I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last many years,
Now they have charged 588 rs under this category dcardfee1198may20-apr21+gst
I am not aware what type of charges are these.
They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c. Same happend in last 5 months back again its happen.

Please refund my money.. I am very poor and this time i have no money for my food...

    Rs 249 deducted on date 29/05/2020 11.24 pm from my icici account as debit card purchase automatically without confirmation. This transaction look like fraud. I never perform any type of debit card transaction nor input my debit card num or cvv num. I think money didcuted for google service
    Subscription but i never subscribed google service or i dont purchase any type of app. From play store.

      I am litty susan thomas account holder in icici bank. Branch ranni.ac no:[protected]. From my account 4 times debited ecsrtn charges without any intimation. This is very ridiculous and unacceptable. Trying to loot money from customers. Please take necessary action and do the needful. I contact the ranni branch they dont know about this. Please do the needful.

        Hi vasanth here. 755.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-19) on 29-may-2020. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

        Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

        Mentioned the transaction remark - dp chgs till mar-20

        We people are here because of trust towards icici. But this is totally an unacceptable behavior from icici. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.

        Kindly refund my money at earliest.

          From yesterday i am not able to do transaction from amazon pay credit card i am getting below sms from icici bank

            Nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin worth rs 4130 its deducted from my account. There were 7 transactions worth rs590 each without prior notice. Why has this happened??
            I didnt had any pending dues or loans. I need my entire money back. Or else i will take legal steps against icici bank. This is not a joke.

              Amount of 590rs deducted from my account multiple times since march, calle d to customer no one sharing why these amount is deducted from mu account.
              On 27th may itself its deducted 5 times.

              Transection is saying its baja finance ecs return charges for the month of april 2020, however the moratorium period is going on, and how 6 times in a month bank will deduct ecs return charges.

              Called multiple time to customer care but no one is answering my queries, they are saying send an email after sending an email i am not getting any reply.

                  Dear all,

                  I have a saving account icici bank and 24th may there was a deduction of 1003/- i quickly called the bank and i asked for the reason for deduction... Bank says since i have cash deposited in my account the charges been deducted.. Like seriously its my own account and i myself deposited the amount then why hell i have been rs 1003/-

                  Am sending mails everyday but no response and all i want is my money i have already posted this on fb and insta and i would not hesitate to reach out other social media as well

                    On 29/05/2020 my icici account has been debited by amount rs 181.70/- unnecessary. I dont know why this transaction happened and i even didnot get any sms about the transaction. This is really concern for me. Please take immediate necessary action

                        Since may 2019, more than rs 20000 has been debited from account so far towards nach_ad_rtn_chrg and ecsrtnchg without my consent and without any notification. What is this transaction purpose?

                        Evertime i put money in my account, it is getting deducted because of the nach_ad_rtn_chrg and ecsrtnchg.

                          I have made one wrong transaction from my personal account on 27th oct 2019. I have mentioned the details below.
                          I have realized the transaction was wrong and then i did inform to icici bank customer care on phone and also sent the details by mail to icici bank customer care department. After a month i received a text message on the registered mobile number (+91 [protected]). The message shows that that the beneficial bank declined to revert the transaction.
                          I approach to icici bank (Where i have my account) the manager told me to speak with bank of baroda. I spoke with bank of baroda manager so he said that he does not received any complain. So back again to my bank icici and have a words with bank manager now the manager change his mind, he is too reluctant to write a mail to bank of baroda, keshod, gujarat. Also in my first visit he had spoken with the senior authority of the icici bank but the mumbai branch senior lady manager swapna chanda, customer service manager, icici bank limited directly decline my application and forced me to forget the money and do not come to icici bank for this case.
                          So, i am ambling in between these two banks to get the money return. As i am the icici bank account holder and the experience i have faced the real trouble since last 7 months. This money is earned by my hard work and sweating. I can not let go it as prodigal way.
                          This icici bank is offering wrong service and misguiding to customer and masquerading as trying to resolved the issue. I wish kindly check with the icici bank or the bank of baroda keshod with given information to resolve the isse.

                            Hi, k. Nagaraju, holding my salary account with icici bank. For the lasy one month five times an amount of rs, 590 (Total around 3000) have been deducted from my savings account without my notice because of which i missed my emi and had to face extra charges. When i am trying to call them, because of covid-19 they are offering limited services, i tried to mail them but of no use. I sincerely request the bank authorities to resolve the issue and make sure that i get back the money. During these corona times this kind of deduction is adding to our woes

                              826 rupees has been deducted from my account

                              Hi team,

                              826 rupees has been deducted from my account as demat account charges. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now. I only remember that one of your sales guys cheated me while opening the account saying i will get a money refund if we open an account in icici. He never told me its demat account. I got call from icici later that in 2017 and the customer service representative told me about demat....

                              I am writing this complaint because there was unnecessary deduction of RS.999 from my ICICI savings account on[protected] naming under VSI/AMAZON STAN. But I didn't purchase any of the product or service regarding to this, So please let me know what is the reason behind this as this is some kind of illegal practice and this should not happen to anyone else in future and please I request you to help me get my money back. Please take it seriously and take a quick action against this practice as it's a huge amount

                                I was in London from 10th Feb- 21st Feb, 2020.
                                My travel card got deducted with so many transactions (in GBP and SGD currency) on 19th Feb, none of which was made by me.

                                Total deductions in GBP : 141.21
                                Total deductions in SGD : 36.87

                                The same complaint has already been logged with ICICI and they say that these payments could not be verified and hence they closed the investigation. I have been following up with them since when I was in London itself.

                                They have no idea about the amount calculations also, one of the ICICI folks called me and said we know you lost 300 $, which is not the figure out. I need them to see all the disputed transactions made by my travel card.

                                Also, on 7th April, my SGD transactions got credited back and 4 transactions of GB also got credited back. However, still so many GBP transactions needs to be checked and credited back.

                                Please investigate the same and let me know till when can I get the money back.

                                    I am lokesh, an amount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till 20 on 27th april 2020 (Dmc/[protected] dp c hgs till apr-20)

                                    I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i had requested a closure of demat account. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message. I have a salary account with your bank and you have been doing this year on year. First you fool the employees to sign the demat form and then keep deducting money from account. I have never ever used the demat accout.

                                    I need my money back and am ready to complain anywhere else if needed.

                                      cc transaction declined due to security reasons

                                      Though i have sufficient credit balance iny cc account. The bank is repeatedly declining with the transactions with message mentioning transaction withheld due to security reasons. I have did deposit 40, 000 towards cc bill payment that was too not reflected and no communication has been made neither in email nor sms. When i drop email to customer care they replied mentioning that bank cannot resolve any queries due to covid. And phone banking...
