm not selling any holdings till now just purchased it otherwise i didn't do anything. Resolve and revert the deducted money from my account.
