I have a saving account in icici bank. They are automatically charged the amount of 28.90 at 4-5 time without any alert. But i did not use my debit card for any online or swipe machine. So i want to know the particular reason of this fraudulent issue. If the matter will be not solved then i will go to local branch and close this account permanently.

    Dear colleagues,

    My account got debited for the amount of around rs.8200 for ecs charge during this lockdown period. As per rbi emi' s are not supposed to be deducted and i have the whole responsibility of my family's living and the bank had deducted such a huge amount which is very needful right now.
    I am requesting for the reverse of the ecs charged amount.

      In may 586 rupees charges. I have 5 bank credit card with zero annual charges. Why i keep icici bank credit card. So surrender my icici bank credit card

        Hi In my ICICI account there's a charge of Rs 29 and i don't know why it is happening and i want the reason so that i can resolve it and i asked my friend he told me that my card has been decline so the chargers are??

            On 25 may (11:56 am), i received a message about debit of 163 rupees. Info shared was iin*i-debit*z. This is fraud and was never authorized by me. This behavior is intolerant as it's without my knowledge. Doesn't mean they can use any terms for fraud

              I want to know the details about where my money has been transferred and why this transaction was not notified to me by message or mail.

                      Hello,
                      There has been a fraud transaction made for vsi/amznprime d today 24/05/2020.
                      I just received a message that 5988.88 has been debited. When i went to netbanking, i am seeing same transaction debit but with transaction date as 25/05/2020. This is a total fraud. Please look into this matter urgently.

                            I am not able to make any online transaction since last three or four month, even i am not able to use my debit card. I also visited the branch, but the problem still persist. I really got frustrated by this behavior of the bank authority, they don't seem interested in resolving my problem.

                                Transaction declined due to security reasons

                                I have tried to shop online and had been not successfully after entering otp, i have tried it many times, it says transaction is declined by the bank, now i tried to recharge my mobile for just 18/- and it says the transaction has been declined for security reasons even after having enough money in the card, tried calling customer support due to covid 19 no one has responded, please help....

                                The fraud bank has deducted more than 6000 in an year from from my account as ecsrtncharges and they are not telling me why they have deducted that money. Kindly help.

                                  Nothing happened, nobody contact me or reply and nothing done by ur side... Always u people like send this reply as possible... And closed the complaint.. What's this sir?? I have seen many complaints like this ecs charge without confirmation... And ur bank reply that we will touch with you and then u people closed the complaint... Its too bad.. Please give me a better solution and then i want my deducted money reversal that's it. And i don't want reply u like this.. I want clear solution sir

                                    On 22nd jan, 2020 a transaction was done in flipkart for an amount of rs.27, 077/- which failed, but got deducted in my account and emi is also scheduled now. Checked with flipkart customer care, as per them need to approach bank for cancellation. Can you please do the needful. Actually have done the transaction again, which was successful and paying my emi. Thank you.

                                    No option to raise via Internet banking, Phone banking, Mobile banking. It is extremely frustrating having no option to raise the concern in any of the provided facility. Complaint raised in complaints page of ICICI bank does not provide any service request number, hence not able to escalate. Please let me know, how else we can raise the transaction disputes. Thank you.

                                    2. Received email on the EMI conversion on 24th Feb, 2020. Reflected in March statement.
                                    3. Due to Pandemic could not raise the concern.
                                    4. On 6th Jul, 2020 could connect to credit card customer care phone banking and raised concern (SR[protected]
                                    5.Submitted the documents via email to [protected]@icicibank.com and also submitted physically at the nearby ICICI bank branch.
                                    6. On Jul 30, 2020 got information from customer support that new SR[protected] created with the comment that they did not receive documents. Though submitted. False statement.
                                    7. Had multiple phone calls to customer care, still no action.
                                    8. Got an email from [protected]@icicibank on Aug 7, 2020 about a new service request raised ( SR[protected]. Also will revert by Aug 12, 2020.
                                    9. Got an email from [protected]@icicibank on Aug 12, 2020 that will revert on or before September 30, 2020.
                                    10. Got an email from [protected]@icicibank on September 30, 2020 that will revert on or before October 20, 2020.
                                    11. Got an email from [protected]@icicibank on October 20, 2020 that will revert on or before November 2, 2020.
