I had a credit card from your bank. I have never used the credit card, but every month amount of 300 rupees used to get deducted without even my usage and since my card card was linked to my account, every month amount used to get debited.
I have raised this complaint many a times by reaching out to your customer care service - who never used to give me the exact reason on what’s the issue, they either raise a ticket or transfer the call to other department.
My credit card was deactivated.
An amount of 3000/- got debited from my account till now i got the message that my sr is resolved and your money has been credit to your credit card but again i got charged for this month and the amount has been debited again. The sr is not resolved yet
This is really pathetic service from your end and i am really fed up reaching out in various platforms.
I need the amount to be credited to my original account from where it got debited. It is a pity that i am always reaching out and i still haven’t been provided with the appropriate solution.
