I would like to bring to your notice that an amount of rs. 999 has been deducted from my icici account. I am not sure what this amount is deducted for? Kindly help me refund the money back to my account.

      My name is sarath kumar and i'm having salaried account with icici bank from the past 2 years. I am seeing my icici account from past 2 months. When i checked my account online, that more than 99 times i have been charged posdec chg of rs. 28.75 each

      I have not used my card any where from last 4 months

      It is happening from last march 11th 2020 to till date. Whatever money is credited in account. Total money deducting in one shot pocdec chg.
      Even i sent mail to customer care they are not responded to my mail and calls.

      I father a lawyer. I am not going to rest. We will go to court if i have to for this.

      Unauthorized and illegitimate charge that more than 99 times, is ridiculous!!!

      Icici still deducting posdec chr from account.

        I had a fast tag with icici bank customer id: 10363034 which was blacklisted due to low balance. I recharged it with required amount on 05/03/2020 and requested to close on 05/03/2020. Which is accepted and closed. I received a refund also. But these people kept my vehicle mh32ah5500 in blacklist. They closed account but not removed it from blacklist with ncpi. (Govt authority) therefore reactivation of any new fasttag is not possible. I want to activate new tag because my old tag of icici bank is damaged.
        I called on call centre of icici bank minimum 100 times also mail them. It never connects or respond back. And whenever it connects before giving any solution they disconnect. If my tag account is closed on 05th march 2020. It should be removed from blacklist from ncpi. Very poor service from icici bank.

        You can see attached image. It is clearly showing my account is closed but my tag is still blacklisted. That from 16th jan 2020 it is going to get mandatory for all vehicles otherwise they will charge double. But if icici bank taking so much time to clear it then how can i manage to activate new fastag. Please revert as early as possible

          dp charges of april 2020

          I am prasannakumar naik, on 27th may 2020 sum of rs 827 has been deducted from my account for dp charges till april 2020

          I was not having any idea about my demat account, and i didn't get any notification of deduction. I never personally opened the demat account till date so this is totally insecure and i even don't have any idea about the demat and trading stuff so please take this matte seriously because deducting of charges...

          Same issue i am facing

          Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
          I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

          Please stop all these.

            Hi team, this is my fifth complaint against icici bank i have deposited a cheque of 2, 45, 000 r against my personal loan on march 16th, 2020 post icici branch approval, my check was not cleared and return back on 19th march i did not informed about my check returns from the branch after that i have visited vashali and bhakrota branch for my check and raised complaint on vashali nagar branch on 23rd march they asked me to call back on same day however, did not receive any response, after that lockdown applied on rajasthan post that again i have visited bhakrota branch but same response received, after lockdown over again i have visited bhakrota after five days i received my check back and i have requested to clear that check against my loan account that time i have charged 11, 000 extra for three months also i have requested to waive off my charges but vashali nagar branch manager denied my request also i have submitted my pl closing request and deposited 16, 504 r cash in vashali nagar branch they have taken my request, now they are again asking me to deposit 15, 000 more money to close my loan, i am very frustrated in this covid19 situation and bank is torching me again and again i have already loss of 11, 000 r in this lockdown situation, i need my money back and close my personal loan, i m not in situation to pay loan.

              On 3rd of june in the evening 7:05 pm, i got two messages back to back of nfs/cash wdl of 10000 each, i. E. Twenty thousand rupees. That time i had my card in the wallet. So these both transaction was not done by me. Please help me to get back my money. As twenty thousand rupees is huge amount for me.

But they are not responding. I have already submitted all the required documents on 5th June in the ICICI bank branch in Saran Bihar.

                      Account total freeze

                      Icici insta savings account frozen due to kyc. Respected documents have been submitted but still account was in freeze no response from branch icici waste of time. This is how they treat customers....

                      I'm having a salary account with icici for more than a year now and i also had a subscription of apple music which gets renewed every month on 15th so, as usual in the month of april i made sure that i have sufficient amount in my account on 15th for the transaction to go through and it did. So i continued using apple music for one more month and then cancelled the subscription in the month of may.
                      That icici account was not my primary account so i never used to maintain money in it.
                      In the month of may, my friend transferred me a total of 750 inr. I wanted that amount in my icici account because i needed to make a payment from there.
                      The moment i received the amount i checked my account balance i was shocked it was showing 'zero'. I checked the account statement and found out there are 25 posdec charges dated for the month of april. I downloaded the statement and got in touch with the bank they said auto debit was attempted by apple and due to insufficient amount in the account we charged you the fine.
                      So i got in touch with apple to get clarification as to why they attempted debiting amount when it was already paid for. After having a conversation with apple they said that they could not find any record of the attempt.
                      So i called up the bank again and asked for a proof which shows that apple tried debiting that amount from my card. The representative was very rude and started shouting at me and said they can't provide me with the details and just hung up the call.
                      The total amount deducted for the same was of 750 inr.
                      Now i'm hanging in the middle with no clue to how to go about it.
                      Both companies are not helping and during this critical time of financial struggle i can't let go of that 750 inr.
                      Please help me and try giving me a resolution.

                        My account is dormant and informed me that there will no charges will be deduct for the same.

                        I have many times raised the request for closing the account but despite of closing they are not providing me proper services any time.

                            Rs 201.60 got deducted as dp charges, what is it all about, please mention in details whenever you deduct any money, its not my duty to waste time in such issues. Refund my money asap

                              I have missed out emi for Bajaj in the month of April but icici bank debited for multiple time in my account and I have try to reach in customer care but unable to reach and also I have raise the request for this but they replied to me I am going escalate for this case.

                              I dnt know RBI informed cheque bounced dnt charged but in my case they debited multiple time.

                              Could you please reverse my amount its helpful of my suitvation.

                              We would like to inform you that the charges are deducted as the NACH instructions towards “ BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LIMITED ” are rejected due to insufficient funds for the month of April 6, 2020; April 7, 2020; April 9, 2020.

                              ECS Return charges applicable as Rs.350.00 plus GST (Goods and Service Tax) for one return in a month; thereafter, Rs.750.00 plus GST (Goods and Service Tax) per return (financial reasons) in the same month. Revised charge is flat rate of Rs. 500.00 plus GST (Goods and Service Tax) per instance (financial reasons) in the same month (effective from March 01, 2020).

                              We regret our inability to reverse the charges as charges has been levied correctly.

                                In this COVID19 time govt has given moratorium for 3 months and then also these ICICI bank people are deducting charges. Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? ICICI customer care ivr number wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.

                                In this lockdown period also you people playing with every one life.

                                I want my total has to be refund.. total amount 4300/-

                                I suggest not to use ICICI bank account.

                                  My icici bank account * transaction on 29/04/2020 amount of rs. 4000/- without my permission. Entry shows in my passbook aep/cash wdl/29-04/2020.
                                  What is the meaning of this transaction? And what i can do now??
                                  ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
