I have taken credit card number [protected] from icici bank on 2007 the credit limit is 10000 on 2010 i have closed my credit card account till date my credit card account shows high credit amount rs.981440 how this is possible my credit card limit is 10 thousand and high credit shows 981440 please do the needful in this matter.     Hi customer care team,

    Name - nitesh waghela

    While i had opted for emi moratorium and there wasn't any deduction of emi on 05th april 2020 & 05th may 2020 (Please note - i have the recordings and proof of emi moratorium applied with icici bank)

    1) why is my personal loan account suddenly lien to my bank account?
    2) what made lien team to link and debit the emi and charge me bounce charges + gst under emi moratorium active stage?
    3) isn't it an offence to debit/lien account inspite customer have opted for emi moratorium?
    4) why am i charged bounce charges rs 400/- + gst?
    5) my cibil score will also get affected because of such an act. Who is responsible for this mess?

    I want a quick complete solution, reverse the amount from the account, remove lien and ensure there is no impact in cibil.

    This is a serious offence. I have all recorded proof of emi moratorium applied.

    I shall take this matter further along with all proof or may be even to rbi ombudsman if i don't get a proper response from you.

    Situation is such that Bank have kept balance in negative making an individual helpless in such situation where EMI moratorium was made active.

      Am an icici bank customer. Today 13-06-20 ecsrtnchg charged 450 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.         Am an icici bank customer. Today 13-02-18 ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.           I am constantly receiving mails from icici about a credit card which i do not own currently. I had a credit card with icici some time back but had closed it long time back.

          Now i am being asked to pay inr 1769.14 without me ever giving any application to icici to give me or even re-issue my old credit card. If i never signed on an application form/document asking for the card and when i have clearly closed my account as well as credit card with credit card (Which i previously owned) i would like to know how this credit card got under my name without me signing off any forms/documents in the first place.

          What is more is i am being asked to pay inr 1769.14 without me receiving any document/physical card from icici in the recent times. I do not have any active bank account or credit card with icici and i never requested icici to give me a card in the recent times. After closure of my services with icici, we have not been in touch through any channel or medium through which i had requested to re-issue/issue a credit card in recent times.

          Moreover the steps mentioned in the email to get in touch with customer care is utter rubbish since it is not at all according to how their ivr actually functions. I have dropped a complaint at www.icicibank.com but have not received any response yet. My email id is dev. [protected]@gmail.com and my contact number is [protected]. Please get this sorted since not even receiving a cedit card when i never asked for it and getting a charge inr 1769.14 is not acceptable and it's responsibility will not be borne by me.

                        From my account on 12/06/2020 rs.500 has been deducted for the dp charges i am not sure what that is i am not using my account for a longer period of time when i tried to check i deposited 500 rs and suddenly the amount got deducted. Please refund the amount back

                            I had closed fastag from icici on february-2020; while closing fastag account icici fastag has blacklisted my licence plate, hence i cannot able to raise new fastag from any ohter service providers.
                            I had complained this to icici fastag customer care many times and struggling from past 2 months to get this removed, but of no use.

                                  I am facing severe financial crisis in this COVID 19 pandemic situation . My loan due date is 5 th of every month. I am unable to pay my loan due on time. ICICI bank charged penalty and my account balance is marked in negative. I thought to clear my due on 11/06/2020. I transferred the amount to respective loan amount. But they marked it as lien, it shows in available balance not main balance.

                                    Today debited ecs charge (590 rs) in my savings account. I have maintained all minimum balances and submit all my sip on a timely basis. The bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge is??                                         Hi,
                                        on 28th May 2020, I swiped my ICICI debit card on my name Ankush Gajanan Lambe for Rs.50, 000 at SURYA electronics wakad, Pune.

                                        The amount was mistakenly withdrawn by merchant and the seller manager void the transaction at same day 28th May 2020 within in 5 minutes .

                                        The amount was debited from my account but still not credited to my account after void the transaction.Kindly help us to refund my debited amount.

                                        I contacted the customer care executive of icici bank and explained him on the issue, for which they asked me to wait for 2 -3 working days.

                                        I waited for 8-10 working days and found no refund credited into my account

                                        Kindly request you to fasten up the process and help me refund my money back.

                                        Please find attached void transaction receipt.
